I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient. Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression. The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

I stayed here for two days while attending an event in Mitoyo. The location was close and convenient. There was a convenience store nearby, and the free, spacious ground-level parking lot was a big plus. I like Route Inn because you can enjoy a large public bath. Breakfast was also very tasty and satisfying. I would stay here again.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. The Room had a great view, and the large public bath was very relaxing. Also, being able to use the rental bicycles was helpful, as it allowed us to visit places that are difficult to reach on foot.

Because I had a great stay at the Remm Hotel in Yokohama, this was my first time staying at Remm Tokyo Kyobashi. It poured all day due to two typhoons, but it was very convenient because the entrance to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is right in front of the Hotel. If you transfer at Kanda Station, you can connect to the Yamanote Line; and in good weather you can even walk to Tokyo Station—overall a very convenient location. The Room was as small as Reviews said, and I had trouble finding space for my suitcase. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which was helpful.

There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

It was my first time back at Lake Kawaguchi in a while. Since it was summer, I wasn’t expecting a Mt. Fuji view, but the next morning we could see it clearly all the way to the base—it was truly moving. I’ve stayed here several times, and it keeps getting better each visit. This time, what surprised me most was that drinks were unlimited. The Mt. Fuji whisky in particular was excellent—we finished an entire bottle between the two of us. All cooking utensils were provided, and the amenities were especially well stocked—my wife was thrilled. If you’re starting to tire of staying at a Ryokan, this villa is perfect.

Although it’s a bit far from the station, the surrounding area is residential, so it’s very quiet. The Room was even more spacious than it looked in the photos, and having a balcony made it very comfortable. Some Reviews mention that the bathroom is small, and it is indeed smaller than in a typical Business Hotel. However, I’m not very tall, so it didn’t bother me. Rather, I liked that the toilet and bath are separate, so it felt like using them at home. At check-in, I asked a few questions such as whether my luggage could be stored after check-in, and the front desk staff answered everything politely, which left a good impression. Overall, this is a Hotel with high satisfaction, and if I stay in Chichibu again next time, I would like to use it.

This time, three families (9 adults and 5 children) stayed for two nights and three days. Not only are the Facilities outstanding, but the staff’s attentiveness was truly exceptional—they noticed even the smallest details and responded flexibly to our requests, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful stay. Staying for two nights for the first time, starting the day with a sauna and spending a relaxing morning was the most luxurious way to unwind. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and spend time watching the fireplace flames.

I used this hotel as a base for a solo trip from out of town. The parking lot was very spacious, and I was able to park near the entrance, which made carrying my luggage quick and easy. At the front desk, they informed me in advance that there would be a group staying, and their thoughtful consideration made me feel at ease. I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when I travel to this area.

I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

It was a great place. Amenities are available in the lobby near the front desk, and disposable chopsticks and other items were also prepared nearby. There is no microwave in the Room, but you can heat food in the lobby. I chose a Plan with breakfast, and at check-in you select either Japanese or Western style. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious, with perfectly grilled salmon.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days before the Obon holidays. Overall, everything I needed was provided, and I felt it was a great-value Accommodation. The large public bath also has a lock for the men’s side, and whether because of that or simply good timing, I was able to relax alone and ease my travel fatigue. Above all, it was very clean, which is a big plus. The only consideration is how you feel about the location in Shijo-Omiya—it’s about a 15-minute walk to the main downtown area.

Stayed with a family of four and one dog. The view from the terrace was nothing but lush greenery, and we could truly enjoy a perfect resort atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace while listening to birds and insects was incredibly soothing. The garden was spacious, and we were able to play badminton and other games with the kids. The amenities felt thoughtfully selected to include only what’s necessary, which left a great impression. There were washrooms on both the first and second floors, with two hair dryers provided. A washer-dryer and detergent were also available, so we had no inconveniences at all. If I had to mention one thing, as others have noted, the sauna temperature is low so it may feel a bit underwhelming—but considering various factors, I can understand why it’s set up that way. The disposable slippers were nice, and everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner—exactly what you’d expect from Rakuten STAY Villa. There is a large nature park across the street where dogs are allowed, so morning walks were very pleasant. Dog supplies are somewhat limited: a few pee pads, two types of food bowls, wet wipes, and something like plastic bags for picking up waste are provided. There wasn’t a dedicated trash bin for dog waste, so we ended up throwing used pee pads into the kitchen trash bin; it would have been nice to have one for dogs. Our whole family agreed that we’d love to stay here again next year.

Stayed here to visit Akasaka ACT Theater. Simple and stylish, with an amenity bar; the location was great and it was very comfortable. Free coffee was available anytime, and we also enjoyed self-serve donuts as a snack.

I stayed here on a business trip. I often stay at Super Hotel as well, and I always have a pleasant experience. This time too, I was completely satisfied with everything—consistently excellent service, a clean Room, and a sufficient breakfast. The Room’s large wall-mounted TV was very easy to watch. Also, whether it was the layout or something else, it was so comfortable that I ended up missing my chance to go out and explore Kawagoe. The milk-braised Fukaya green onions served at breakfast were also outstanding. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

The breakfast buffet was a big hit with my family! The bath was also wonderful. On our way home, I realized at Gamagori Station that I had left my wallet on a sofa on the first-floor lobby of the Hotel, and I panicked and called. A kind guest turned it in to the front desk, and a staff member even brought it to the station. I’m truly sorry for the trouble, but your kindness saved our trip. We will definitely stay again next time. Thank you very much.

Due to various circumstances, I hadn’t been able to visit for quite some time, so this was my first stay in about two years—but it was still an Accommodation that left me completely satisfied, just as always. From the Shuttle Service onward, everyone was kind and helpful, and after arriving the stay was truly comfortable—warm and homey—and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and unwind from everyday stress. At check-in I was told, “Our sommelier is on duty today.” I love wine and always look forward to dinner here, and this time the sommelier came to my table and kindly explained many things in detail to someone like me who’s simply a wine lover without much knowledge. Just listening and imagining those explanations while drinking made it an incredibly enjoyable time. Of course, every dish was delicious as well. Thank you for your thoughtful care even though I was traveling solo. I felt lucky that my stay happened to coincide with a day when the sommelier was working. This Accommodation always makes me feel a little sad when it’s time to leave—and from that very moment it makes me think, “I’ll work hard so I can come back again.” I will definitely stay again.
