It is a place where you can enjoy with family, friends, or a partner. Dinner features BBQ using fresh local ingredients, and breakfast includes rice and eggs from Tako Town. Seasonal events are also held, allowing enjoyment regardless of the time of year.
SAKIA is a redevelopment Facility located on the site of the former Ozaki Elementary School in Awaji City, which closed in 2014. It began in March 2022 as a regional community Facility in collaboration with "Frogs FARM ATMOSPHERE," a local revitalization initiative based on food from Awaji Island. SAKIA aims to "widely promote the charm of Awaji Island," "foster integration within and beyond the island," and "preserve traditions," serving as a hub Facility for local revitalization to energize the island and shape its future. With themes of "Food, Art, and Learning," it offers a variety of content. In April 2024, SAKIA reopened with newly added accommodations, transforming into a "well-being Facility" that supports diverse ways of working and spending time! Additionally, it is increasingly being utilized by companies for workations. We are committed to further energizing Awaji Island.
