Butterbur Shinoda rolls, vinegared dried taro stems, and the breakfast pumpkin soup—everything beyond the main dish was also delicious, with the chef’s kindness and sure touch coming through. The in-room dining service, delivered with just the right timing and a comfortable sense of distance (without over-explaining), is especially appealing. The Onsen in the Room was silky and seemed to cling to the skin; even after returning home, I felt my skin looked “whiter” and noticed a brightening effect. Highly recommended.

The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

This time, I stayed with my son and his wife. The small, guest-only bath is truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. At the shop, they made me a discount card, so I could shop at a great price. The meals are delicious, and above all, I love the staff’s hospitality and smiles. I stay here whenever I return to my hometown, and every time the attentive service is consistently excellent—it feels like a miracle to be able to stay at this price. A two-day stay that felt like stepping into another world The stylish furnishings in each Room and the thoughtful attention to every little detail were exceptional. The birds and insects singing in the garden, the soothing sound of water in the open-air bath, and above all, the chef’s warm personality and outstanding cuisine were truly superb. This is a wonderful auberge I would absolutely love to return to, and one I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, Hotel staff came over and helped carry our luggage. The entrance, surrounded by trees, had a lovely atmosphere, and the Room felt comfortable with its modern Japanese style. The private open-air bath was pleasantly lukewarm—perfect for relaxing—while the large public bath was set to around 41°C, which felt just right. The water is clear and neutral in scent and taste, leaving a refreshing feeling after bathing. Dinner was a chef’s creative course menu, and each dish was carefully prepared—we were very satisfied. For us in our 60s, it was almost more than we could finish. The grounds are spacious, with spring water flowing into a pond with koi. The pathways are full of charm as well, but they are somewhat long and include slopes, so older guests should take care. At check-in you can receive feed for the ducks. Ducks (and cats) come close looking for food and are adorable, but they may compete for it; some guests were bitten when feeding directly from their hand, so please be careful. After an unexpected evening rain stopped, we looked outside late at night to find a sky full of stars. On clear summer nights, it seems you could lie back on the terrace couch and enjoy stargazing. I did wish the Room trash bin were a bit larger. The staff were thoughtful in many ways overall, making this a very pleasant stay.

We stayed with two adults and two dogs. On the way there, our navigation system guided us on a detour and we arrived via a very narrow road, but after the staff explained the route, we found that if you exit onto the road right in front, you’re immediately on a main road and it’s very close to the Awaji Interchange—an excellent location. Our dogs had a great time running around both in the shared dog run Room and in the run. The complimentary drinks at the shared run were much appreciated. For dinner at Genpei, the anago (conger eel) hot pot and sashimi were outstanding, with generous portions—absolutely delicious (lol). In summer, most vacation rentals have lots of insects, but there were very few this time, which was great. Proper insect control measures are clearly in place. The staff were also wonderful and kindly helped us throughout—thank you very much. We’ll definitely come back again.

We stayed on Friday and Saturday. On the way to our Room, we were soothed by what was probably the scent of hinoki cypress. For dinner, we chose French cuisine. It was served as a course meal and was very delicious—we were completely full! The Onsen water temperature felt a bit hot; our 5th-grade daughter got out after a short time. Amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and emulsion were provided in the Room in single-use sachets. We had breakfast inside the Ryokan the next morning; there was a wide variety of dishes, and it was excellent! The staff at the Ryokan kindly spoke to us each time, which made us happy. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. We would love to stay again if we have the chance!

This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

The view through the large windows on the way from the entrance to the front desk, surrounded by towering trees, was instantly soothing. The Room was wonderful, and we stayed together with my two daughters’ families. As soon as my young grandchildren entered the Room, they changed into swimsuits and headed to the pool. Since I wasn’t feeling well, I lay down on the sofa by myself and relaxed quietly while looking out over the pine grove. The Room had been renovated and felt very clean and fresh. Since our group included three small children (ages 6, 3, and 0) and four adults, they prepared a spacious private dining room for us, so we could take our time without worrying about other guests. We were completely satisfied with this Hotel in every way. My husband couldn’t join us this time, but we would love to stay again together. Even though I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to avoid long walks, I was able to walk to Kamogawa Sea World—and seeing a show there for the first time amazed me and left a lasting impression.

This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. We stayed with our child, and the Accommodation had thoughtfully prepared many items such as barley tea for children, bibs, toys, and a dedicated diaper bin, which made our stay very comfortable. My father loved this Accommodation so much during our previous stay that we came back again. Everyone on the staff was so thoughtful, and the food in particular was delicious. We could really feel your hospitality. Even the tableware became part of our conversation, and my father’s favorite—pike conger—was especially tasty. Even after we got home, he kept saying, “It was delicious.” The portions were generous, so it may have been a bit too much for seniors. I felt bad leaving some behind. At night, I soaked in the ceramic tub and relaxed while gazing at the stars—it was truly healing time. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

The ocean view from the Room was beautiful. After doing the evening exercises, it no longer hurt to turn over in bed, so I’d like to keep doing them. The Onsen was also very relaxing, and I was able to unwind. I’d love to visit again. Please consider allowing guests to bring dogs as well!

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Fukuyama Castle as seen from the Room was wonderful both during the day and at night. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Just as the Reviews said, this was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation. The silky, free-flowing hot spring water straight from the source has an excellent quality, reminiscent of Tawarayama Onsen, known as the grand champion of western Japan. The meals were well balanced in quantity, quality, and flavor, and everything was delicious. It was even better that it wasn’t a buffet. The Facility has been renovated and is impeccably clean throughout. What impressed me most was the outstanding taste in the furnishings—chairs, tables, and other pieces—including in the guest rooms—making it very comfortable and relaxing to stay here. I stay at Onsen Accommodations about 10 nights a year, and this is definitely a place I must return to. Thank you for such a comfortable stay.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath overlooking the ocean under the fireworks festival Plan. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and we fully enjoyed the many private open-air baths. There is also a beach and a park nearby, so our children had a great time. We would love to stay again.
