We stayed here as a family. We were satisfied with everything: the service, the Room, the bath, the food, the afternoon tea right after arrival, and the drinks in the lounge. Since this trip was about relaxing at the Hotel rather than sightseeing, choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. Our whole family was very happy, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

We stayed as an 82-year-old grandmother and her 22-year-old grandchild. Having lived abroad for many years, we were continually moved by the wonderful Japanese hospitality. The Room with a private in-room Onsen we had always dreamed of was extremely comfortable, and the wide variety of dishes served each day were truly delicious—we could feel the chef’s care in every single item. All of the staff were very kind, and it was simply a fantastic three-night stay. When my grandmother felt unwell from travel fatigue, they even made rice balls for her and showed us such thoughtful kindness. Japanese hospitality is the best in the world. We look forward to visiting again someday. Thank you very much for everything.

With only a few Rooms, it is quiet and offers a private atmosphere, making it ideal for guests who want to relax. The staff are very courteous, and the service is attentive. The meals featured plenty of delicious ingredients from Hakodate. It is conveniently located with easy access to buses and streetcars for getting around. We stayed in a Junior Suite Room, and our family was able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

I made a Reservation for my family’s stay. They said the breakfast was delicious, there was soft-serve ice cream, and the Room was comfortable.

We were talking with friends about wanting to see the Atami fireworks, and that’s how we found Atami Terrace. We’d often seen it on Instagram, so although it was a bit pricey for us, we decided to make the Reservation since it was a special occasion—and we were absolutely thrilled! Nothing blocked the view: an amazing collaboration of the sea, illuminations, and fireworks right in front of us. The powerful sound that you could feel in your stomach was truly moving. The service was just as impressive as the fireworks. The buffet meals—both dinner and breakfast—offered great variety, and unlike many Hotels like this, there was hardly any waiting in line. For my friend who has trouble walking and uses a cane, there was a cart that could carry a tray while moving around, and she seemed happy to be able to choose as much as she wanted. We were also surprised by the all-you-can-drink beer. We also enjoyed plenty inside the Hotel—late-night soba noodles, plus tea and sweets in the lounge. And with the beach right in front of you, I think it would be perfect for swimming too. It’s beautiful overall, and the Room is compact but well organized—we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We’ve already made another Reservation for the November fireworks festival. We’re really looking forward to it.

This was my second stay. This time, I booked a No Meals Included plan to visit a nearby sushi restaurant. I’m not sure if it was due to the earthquake, but the Onsen was not available, so we could only use the bath in our Room or the showers in the large public bath. As a result, we received a small refund. I hope it can be repaired soon.

The town itself isn’t very large, but the street where the Accommodation is located has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and unwind. The bath is amazing. Even during the hottest time of year in the city, it’s a bit cooler here, and in the morning you can open the window and let in a refreshing breeze. Not only the bath, but also the wooden building was wonderful—the gentle scent of wood as you move around felt incredibly soothing.

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. We took our first family trip to Awaji Island to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We chose this Accommodation because we love Onsen, and above all, we were drawn to the name “Senshin Waho.” After staying here, it truly became a place we thought, “We absolutely want to come back the next time we visit Awaji Island.” When we arrived, the staff kindly carried our luggage from the car. While listening to the soothing sound of wind chimes, we were served blended tea, and orange juice for our child. Just as we had seen in Reviews, everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. My husband was delighted and said it was “the best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at,” which made me happy too. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view. Simply watching the sea made all our everyday fatigue melt away. Dinner featured many dishes that truly captured Awaji Island, and everything was delicious. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they even prepared a celebration plate for him. Thank you so much for that and for all your warm thoughtfulness. And then the Onsen we had been looking forward to: a rare free-flowing natural hot spring on Awaji Island. There was chlorination and heating, but no added water. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, and the water felt soft and gentle on the skin. The amenities were also from SYMPURTE—one of my favorites. The large public bath even had hair oil available, and their original shampoo/conditioner as well as face & body soap had a pleasant aroma that didn’t overpower the Onsen atmosphere. They provided slippers and yukata for our child, and at meals they arranged seating in a tatami room rather than at the counter. They also noticed that I’m left-handed, and even at breakfast the next morning they quietly accommodated me with thoughtful attention. Every detail of their care meant so much—it really showed how closely the staff pay attention to each guest. Onsen quality, amenities, service, cleanliness, meals—everything exceeded our expectations. The beach just a short walk from the Accommodation was wonderful too: not crowded at all. We collected sea glass with our child and watched the sunset—those simple moments became cherished memories of our trip. The baths were never crowded either; most of the time there were only one or two people there besides us, so we could relax comfortably. This is an Accommodation that makes us want not only to return to Awaji Island again—but specifically to stay at Senshin Waho again. Thank you very much.

I visit Ajiro for fishing and always choose this accommodation as my regular stay. It's so comfortable that I often end up extending my stay. The view is great, and the private bath is absolutely amazing. I will continue to support you!

My parents, my younger brother, my child, and I stayed here using two cars this time. Since there is a drop-off parking area in front of the Hotel, it was easy to unload and check in with my child, and we could take our luggage to the Room in one trip. The parking lot was also close by, spacious, and easy to park in! The Room was clean, and my child made a beeline for the hammock chair! They enjoyed it with a big smile—and it was fun for adults to use too. My child was fascinated by the manual coffee grinder provided in the Room. They ground the beans themselves and made coffee for the whole family! My parents were delighted by coffee prepared by their grandchild. Seeing my child look so proud was adorable! We used the baths a lot (we tried all of the private baths), so being able to get drinks and replenish salt anytime was really appreciated. The meals were delicious—I ate so much I felt stuffed (lol). It was great that my child, who usually watches a lot of TV, had so much fun playing table tennis—we all enjoyed it as a family! My child got the most exercise there. We also enjoyed karaoke—there never seemed to be enough time. All of the staff were kind and attentive with their explanations and support, which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

On October 29th, I stayed with my partner. As a Kyoto resident, I have a deep appreciation for Japanese culture, and without a doubt, Manyotei is the best accommodation. We set an average budget of 50,000 yen for two people per night with two meals included. We travel six times a year for a total of 12 nights annually and have continued this tradition into our 74th year. Looking back on our experiences, this accommodation definitely ranks in the top three. The reasons are: 1. The dinner and breakfast are exceptionally delicious. 2. The natural Onsen springs at pH 2.1 and nearly 70°C (the morning open-air bath is especially popular). 3. Breakfast starts leisurely at 7:30 AM due to its proximity to Mount Bandai's surroundings. 4. All guests were Japanese (perhaps because it’s a Ryokan or by coincidence?). 5. The staff's hospitality was impeccable. This is truly one of those rare accommodations we want to visit again! Highly recommended for retired couples traveling together. Manyotei is an ideal choice for those who enjoy Nyuto Onsen or Myounoyu Onsen. We will definitely return—thank you very much!

The irori sauna was the best sauna I’ve ever experienced. The sushi for dinner was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed for one night; the hot spring was outstanding, and the building was well maintained and very clean. Even though we chose the standard meal course, it was excellent and more than filling.

Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

This was the only Hotel in the Hotel New Awaji group I hadn’t stayed at yet, so we visited during our summer vacation. The Facility is a bit old, but it was kept reasonably clean. The Onsen water was excellent, and the view from the bath helped me forget my everyday fatigue. Personally, I think this had the best meals of any Hotel New Awaji property I’ve visited so far—this is a big plus for me. My daughter also said she wants to go again.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

I stayed with my two sons, aged 19 and 17. The seafood bowl at breakfast was outstanding. In the evening, we enjoyed bowling and photo booths like when the kids were little. The Room was clean and wonderful. Perhaps because the large public bath uses natural Onsen water, it felt a bit slippery.

The Room has been renovated and is very clean. The view from the Room is peaceful, and you can enjoy it for hours. It is conveniently located near Tantetsu Yuhigaura-Kitsu Onsen Station, and the trains passing by add to the relaxed atmosphere. The Onsen also seems to be free-flowing, which was excellent. For meals, freshly cooked rice was served in an ohitsu both morning and night, and it was very delicious. I usually prefer a Hotel with an ocean view, but I felt that the rural scenery here was wonderful as well. It’s quiet, so you can sleep very well at night. Also, the Taishokan building—open for self-guided viewing—is well worth seeing at least once.

We stayed with a same-day Reservation, and everything was excellent. We arrived later than planned and were almost late for our dinner Reservation, but every staff member remained welcoming and provided outstanding service. Thank you very much. Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath were great. The dinner and breakfast were especially delicious, and the all-you-can-eat grilled fish at breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely like to stay again on our next visit.
