I chose this place to treat my mother to the Summit Dinner Course for her birthday. Everything was outstanding—the beautiful presentation and the taste! The view from the Room on the 3rd floor and from the bath was also wonderful. Since we had an elderly family member with us, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a non-slip mat in the tub and a chair. We were extremely satisfied, and our whole family had a truly happy time. Thank you so much!

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! Thank you as well for preparing surprise plates for us on two consecutive days!

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. This was my first solo trip, and I stayed here for the first time. I was very satisfied, as I was able to spend a quiet, extraordinary time just as the Accommodation’s concept promises. The food was delicious and plentiful, and best of all it was brought to my Room so I could relax and enjoy my meal there. The season I stayed was summer, but even in the open-air bath I didn’t see any insects at all, and I could enjoy it comfortably again and again. Perhaps you had taken insect-prevention measures? Thank you for such a relaxing stay. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate our beloved dog’s birthday, as he loves swimming. The Room was very clean and beautiful, and the pool was spacious enough even for a large dog to swim comfortably. There were also plenty of amenities provided, which was very convenient. The next day, the owner kindly offered us a late check-out, so our dog got to swim a lot and was completely satisfied. We would love to stay again.

I always stay here when visiting Amami. It was very comfortable. I would appreciate it if something could be done about the poor ventilation in the smoking area on the 10th floor. I would be very happy if the large public bath were available 24 hours a day. It was my first time having breakfast here, and the bread was really delicious. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay, and in short, both our dog and we were completely satisfied. The Facility was spotless and felt very clean. The daybed in the Room was extremely comfortable, and we were able to relax and lounge around together with our dog. Unfortunately it rained that day, but the ocean-view scenery was still wonderfully refreshing. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation for the same type of Room again. The service struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—and left a great overall impression. There was also an excellent selection of dog supplies and treats; truly thoughtful service that anticipates every need. We enjoyed all of the meals and drinks as well—they were delicious. We’ll likely be back again soon, and we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.

Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed for one night during extreme heat. The Hotel was very clean, we were extremely satisfied with the Room amenities, and the staff’s service was flawless—overall a truly satisfying stay. There don’t seem to be many places nearby to explore on foot, but the Hotel itself has a pool for dogs and a dog run (a bit small), so it seems like there’s plenty to enjoy in summer. The meals were delicious, and service was quick—we never had to wait after ordering drinks. We even had seconds of rice! If I had to mention one thing, travel might be faster if expressways or toll roads extended further… but that’s separate from evaluating the Hotel. We’d like to stay again.

I stayed for one night on March 29. I chose March because it was just before the spiny lobster fishing ban. This time I booked a luxurious spa Plan, so it was pricey, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The cuisine, spa, Onsen, Room Facilities, and service were all top-tier. As expected from HIRAMATSU, every dish was delicious. The dish made with the spiny lobster head felt a bit heavy for me, but everything else was perfect. The spiny lobster bisque at breakfast was outstanding. The bread and butter at both dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The spa was wonderful—comparable to the Mandarin Hotel’s spa. The Onsen and Room Facilities were also superb; there is nothing to complain about. Service from the manager, head chef, staff, and spa team was flawless. I’d like to return next year during abalone season. I recommend avoiding weekends at the end of March. That’s when F1 Japanese Grand Prix qualifying and the race are held at Suzuka, so Nagoya Station gets extremely crowded and nearby roads are heavily congested. On top of that, Ise Jingu Naiku Shrine was also packed due to a yokozuna dedication sumo event—but I consider it a good experience overall.

Because my son uses a wheelchair, the restaurant staff kindly assisted us, which was very helpful. We truly appreciate their thoughtful care. The meal was delicious, made with very fresh ingredients. The wine explanations were excellent, and the timing of serving the three wines was perfect. We would love to stay again.

The room was new and very well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use.\nI would like to stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this long-established Ryokan, with attentive service, carefully prepared dishes, spacious rooms, and tasteful furnishings that were elegant without being overdone. We especially loved the open-air bath with just the right temperature, set close to the mountains. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here on my birthday last year and had a wonderful time, so this time I stayed for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday as well. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all excellent—I was completely satisfied! I’m also grateful to the staff member who took care of us. Thank you for bringing the cake to our Room after dinner. I was also happy to receive the flower gift from the Accommodation. We could see the ocean from our Room, and it almost felt like a waste to go out. It’s quite far from Yokohama, but I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you as well for the Diamond Member benefits. We went fishing, but perhaps as a safety precaution, the barbs on the hooks were too small and we couldn’t keep bait on them. Since I usually enjoy fishing, it was disappointing, but next time I’d like to bring my own hooks and bait.

Meals are not included, but there was a wide variety of tableware and cooking utensils. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Dog supplies were also provided. However, it was disappointing that the pet diaper provided did not match the dog’s sex. The indoor silk-ion bath was great. There was also a jacuzzi, but due to seasonal insects we couldn’t use it. It was very comfortable overall, and we would like to stay again.

It was a wonderful Hotel that exuded classic history and elegance. Not only were the in-house Facilities excellent, but we were also truly impressed by the delicious cuisine and the breathtaking panoramic view over Toba Bay. Above all, the staff’s attentive care and warm hospitality were outstanding, allowing us to spend our entire stay in comfort and relaxation. At the club lounge, we enjoyed a leisurely time along with high-quality drinks and lounge-exclusive dishes. The cheesecake—so well known that people say “Toba International Hotel means cheesecake”—was indeed as delicious as its reputation suggests, adding a special touch to our stay. In addition, the “Pearl Aurora Bath” infused with pearl ingredients at Shiojitei on the grounds was exceptional; its shimmering water gently soothed away our travel fatigue. The food, location, bath, and service from the staff—everything made for a highly satisfying stay. This is a truly wonderful Hotel that we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Our family stayed for one night. The Accommodation was excellent, and all the staff were truly kind, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. When we checked in, we received a 100th-anniversary booklet for a Ryokan at Tateshina Onsen (a sister property?). It sounded familiar, so after returning home I checked and found that we had actually stayed there when my son was still very young (nearly 20 years ago), because the tatami-mat bath felt safe for children. I’m sorry to say I had completely forgotten, but it felt like a wonderful connection. Next time, I would love to visit Tateshina Onsen as well along with this Accommodation.
