I chose this Accommodation for its convenient access to Toshogu Shrine. Perhaps because many international guests stay here in large groups, the Room was spacious and comfortable. I was also happy that I managed to have the large public bath all to myself at just the right time. Breakfast was refreshingly different—you can choose from four kinds of grilled fish (I think), and there were plenty of dishes, so I was satisfied. If I had to mention a couple of concerns: the bath towel had a smell I didn’t like, and there was a long list of guests’ surnames displayed at the entrance. Considering that someone could take a photo and post it on social media for the whole world to see, it didn’t feel comfortable having names written where all guests could see them. (Maybe I’m just overly sensitive about it…)

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. My husband had previously stayed for work and said the breakfast was very delicious, so I was looking forward to it. For both days, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in. What was disappointing was that the Chinese restaurant was closed that day. On the second day, I put out the sign requesting Room cleaning and left, but when I returned close to 3:00 p.m., housekeeping was still in progress. Perhaps it had been overlooked… I had no choice but to wait in the lobby until it seemed they were about to finish. Lastly, when leaving the parking lot, the free ticket wasn’t enough and I had to pay extra. If someone had mentioned that charges apply after 24 hours, for example, I could have confirmed it at the front desk before leaving. Other than that, the service was excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

We chose this Hotel to see events such as Setsubun, and we were very satisfied. However, my husband mentioned that it would be nice if there were aftershave lotion for men as well. We would like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

The location is excellent, and the large public bath and carbonated spring are fantastic! Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff’s hospitality is top-notch, and I’m very satisfied. It reminded me that this Hotel is a great-value classic. I’ll definitely be back.

Used for sightseeing in Osaka. Located about a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Close to Takashimaya, Namba Walk, and Midosuji Namba area with excellent access. Approximately 30 minutes to the Expo venue. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are located within the shopping street nearby. Although there were many international visitors, the accommodation was quiet during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

It was my first stay in several years. Due to my own booking mistake, it was a smoking Room, but the front desk offered to prepare an air purifier; the smell did not bother me that much. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed the meals—they were delicious. Above all, the staff, including the front desk team, were truly wonderful—always smiling and pleasant. Thank you very much. Due to various circumstances, I hadn’t been able to visit for quite some time, so this was my first stay in about two years—but it was still an Accommodation that left me completely satisfied, just as always. From the Shuttle Service onward, everyone was kind and helpful, and after arriving the stay was truly comfortable—warm and homey—and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and unwind from everyday stress. At check-in I was told, “Our sommelier is on duty today.” I love wine and always look forward to dinner here, and this time the sommelier came to my table and kindly explained many things in detail to someone like me who’s simply a wine lover without much knowledge. Just listening and imagining those explanations while drinking made it an incredibly enjoyable time. Of course, every dish was delicious as well. Thank you for your thoughtful care even though I was traveling solo. I felt lucky that my stay happened to coincide with a day when the sommelier was working. This Accommodation always makes me feel a little sad when it’s time to leave—and from that very moment it makes me think, “I’ll work hard so I can come back again.” I will definitely stay again. I stayed at this Hotel in Kyoto during my summer vacation with my girlfriend. It was calm and relaxing, without any noisy crowds. My first time in Kofu, Yamanashi. It was a wonderful Hotel, and I was truly impressed. The beautiful Room interior and the high quality of the breakfast made it so good I almost didn’t want to tell anyone about it. This time, I visited Takeda Shrine and stayed only briefly, but the location is convenient for sightseeing as well. I would love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a family of three during our trip to Kamakura and Enoshima. During check-in, the staff were wonderful—they let our child try yo-yo fishing so they wouldn’t get bored, and even gave them some sweets. The Room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. This was my first time staying in a double-bed Room with my wife. We both sleep fairly still, but every time my wife moved, the mattress vibrations carried over to my side, which really bothered me and kept me from sleeping soundly. Still, it’s the reliable APA Hotel—if you’re staying alone, I think you’ll be very satisfied.

My main purpose this time was to visit Arashiyama, so I stayed at this Hotel in Shijo-Omiya. The nearby bus stop is also conveniently located, with many bus routes to various areas of Kyoto. The Room had an unusual design—a Japanese-style Room with beds—but it was comfortable. If possible, I would have liked a floor chair. The large public bath was also nice, but the only drawback was that the shower pressure was so strong it hurt when sprayed on my face. Also, I heard the women’s public bath was extremely crowded on Saturday night, so it would be helpful if the TV in the Room could show how busy the public bath is, like some other hotels do.
