We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Great location and affordable! The Room was very clean, and I loved that it had wooden flooring instead of carpet—it felt really nice. I was also happy that the amenities were DHC. There’s a beef tongue restaurant less than a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If I get to visit Sendai again, I definitely want to stay here.

Although I only stayed overnight, it was excellent value for money. I would like to stay again.

Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. Located in the city center with excellent transport access, the Room was clean, simple, and functional. With accommodation costs rising recently, this price was greatly appreciated. It was very convenient to use.

Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

I booked this for my first solo trip in a while. The staff members were different each time—when I called the day before, when they stored my luggage before check-in, and when I returned after going out—but everyone was very helpful and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, with no unnecessary amenities cluttering the sink area, which I appreciated for its simplicity. On a personal note, I was delighted to find that the TV was SONY with the same remote as at home; I enjoyed watching YouTube. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and 15 minutes from Tenjin Station. The Lawson on the corner was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when attending live events. Thank you!

I made a Reservation with breakfast included, and it was delicious and very satisfying. The Room and the bathroom were clean, which was great.

There were children’s toys in the manga area, and our child was able to play in the Room. At the breakfast buffet, there were also children’s cutlery and high chairs. A staff member came over, carried a high chair for our child, and set it up at our table! The affiliated parking lot was easy to find and conveniently close.

We stayed for two nights with lounge access! We were completely satisfied with everything—breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. There were even four types of drinks prepared in the refrigerator. The service was truly attentive, and thanks to you we were able to fully enjoy our first trip sightseeing in Kobe. Overall, the space was comfortable and I was mostly satisfied, but if I had to mention something, the Room air conditioner could not be set to a comfortable temperature and it felt cold. Also, while the disposable Room slippers looked clean, they were uncomfortable to wear, and it was a bit disappointing that long hairs stuck out on the bright white slippers, suggesting the carpet may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. The weather was bad on the day of our stay, but the wide eaves in front of the hotel were very helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the precise temperature control. There was nothing particularly lacking. It would have been even better if the exterior looked a bit newer.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

Within walking distance of Hakata Station and located right in front of Gion Subway Station, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. I stayed here to take part in the Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival, and it was helpful that Hakata Shrine is about a 5-minute walk away.
