Room We made a Reservation for a Japanese-style Room with a toilet. The Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. They provided two layered futon mattresses, so we slept well. Meals There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The flounder sashimi was especially impressive. Children There was a ball pit in the Room, and we could choose DVDs from many options such as Anpanman, Studio Ghibli, and Disney. We were also able to borrow various items such as toys, bath toys, bath soap for children, a bath chair for children, and an indoor low chair—everything was excellent.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to relax in a home-like atmosphere. Our child said they had a great time, and we truly appreciate the delicious breakfast you prepared for us. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

I received truly wonderful hospitality this time. Thank you for your consideration when I was unwell, changing my breakfast to porridge and offering kind words despite causing concern. The Property had many features that delighted the children, creating a lovely space. Every dish was delicious. We enjoyed the sauna and bath, spending a happy time there. Even after returning home, my child said they want to visit again. It is definitely a Property we wish to return to. Thank you very much for everything this time. I planned a trip on short notice and looked for accommodation while keeping costs as low as possible. The only drawback was that the room did not have a private bathroom or toilet, but it was not a major issue. Since the price was low, I did not have high expectations for the meals, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way. Both breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were very delicious, leaving me completely satisfied. It is an accommodation I would love to stay at again when visiting the area.

I stayed at this Ryokan as a base for exploring Iya, Oboke, and Koboke—remote areas of Tokushima. The building is old, and the shared areas on the second floor had no air conditioning, so it was very humid and hot. However, the Room had air conditioning and was comfortable. The Room was also spacious, the proprietress was kind, and the breakfast was healthy, just the right amount, and excellent. There was no facial lotion among the amenities, so it’s best to bring your own skincare set.

We went on a family trip with elementary school children in grades 1 and 4. We enjoyed playing basketball or table tennis casually in the gymnasium, jumping on trampolines, and relaxing by reading comics when tired. The paid private family bath with artificial Onsen exceeded our expectations and was very enjoyable. Meals, both breakfast and dinner, were simple to prepare yet satisfying. Overall, both kids and adults had a great time, making this accommodation one we would definitely revisit. Next time, we plan to visit in summer to enjoy the pool!

This was a hotel I had always wanted to stay at. The staff's natural conversations, smiles, and hospitality were wonderful. I was able to spend a comfortable time with my wife. Thank you very much. For example, the omelet prepared by the chef in the open kitchen using special eggs, as explained by the staff, was astonishingly tasty. At check-in, the front desk staff gave a courteous explanation, and I had a pleasant stay. I saw other Reviews saying it falls between a high-end Hotel and a Business Hotel, and that was exactly right. The breakfast area was a bit small and felt crowded, but the food was delicious. Located in Hakata, where accommodation costs are rising, this place offers great value with breakfast included and proximity to Kushida Shrine. This review is based on that perspective. This time, I visited for the Yamakasa festival. After walking a lot, I was able to relax and recover from fatigue by enjoying a private bath. The breakfast is delicious, and I always look forward to it. The retro Showa-era house gives a sense of preservation while maintaining the ryokan's charm. I will definitely stay here again when traveling alone in Hakata. Thank you very much!

We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and because a bed felt unsafe due to the risk of falling, we looked for a Hotel with a Japanese-style Room but couldn’t find one. We chose this place because it offers a flat, tatami-style Room where you sleep on futons laid out on the floor. The Room was spacious, so we felt comfortable even when our child was excited and running around. For breakfast, we made an advance Reservation and enjoyed delicious waffles at the café. There was no bathtub—only a shower room—but prioritizing our child’s safety, it wasn’t an issue. The next day we visited the Anpanman Museum, which was about 15 minutes away by car. We would love to stay here again.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at such an affordable rate. I don’t think you can find a place this spacious for just under 8,000 yen for two people. It’s close to Sakuragicho Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store close by as well, so I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you again.

This was my third stay. This time, there was a Shuttle Service for the first time, and instead of walking back and forth from Nagashima Spa Land carrying heavy luggage as I had before, I was able to use the Shuttle Service, which made things much easier. When there are many guests, the walls are thin, so I sometimes couldn’t sleep because I could hear conversations and doors opening and closing. However, on the day I stayed this time there were fewer guests, so it was quiet and comfortable. Since I don’t have a car, I can’t go to the main building, but they always provide complimentary breakfast bread and canned coffee each time, which I’m happy with.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This Hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and has a clean, well-kept interior. The complimentary drink service is also appreciated. Since the Room has a microwave and a washing machine, it seems ideal for a Multiple Night Stay or if you plan to spend a lot of time in the Room. Check-out is easy and takes just 30 seconds. For long-term stays, linen changes seem to be once a week; even considering the eco-friendly approach, it felt a bit too infrequent. I noticed the next morning that the refrigerator seemed to be broken. Since it was winter, it didn’t have much impact, but the salad and drinks I had stored inside were not chilled. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel.

Three friends and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We initially made a Reservation for three people, but when we asked whether we could add one more guest from the second night, they responded kindly and the additional fee was very reasonable. At check-in, we thought it would be unattended, but a staff member happened to be there and assisted us. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with no issues. For a Hotel, it also had a larger refrigerator and an electric kettle, which made our stay very comfortable. If I had to mention anything, it would be even better if there were slippers for stepping out onto the balcony. Also, the shower-side drain in the bathroom was a bit slow, so water can pool if you’re not careful—I hope this can be improved. Although we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time, it seems like it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!
