I stayed at this Hotel the night before to catch the bus from Sannomiya to Awaji Island. The area in front of the station was under construction, so I had to take a detour, but it was conveniently located near the station and close to the bus stop. The building next door was also under construction, but it wasn’t an issue. There is a book lounge, which I was very happy about as a book-lounge fan. (I only found out after staying.) Drinks and two kinds of snacks were available free of charge. I didn’t use it, but there was also a sweets time, with local donuts served. Despite how it looks from the outside, it was a comfortable Hotel.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.

We stayed for two nights with lounge access! We were completely satisfied with everything—breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. There were even four types of drinks prepared in the refrigerator. The service was truly attentive, and thanks to you we were able to fully enjoy our first trip sightseeing in Kobe. I stayed with a friend for a fan meeting. We may have taken the wrong exit at Yokohama Station and ended up taking quite a detour, but if you follow the proper route there’s no problem at all. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The Room had a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft. I usually can’t sleep if I stack two pillows, but I slept comfortably here! My friend, who often feels tired when staying at a Hotel, said “This place has good energy,” and was able to relax a lot. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel as well, it’s close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available. Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

My grandchild happily joined in activities like catching sweetfish and baking bread. We also enjoyed the pool to the fullest. The Onsen was great too.

It was a clean and well-kept Hotel. The pajamas were excellent.

I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. We stayed here to watch our child’s sports tournament. I had stayed before and knew the location was convenient and the rooms were comfortable, so this was my only choice when making a Reservation. The bed was very comfortable, and even after being out all day, I could truly rest and head out feeling refreshed the next day. Since I had checked the partner parking discount during my previous stay, I used it again and parked at a great rate. When we left in the morning, we met the housekeeping staff—they were very friendly and chatted with us, which made for a pleasant start to the day. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

This was my second stay. The property was thoroughly cleaned, and the building was new and spotless. In particular, the front desk service was excellent, and the staff were well trained. It is a Hotel I am glad I stayed at. I plan to Reserve again for a third stay.

The property has a wonderful atmosphere, and stepping into the entrance, I was impressed by the classic, calming interior. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Our trip for three women became a truly wonderful time. The 6-tatami Japanese-style room was on the second floor, and both the bath and the breakfast venue were very convenient. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept well.

I’ve visited Uwajima about ten times, and I’ve stayed here almost every time. Thank you again for always providing such a comfortable stay. This time I used the happy hour service. I really appreciated the wide selection of drinks, and even having sparkling water available. One thing I thought would be nice to have was snacks. Individually wrapped items like chocolate or cheese would make it even more convenient. Of course, I understand there may be cost considerations, but I would be grateful if you could consider it. I look forward to staying with you again soon.

It was a No Meals Included Plan. I checked in after 8:00 PM and left the Hotel by 7:30 AM. Since it was a no-meals Plan and I didn’t need to do any shopping, there wasn’t much that stood out… but the service from the two male front desk staff members was outstanding. They were polite yet approachable, and they spoke at a pace that matched the guest—truly wonderful hospitality. The Hotel wasn’t new, but I had a very comfortable stay.

Check-in and the staff’s response over the phone were kind and helpful. The Room felt clean and looked nice, but it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom. Also, there were not many amenity options, so overall it felt less satisfying than expected for the price.

We stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was very clean and stylish. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and since there was also a sauna in the Room, I got to try a sauna for the first time in my life. The cute little duck we could take home was also adorable. All of the staff were truly polite and kind, which really impressed us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again when we travel to Kobe!

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.
