I visit Kochi about twice a year, and this was my first time staying at the Comfort Hotel. The front desk staff, breakfast, and bed were all excellent, and I don’t think there are many Hotels that offer this level of service at this price. The on-site parking was full, but there were several affiliated parking lots nearby, which was very helpful. It would be perfect if in-and-out access for cars were included at this price, but I understand that’s difficult. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I’d love to stay again.

We stayed as a group of four—my elderly parents, my sibling, and me—who usually live apart. My parents were especially pleased with the heartfelt hospitality. The meals were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the dessert. We will visit again.

I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

This time, three generations of our family stayed for one night as a break for our grandchild who is studying. It was close to Cosmo World and Sky Duck, and it also had a pool. The Room was wonderful, the meals were very satisfying, and everyone was delighted. The view from the Room was also amazing. We would definitely like to visit again together.

I was also working remotely during my stay, and I truly appreciate your consideration regarding the cleaning schedule. The Room layout was ideal for remote work as well. Also, some Business Hotels recently have very small closets, but yours had ample space and was perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.

As a thank-you gift to relatives who have helped us, we treated them to a stay. They came back and told our family it was a wonderful Hotel. We chose a Room on the ocean side with a night view, thinking the kids would enjoy it. The children were happy, but the parents were absolutely amazed. The night view at Hotel Okura Kobe is outstanding—you can lose track of time just watching it.\n\nAnd breakfast: Okura’s breakfast is delicious across the board. The kids proudly told us they lined up twice for omelets! They even explained exactly what fillings they requested, their eyes sparkling.\n\nWe’re so glad we gifted them a stay at Hotel Okura Kobe. Thank you very much.

It was better than I expected. The Room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I was satisfied. There was only one trash bin in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have another one near the sink.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

This time we stayed in the dog-friendly Room with our daughter and her husband. My spouse and I have stayed here four or five times, and we keep coming back because the meals are delicious and the service is very attentive. It was our daughter’s first visit, and she was happy with how good the food was. Since it was our first time visiting in summer, we were surprised by how many insects there were and how crowded it was, but we were able to spend comfortably in the Room. However, one Room for four people and two dogs felt a bit cramped, so next time we plan to book two Rooms. The Room was clean and had no dog odor.

I stayed here again for the first time in about 25 years. The Hotel still has the same wonderful atmosphere, and I was once again able to fully enjoy the vivid view from my Room. And the breakfast was absolutely satisfying! Not only is there a great variety of dishes, but the made-to-order burgers are prepared after you order. There are plenty of toppings, and the size was just right. Also, it’s rare to find a Hotel that serves breakfast until 11:00. This is a fantastic Hotel that I can confidently recommend to friends!

This was my first time staying here! I stayed after a live concert. I was happy with the wide variety of amenities and coffee options. The Room was very clean and spacious, and I was excited that the TV had dedicated access to YouTube and more! The bathroom was also clean—this was truly a wonderful Hotel. It’s also close to Yokohama Station, which was great!

The Room had a great view, and we could see the ocean in the distance. It was also clean and easy to use. The jet bath was very relaxing. Even with a slightly larger car, the self-parking garage was easy to park in. There was an entrance/exit inside the station building, which made shopping convenient as well. We could also walk to the morning market and the Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street. A beef tongue restaurant called “Tsukasa” in Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street was delicious. Highly recommended. One request: the print on the breakfast voucher is too small to read. Even for someone like me with only mild presbyopia who doesn’t need reading glasses, it’s hard to read; for those who do need reading glasses, it would be unreadable without them—especially in dim lighting. I would appreciate it if you could use slightly larger text so it’s easier for everyone to read. (I stayed two nights, but I couldn’t read the date and wasn’t sure which one to use.) I may have another opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you for your consideration.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.
