This was our first time staying as a family of six. We stayed in the annex, and the building was clean and a great environment for families with children without worrying about noise. The bath was spacious, and we loved that it had free-flowing natural hot spring water. The Onsen pool was also large, and the kids really enjoyed it. The night pool had a magical atmosphere as well. It turned into a wonderful trip.

I have stayed here several times, and the Facility, meals, and the staff’s service are excellent. The shuttle bus drivers are also very kind, and the frequent service is greatly appreciated. One request for improvement: I made a Reservation for the same Room type as last year, but although it was still in Shōinkaku, last year it was in a newer building while this year it was in a different one. Even on the official website it appears to be booked under the same category, so I would appreciate an option to specify and reserve the newer building I stayed in last year. We look forward to staying again next summer.

Our three-generation family stayed for two nights, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, comfortable atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including history museums that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), making it enjoyable for all ages. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy the places we visited on this trip as well. We booked Hana no Sato with the Anniversary Plan for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. After we arrived, we were taking a photo of the Accommodation sign at the entrance when a staff member warmly greeted us and offered to take our picture. From there, everything—from check-in to being shown to our Room—was handled with such care and courtesy. We were already saying to each other how amazing the service was! The Room was fantastic, with a bed larger than a double and an incredible open-air bath. Dinner was the Nagi Wagyu kaiseki course, with steak, shabu-shabu, and many other dishes—so much food that we could barely finish it, and we were completely satisfied. During dinner, they placed a cake in our refrigerator for us, and the surprise was a huge success! (I requested it by email in advance; their reply was quick and very helpful.) At check-out as well, they kindly saw us off all the way to the exit. This was truly the best service we’ve ever experienced at any Accommodation—I honestly didn’t want to leave. The international staff also spoke excellent Japanese and were wonderful. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!

This was a truly welcoming and pleasant Hotel. As I was traveling solo, I was shown to a quiet seat with a great view for dinner, and I was able to relax and enjoy the meal. They were considerate about ingredients I don’t like, and everything was delicious. The only regret was that the portions were a bit large for me, and I was almost full before the main course. Breakfast was exciting, and everything was delicious—absolutely wonderful! My Room was close to the guest lounge, so I enjoyed not only staying in my Room but also spending time in the stylish guest lounge. The sauna, jacuzzi, and bedroom were all very relaxing—I had a great stay!

I’ve stayed at this Accommodation many times, and I’m always able to relax. The meals are delicious, and the female staff provide excellent service, making it a very comfortable and satisfying experience. I was also able to unwind in the Room’s bath and enjoy a slow, peaceful pace of time. Of course, I’ll be back again.

We stayed as a group of five with our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. It was our grandchild’s very first trip and their first Onsen experience. As it was a weekday, we were upgraded to the highest-grade Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable with no inconveniences at all. The attendant who looked after us seemed relatively new, but provided courteous service with care in every detail. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals. The simmered golden eye snapper in particular had a gentle seasoning and was outstanding. It was also our first time trying the mixed breakfast dish, and it was very tasty. The location is close to Atami Ginza and Sun Beach, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying local food. Thanks to you, it was a truly satisfying trip in every way. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on the second night of our 2-night, 3-day trip to Toyama and Kanazawa! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the Hotel staff came out to greet us. They promptly helped with our luggage, and check-in was smooth. We are truly grateful for the attentive service from our assigned attendant (a foreign staff member), who worked very hard to assist us. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, so our family could relax, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The proprietress also had a wonderful smile, making this a memorable Kanazawa trip. Thank you very much!

This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen. I booked a good-value Plan with a lighter meal, but there was so much food that I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. The Onsen tickets were included, so I could enjoy other Onsens as well—it was wonderful. The Shuttle Service to the bus stop was very helpful. All the staff were very kind, and I was truly impressed. I would love to visit again.

This was my long-admired Accommodation, and my first visit. I was truly able to relax in a space where all I could see from the Room was greenery, and all I could hear were the calls of cicadas. The two large public baths had slightly different temperatures between the indoor bath and the open-air bath, so even I, who am not fond of very hot water, could choose what suited me. The meals also featured seasonal ingredients beautifully and were absolutely delicious. I sincerely appreciate the staff’s thoughtful, unobtrusive hospitality. I would love to return in a different season.

My husband and I stayed here on the middle day of a three-day holiday weekend. The first-floor corner Room “Kanade” was wonderful, with views of both the sea and the mountains, and we were very satisfied. The view from the in-room bath was also amazing. In addition to a ReFa showerhead, there was even a hair dryer and hair iron provided—thoughtful touches that many women will appreciate. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner at our own private dining room at a relaxed pace. The bedroom’s calm color scheme and comfortable bedding helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was a lovely Accommodation that made us want to return as a couple.

Relax in the Onsen, enjoy delicious meals, soak your feet in the footbath while drinking milk, and take your time admiring the stunning view through the large window from the Room. It was truly wonderful. The food was excellent; every dish was prepared with care by the head chef, and even the tableware was beautiful. The course meal came in just the right portions, and everything tasted great. The breakfast buffet was also all handmade with rich, thoughtful flavors. The Onsen was clean and well maintained, and I went in many times. The staff service was outstanding as well. Their spirit of hospitality showed even in the smallest details, and the service was excellent. My companion was very satisfied too. I felt it’s a Hotel where adults can relax and enjoy a luxurious stay. The 4.6-star rating wasn’t a lie. Unfortunately we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji this time, so I’ll visit again. It was also amazing to lie down and watch the clouds move through a picture-frame-like window. It really is a great Hotel.

The staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the Room, the delicious meals, and the large public bath—everything was wonderful, and we had a truly lovely time. They even lent us towels and parasols for going to the outside baths, and we really appreciated their thoughtful attention to every detail. I had always wanted to try “tap” mandarin orange juice, but I never expected to experience it at a Hotel—what a delightful surprise. Every dish in the kaiseki dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of items, all of them tasty, and our child was thrilled and ate plenty as well. If we have another chance to stay in Dogo Onsen, we would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. We stayed here to celebrate both our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, hoping to enjoy Onsen and delicious cuisine with views of the sea and town. The scenery, food, and Onsen were wonderful, and we especially appreciated the excellent service from Mr./Ms. F. Friendly yet attentive and courteous, their explanations made the meal even more enjoyable—we truly loved every dish. On our way out, we also discussed our next Reservation. We look forward to staying with you again. Thank you for helping us spend an unforgettable anniversary!

The modern Japanese-Western style room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail for small children, such as pushing the beds together and limiting the height of the cushions. The meals were excellent, and the dessert pudding was especially delicious—I wanted to buy some to take home as a souvenir. Kinosaki in the rain also had a charming atmosphere, and we were very satisfied.

I was looking for an Accommodation with an Onsen in the Room, so I made this Reservation. The large public bath was spacious and great, but what I especially liked was being able to enjoy the in-room bath as many times as I wanted. My skin felt so smooth afterward—it was very relaxing. The meals and evening drink service were excellent. Also, thank you to all the staff for your kind and attentive service.

This is our third stay at this Accommodation since the beginning of the year. We are truly grateful that you welcomed us with our dog and provided such a clean Room. The meals were a full sea bream course, and we were completely satisfied with the local Naruto ingredients. As a bonus, even though our dog is very picky about food, he happily enjoys it when we share some slices of the sea bream shabu-shabu with him. With inflation driving up costs for ingredients as well as electricity and fuel, we hope you will continue operating while taking appropriate measures such as adjusting prices. Personally, I feel the current rates are almost too good to be true. It’s a wonderful Accommodation, and we will definitely stay again.

This is my favorite Hotel. This time, I visited with my grandchild for the first time, and we had a wonderful time. The meal at Cape Mondo was also very delicious. However, I was disappointed that the seahorses were gone. I would love to have seahorses kept there again so I can hold one. Whenever I went to the Seahorse restaurant, I always made sure to see them. Thank you in advance.

We were truly satisfied with both the meals and the Room! We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. It was wonderful to be able to soak anytime without worrying about the time! The staff member who served our meals was very kind, and even in the morning, he shared helpful information before we headed out. He also saw us off until the very end, and we are sincerely grateful. It made for a truly wonderful trip. This is our No. 1 Accommodation we want to stay at again.
