Thank you for having me for one night. Not because I’m a senior, but when choosing a Hotel, having a large bath is an important requirement for me. Just like in Sapporo, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant bath. This trip wasn’t specifically to visit Sendai, but next time I’d like to plan an itinerary that includes staying at this Hotel again. Also, three hours after checkout I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and when I returned your staff handled it properly and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you very much.

I chose this Hotel because Reviews said the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was clean. They also provided cleansing oil, toner, and other amenities, and the shower had a Mirable showerhead, which left my hair and skin feeling great—I was very happy. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything was delicious. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located just steps from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit. Although the building itself is old, the Room we stayed in had been renovated and was comfortable. If you don’t like the distinctive scent of a Japanese-style room, it might not be for you, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the water areas are very clean. Also, unexpectedly, the drinks in the refrigerator were free, and we enjoyed beer and Amaou strawberry cider. And breakfast! The venue is old, but there was a wide variety of dishes, and the tuna and bite-sized steak were very delicious. When staying near Hakata Station, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to use again.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

It was my first time staying here, and it was convenient because I didn’t get wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, and the coffee in the lobby was delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my first time staying here! I stayed after a live concert. I was happy with the wide variety of amenities and coffee options. The Room was very clean and spacious, and I was excited that the TV had dedicated access to YouTube and more! The bathroom was also clean—this was truly a wonderful Hotel. It’s also close to Yokohama Station, which was great!

It was a wonderful stay. The exterior is charming, and the interior—including the Room—was very clean and well maintained overall. The bed had just the right firmness, and I slept very well. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. And the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and we had no inconveniences at all. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would love to stay again.

Thank you as always. The bed is made up crisply with clean linens, so I can sleep soundly every time. There are also two types of pillows, so I can arrange them however I like and stay comfortable. The mattress suits my preferences, and I’m truly grateful to be able to sleep deeply in this bed and recover from work fatigue. Even in the hot summer, I can stay comfortable by fine-tuning the air conditioner temperature. I look forward to staying again. (Lately, it’s a shame that I’ve been booking No Meals Included and haven’t been able to have breakfast...)

I stay here for about three nights around the same time every year, and the Hotel’s sincere hospitality never changes. They respond quickly even to minor issues, and their courteous service remains a consistent highlight. The well-rounded breakfast is another constant, as is the afternoon drink service—I'm impressed that they maintain such a high level of hospitality. I sometimes read Reviews of other hotels saying, “It wasn’t like this before,” but this Hotel never leaves me with that kind of disappointment. Overall, you can really feel the quality of this Hotel. It has everything that makes me want to choose it again for my next stay in Kobe.

We always use this place for our girls’ get-togethers. We have fun cooking together, soak in the jacuzzi, and enjoy champagne. With three bedrooms, we can relax and get a good rest. We’re also impressed every time by how spotless everything is. We usually stay right up until checkout, and they even took a commemorative photo of us outside on our way out! They also give us a Ryoma Passport as a gift, which we look forward to each time. One request: the shower is ReFa, but the hair dryer is different—so we’d love it if the hair dryer could be ReFa as well. We’ll plan our next stay and would love to come back again.

The Room was very clean, and since it overlooked the river, the view was excellent! The first floor features a lovely European-style interior. The restaurant has large windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere! Although it’s close to the downtown area, it’s in a quiet location. We were very satisfied!

With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

I always stay here—it's incredibly close to the station and offers excellent value for money!
