The Room size and Facility are very good. After check-in, you go to a separate building, so there is no contact with the staff at all. It seems to have been recently renovated, and there was a strong smell from building materials that made it hard to breathe.

Even though we booked at the last minute and changed the number of guests, they still accommodated us. The price was reasonable without meals. Since it was spring, it was cold in the mornings and evenings, and some bugs got inside—but as long as you don’t mind that, you can relax and enjoy your stay. The interior was clean and easy to use, and with an air conditioner, heater, and humidifier provided, we didn’t feel too dry while sleeping. The parking spot is a bit difficult to use; backing in is safer so it’s not dangerous when leaving. Once it gets warmer, having breakfast outside would be perfect! Thank you for having us!

A solo trip without a car. Although the accommodation is a bit far from the station, the distance was manageable while strolling along Yufuin's Yunotsubo Street. However, the uphill path from the main bus road to the accommodation was steeper and more mountainous than expected, so it might be challenging with large luggage. Since this is a no meals included accommodation, I had pre-booked a nice-looking restaurant within walking distance, which worked out well. Be aware that other restaurants in the area tend to close early. The walk back at night was quite dark and slightly scary. The bath was spacious with an excellent view—truly wonderful! However, as there is no indoor bath, it might be tough during winter. The room itself was in an old building but clean and had a charming atmosphere. If you don’t mind uphill paths, Lake Kinrin is nearby and perfect for a morning stroll. Overall, I think this was a great accommodation!

The living room was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The bedroom size was good, but the bed felt a bit short even for me at 176 cm tall. There were four pillows, but I would have liked a lower pillow as well (four high pillows are unnecessary). The bathroom would be perfect if the washing area were about 30 cm wider. In Biei, utility poles and wires don’t get in the way of the scenery, and the house lots are spacious, so it feels great to take a walk. Patchwork Road and the beautiful rolling hills are also nearby, and I’d like to visit again. I like condominium-style accommodations with separate living and bedroom areas plus a microwave and cooking utensils, so I hope more places like this will become available.

It is understandable to have a security camera outside the entrance, but having one inside the entrance feels unnecessary, especially since the washroom is adjacent to the entrance and guests might walk around in pajamas. The accommodation is next to a residential house, so it doesn't provide a resort-like atmosphere. It feels more like returning to your family home. It takes over 5 minutes to get to Nagashima Resort, but this is within an acceptable range. I appreciated that towels were set in the toilet and each person was provided with two face towels. It would be even better if there were pre-set towels in the kitchen as well.

We stayed here for sightseeing in Biei, including the Blue Pond. This Accommodation uses one Room in an apartment. It is unmanned; after communicating by email, we were able to enter using a passcode. As a result, there is no staff service, but the Facility is new and the Room is spacious, so we had a comfortable stay. Considering there are no meals and no Onsen, it felt expensive, but it is very close to Biei Station, and even on Sunday night several restaurants were open nearby, so we had no trouble. We had heard that traffic jams can occur around the Blue Pond, so staying overnight was worthwhile for getting an early start in the morning.

I ordered the seafood BBQ for dinner and was amazed by the large spiny lobster. Since it’s Oarai, I also wished to try clams. Breakfast was delicious as well. It would have been even better if the fridge had not only water but also a few soft drinks or beers. The pool and private spa (with sauna) were very relaxing. With the beach right in front, I enjoyed going to the sea too. It would be nice if sandals were available for rent. Thank you very much!

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

I stayed here on a weekday getaway, and in a word: it was amazing! I definitely want to stay again. First of all, I was impressed by the Room—it’s two-story (I’d never stayed in one before, so it felt really special). It was great that the dining area and the place to relax were clearly separated. The entrance is set up so you don’t run into other guests, you can park where you can see your car, and you can even see Mt. Fuji. The meals—from dinner all the way to a late-night snack—were carefully prepared, and I kept thinking, “How full are they trying to make me?” while happily finishing everything (lol). There were other things that impressed me too, but I’ll leave them out. I just wished checkout could be 11:00 so I could relax a little longer. Thank you very much!

The facility was excellent and very comfortable. The parking lot was narrow, making it difficult to load and unload luggage from the trunk. During the checkout time, foreign guests were parked on the street to load their luggage, which took a long time and made it difficult for us to move our car. Since there were no staff available, we had to communicate directly with the foreign guests. It would be helpful if staff could assist during that time period. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night before Obon as a trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. Although it is a bit away from the stone-paved street, it was a quiet and charming accommodation. The staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles! The room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. The attentive service by the dining staff was very much appreciated. The bath included an indoor open-air option, and there were various hair dryers from different brands available to try out, which was great! Near the front desk, there were board games that everyone could enjoy together. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We’ve stayed at this cottage during the Obon holiday season for three years in a row. This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, there was torrential rain due to a linear rainband and we were worried, but thanks to the owner’s thoughtful support, we felt safe and reassured. It’s about a one-minute walk to the sea, and the beach feels wonderfully private—absolutely perfect. We’ll likely be back again. Thank you very much.
