The owner, being a broker, personally selects and purchases the seafood at auctions, ensuring exceptional freshness and quality. The Property was renovated in July 2021, introducing new Japanese-Western special rooms equipped with bedrooms and private baths, offering an extraordinary stay. Meals are served privately at individual table seating, and the open kitchen showcases freshly caught seafood of the day, which the chef prepares right in front of you upon special order.
