Affordable, yet surprisingly spotless! When I heard it was a container house, I didn’t expect much, but the interior was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. The amenities were well stocked, and there’s a convenience store right in front, making it extremely convenient. Air conditioning is also provided, so the stay was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

The private open-air bath and sauna were absolutely amazing, and I felt completely refreshed with an Oropo after the cold plunge! The meals were also very satisfying, with plenty of ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. Since the Room was separated as well, it felt very private and relaxing without worrying about others. I’d love to come again.

Our children were delighted, and we had a wonderful time. We really appreciated the Room upgrade, and when our siblings argued over the amenities, the front desk staff responded flexibly and helpfully. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I found this site and, as a birthday gift for my wife, I splurged more than on our usual trips and made a Reservation for the “Shinshu Beef Tasting Kaiseki” on the Sky Comfort Floor. When we checked in, thanks to the Hotel’s consideration, we were upgraded to a Luxury Suite at no extra charge. It was truly eye-opening. That alone would have been more than enough, but dinner—the “Shinshu Beef Tasting Kaiseki”—was also outstanding: sweet and tender beef, a rich aroma, and exceptional hospitality. This has definitely become one of the Hotels we want to return to. Thank you very much. My wife was delighted as well. The open-air bath was also wonderful—just like in the photos on the site—and incredibly relaxing.

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. Both the bath and the meals were excellent!!! The Room had a log-cabin feel and a resort vibe. Very clean! We’d love to stay again. The day-use bathing is very popular, so it was a bit too crowded. I do wish the time slots were a little shorter, but it’s understandable given how popular it is—a luxurious complaint.

If possible, I’d rather not let too many people know about this incredibly great-value Accommodation. The food is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. This was my first stay in summer, and the pool was neither overcrowded nor too quiet—everything felt perfectly comfortable, so I could truly relax and enjoy it.

All the staff were kind, and the property was clean. The Hotel did feel a bit dated. Breakfast and dinner were both very delicious—much better than I expected for the price. The Niigata rice was especially good. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were also nice. Roasting marshmallows over the irori at night was fun. The large public bath and open-air bath, fed by a private hot spring source, were excellent as well. However, it seemed a little different from Tsukioka Onsen’s typical emerald-green water with a thin oily film on the surface. Maybe there is a lot of added water? I’m not sure. Even so, considering the value for money, meals, various services, and how kind the staff were, I think it’s a good Hotel. Thank you for taking care of us. The town area of Tsukioka Onsen is beautifully maintained and very pleasant. It’s an Onsen I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed in a double room. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Since the railway tracks are nearby, you may feel a slight vibration when trains pass, but it wasn’t bothersome. Amenities do not include makeup remover or skincare products, so women should be sure to bring their own.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, thanks to the very kind staff. There was too much food at dinner, so I couldn’t finish it. The bath was also very nice. I had hurt my knee, so I didn’t get to walk around the famous garden, but I was able to relax in the Room. There were also USB ports by the bed.

From check-in to check-out, all the staff were consistently kind, and the service was impeccable. The Facility was new and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. While the location is not particularly convenient for transportation, there is a Shuttle Service to the nearest station, so we did not feel much inconvenience. Overall, it is a wonderful Onsen Ryokan that we would definitely like to visit again.

The front desk staff were polite, kind, and provided clear explanations. We were offered American coffee at check-in and check-out, and it was refreshing and delicious. The Room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ashikaga.

I stayed for two nights, and while the main dishes changed, I was concerned that the buffet was exactly the same both days. I think it can get a bit repetitive.

I used this property when traveling from Hyogo to Kanagawa. Since it is near the Kasai Interchange, I took a break at R9 before departing late at night. Check-in is easy, and you can check out easily and be on your way. It seemed new and was very clean. I had a very positive impression. I thought it would be nice to have USB ports, etc. The front desk staff were also kind and attentive.

All the staff were truly pleasant, kind, attentive, and gentle, which made me very happy. Thank you for accommodating my request. This time I stayed in a slightly larger twin Room. It was tastefully arranged, very clean and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Amenities are available to take freely next to the front desk. Even though it has convenient access to Budokan and Tokyo Dome, I think it’s a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money at this price. Next time I’d like to stay in an even larger Room.

From the outside, the building may appear old, but inside it is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff provide excellent service with warm smiles. While the large public bath has an older feel, it is kept very clean. The Room was also clean and tidy. The restaurant offers simple meals, but the staff's attentive service was commendable. Please note that the large public bath can get very crowded depending on the time due to many day-use guests.

I had plans in Nagaoka and stayed here the night before. I headed for the English Garden at the end of my sightseeing, and was surprised to find it right behind the Hotel. When I entered my Room, there was a handwritten message from the front desk with my name on it—I was truly touched. I got around by car, and was able to use Mitsuke Kenko no Yu Hotto Pia for 450 yen. It felt great! So I used the bathtub in the Room as a morning shower. The shampoo and other amenities had a black tea scent. They even provided a bathrobe—another pleasant surprise. There were also a microwave and disposable chopsticks near the elevator. Other than conversations in the hallway, noise didn’t bother me, and I could relax. (I did hear trains passing by.) It was very clean, with attentive service, and I’d like to stay again. However, since I have neck issues, the pillow was too soft for me, so I used a bath towel instead. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thank you very much.
