Three of us stayed here as friends. We made a Reservation for the executive floor, so all three of us had spacious beds and a large Room. There were many perks, and we were able to fully enjoy our time. The large public bath also helped us relax both physically and mentally. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace. When we visit Kobe again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once I entered the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to take a break with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine as well as delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is also a large public bath, so I could relax in the bath. However, when I went after midnight it was crowded. Since going to the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if weekend bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style items, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

Conveniently located near Tenjin Station with easy access from the airport and Hakata Station. Nakasu is just a quick taxi ride away, and because it’s a bit removed from Nakasu, it’s quiet at night. The bathroom has a washing area, so I was able to relax. Amenities are not provided in the Room and are available at the front desk. Since there is a larger bathtub, it would be even nicer if bath salts (Onsen-style) were included among the amenities. Like many Hotels these days, there was no daily sheet change or Room cleaning. Breakfast was good with local ingredients, but for a Multiple Night Stay I wished there were a few more menu options. Also, it would be nice to have paper coffee cups so guests can take coffee from the breakfast area back to their Room.

Thank you as always. The bed is made up crisply with clean linens, so I can sleep soundly every time. There are also two types of pillows, so I can arrange them however I like and stay comfortable. The mattress suits my preferences, and I’m truly grateful to be able to sleep deeply in this bed and recover from work fatigue. Even in the hot summer, I can stay comfortable by fine-tuning the air conditioner temperature. I look forward to staying again. (Lately, it’s a shame that I’ve been booking No Meals Included and haven’t been able to have breakfast...)

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff were young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel. It was a luxurious and truly out-of-the-ordinary Hotel experience. Having the shower room and bathtub separated made my stay very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

I have stayed here several times, and the location is convenient and easy to access. This time, I was upgraded from a standard single room to a ladies’ double room, which made my stay even more comfortable. I recommend this Hotel in Sendai to anyone.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

I booked the No Meals Included plan to visit Hirome Market the next day, and it was a great value—the Room was spacious and clean, and the Onsen was excellent. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Cerise. The parking lot is free and spacious, and next time I’d like to stay with meals included and relax.

I stayed here for a live concert in Sendai. It’s close to the station, the staff were friendly, the Room was clean, and breakfast was free and very satisfying. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

This is the best Hotel our family has been using for three generations! We live nearby, but we still choose to stay here. Even though it was a busy season, I was truly impressed that you kindly accommodated our same-day requests to set up a baby guard and arrange a birthday surprise. Every time, the meals are delicious, the Facility and Onsen are spotless and well maintained, and the cleaning is thorough. The staff are always wonderful as well—everything is perfect every visit! It’s a Hotel that makes me want to work hard so we can come back again. We’ll be back!

The Room was very clean, and since it overlooked the river, the view was excellent! The first floor features a lovely European-style interior. The restaurant has large windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere! Although it’s close to the downtown area, it’s in a quiet location. We were very satisfied!

Although it’s a small property, the service was excellent, and breakfast was great with plenty of variety and local specialties. The housekeeping staff always greeted me when we passed in the hallway, and when I left my Room with my suitcase, they noticed I was heading downstairs and pressed the elevator button for me. I really appreciated those thoughtful little gestures. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

When I arrived tired, a male staff member kindly spoke to me, and I truly felt his thoughtfulness. After a long journey, those few words were very comforting. Check-in is usually at 2:00 PM, but since the Room was ready, I was shown to it earlier. Thanks to that, I could rest right away, which I really appreciated. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to relax and had a very satisfying stay. The location was also great—easy to find by going almost straight from Sendai Station East Exit—so I arrived without getting lost. Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. We were given a Room with a wonderful view, and since it was our honeymoon, it became a great memory. Thank you very much.
