Conveniently located with easy access from both Haneda Airport and Keikyu Kamata Station/JR Kamata Station, with many dining options nearby. The Hotel Facility includes a large public bath and a manga corner, and everything was well equipped for a comfortable stay. The Room had bunk beds, which felt like a training camp and was fun. I would like to stay again.

We stayed with four people and enjoyed BBQ and fireworks. Everything was simply perfect! First, the cleanliness. The place was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner—more carefully than many luxury Hotels—and it felt like staying in a brand-new home that no one had ever lived in. What was also great were the amenities. Not only seasonings, but many other items were thoughtfully provided, so we never lacked anything. Having trash bins placed throughout the house was also extremely convenient. As for the Room, it felt much more spacious than we expected from the photos beforehand, and the living room in particular was more than twice as large as we imagined. We had one question before our stay and contacted them by email; they replied right away, which was a huge help. This time we could only stay one night so it felt a bit rushed, but we will definitely stay again!

I received truly wonderful hospitality this time. Thank you for your consideration when I was unwell, changing my breakfast to porridge and offering kind words despite causing concern. The Property had many features that delighted the children, creating a lovely space. Every dish was delicious. We enjoyed the sauna and bath, spending a happy time there. Even after returning home, my child said they want to visit again. It is definitely a Property we wish to return to. Thank you very much for everything this time. I have a feeling it will become difficult to make Reservations, so I hope we can revisit soon.

We were offered a complimentary room upgrade just before check-in, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay in a room with a bathtub. When we mentioned that our daughter's family, who lives in the same town, might stop by, they kindly said, "It's okay if they stay over," and even placed extra towels at the entrance, showing great hospitality. In addition to a microwave, there was an induction cooker, so we were able to make fried eggs in the morning. The availability of mugs, plates, and disposable spoons and forks was very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was also an Anpanman car toy, which our grandchild enjoyed very much. We would like to use this place again when we visit our daughter.

This was my second visit to Kinosaki Onsen. It was my first time staying at this Accommodation, and everything—the Room, the baths, the meals, and the service—was outstanding. I love Onsen and have stayed at many Accommodations, but it’s rare to find one that deserves top marks across the board. It became a wonderful memory. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

We stayed with our 2-year-old and 0-year-old, and it was very convenient with a spacious bathing area, availability of bouncers and Bumbo seats, as well as baby gates. The place was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

This was my third stay. This time, there was a Shuttle Service for the first time, and instead of walking back and forth from Nagashima Spa Land carrying heavy luggage as I had before, I was able to use the Shuttle Service, which made things much easier. When there are many guests, the walls are thin, so I sometimes couldn’t sleep because I could hear conversations and doors opening and closing. However, on the day I stayed this time there were fewer guests, so it was quiet and comfortable. Since I don’t have a car, I can’t go to the main building, but they always provide complimentary breakfast bread and canned coffee each time, which I’m happy with.

We went on a family trip with elementary school children in grades 1 and 4. We enjoyed playing basketball or table tennis casually in the gymnasium, jumping on trampolines, and relaxing by reading comics when tired. The paid private family bath with artificial Onsen exceeded our expectations and was very enjoyable. Meals, both breakfast and dinner, were simple to prepare yet satisfying. Overall, both kids and adults had a great time, making this accommodation one we would definitely revisit. Next time, we plan to visit in summer to enjoy the pool!

We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and because a bed felt unsafe due to the risk of falling, we looked for a Hotel with a Japanese-style Room but couldn’t find one. We chose this place because it offers a flat, tatami-style Room where you sleep on futons laid out on the floor. The Room was spacious, so we felt comfortable even when our child was excited and running around. For breakfast, we made an advance Reservation and enjoyed delicious waffles at the café. There was no bathtub—only a shower room—but prioritizing our child’s safety, it wasn’t an issue. The next day we visited the Anpanman Museum, which was about 15 minutes away by car. We would love to stay here again.

The Facility feels slightly dated, and the Room, bath, and washroom are not particularly spacious, but they are well cleaned and feel very clean. I was able to rest well. I appreciated the affordable price.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The view was wonderful, and the Room had a charming, old-fashioned feel. Although there is no toilet or bath in the Room, everything is clean. The rice was delicious, and the Onsen was excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

At check-in, the front desk staff gave a courteous explanation, and I had a pleasant stay. I saw other Reviews saying it falls between a high-end Hotel and a Business Hotel, and that was exactly right. The breakfast area was a bit small and felt crowded, but the food was delicious. In particular, the grilled tuna collar was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.

Three friends and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We initially made a Reservation for three people, but when we asked whether we could add one more guest from the second night, they responded kindly and the additional fee was very reasonable. At check-in, we thought it would be unattended, but a staff member happened to be there and assisted us. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with no issues. For a Hotel, it also had a larger refrigerator and an electric kettle, which made our stay very comfortable. If I had to mention anything, it would be even better if there were slippers for stepping out onto the balcony. Also, the shower-side drain in the bathroom was a bit slow, so water can pool if you’re not careful—I hope this can be improved. Although we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time, it seems like it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

We stayed with two preschool children. After a long trip, the kids were irritated by the time we arrived at the Accommodation and in a bad mood. They were fussy, so we couldn’t make progress getting dinner and the bath ready…!! Our lifesaver was the Fire TV. Just for today, we made an exception—and being able to play Anpanman on YouTube helped keep them calm, so we were able to get through the day without any issues. Also, since we didn’t have to worry about other people’s eyes, it was a very satisfying stay for families with children. The building itself seems to be fairly old, but it’s well cleaned so it didn’t bother us. The route to the apartment has many side roads and narrow streets, and parking was a bit difficult for a family car. If you’re not confident driving, please be careful.

It is understandable to have a security camera outside the entrance, but having one inside the entrance feels unnecessary, especially since the washroom is adjacent to the entrance and guests might walk around in pajamas. The accommodation is next to a residential house, so it doesn't provide a resort-like atmosphere. It feels more like returning to your family home. It takes over 5 minutes to get to Nagashima Resort, but this is within an acceptable range. I appreciated that towels were set in the toilet and each person was provided with two face towels. It would be even better if there were pre-set towels in the kitchen as well.

Close to Nakasu’s nightlife district, yet quiet and relaxing. Simple and clean—everything experienced travelers need, and nothing more. With self check-in, a number-lock entry system, and only basic amenities, it may not suit guests expecting full service.

It took more than 10 minutes to walk from Yokohama Station, partly because I had luggage. Also, it was my first time staying somewhere that did not offer luggage storage after check-out, so I should have confirmed this before making a Reservation. The unit bath in the Room was clean, but it felt quite small and not very easy to use.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at such an affordable rate. I don’t think you can find a place this spacious for just under 8,000 yen for two people. It’s close to Sakuragicho Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store close by as well, so I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you again.
