We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The views and service were wonderful. The kaiseki dinner during the fireworks was both beautiful and delicious, making it a truly special time for our family!

I stayed here on short notice for a trip to Tottori. I couldn’t find the location of the affiliated parking lot, so I called the front desk, and they kindly helped me—I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious enough, there were free drinks on the first floor, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. It’s close to the station as well, which was truly convenient. Thank you very much! I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night to visit Seiganto-ji Temple, Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, and Nachi Falls. The buffet meals were all delicious—Japanese, seafood, Chinese, and Western. We also ordered Kumano beef with our Plan, and it was incredibly good. When we arrived, we were tired from driving, but the Mont Blanc served in the lounge was excellent. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, and being able to soak anytime was wonderful—the Onsen was amazing. The views were beautiful in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The only downside was that the open-air bath in the public bathing area alternates between men and women by time/day schedule, so you may not be able to use both on your arrival day. Thank you for a relaxing stay. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed here with my elderly mother and aunt. During meals, the staff kindly explained everything in detail, and their service was excellent. At check-out, the front desk called a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I accidentally left something behind, but after confirming it, they promptly shipped it to me. I stayed here with my daughter on a trip to Yamaguchi. We drove from Shin-Shimonoseki to the Ryokan by rental car. Right after arriving, we enjoyed the footbath, then the granite bath. After a walk around, we returned to the Ryokan for the open-air bath. After dinner, we used the bath in our Room. In the morning, we went to the hinoki-wood bath. After breakfast, we used the Room bath again. We really enjoyed all the Onsen. It may just have been how I felt, but when I woke up in the morning my fingers weren’t stiff like usual—maybe it was an Onsen effect. The food was delicious, the riverside scenery was beautiful, and there were few tourists, so it felt like a hidden gem. The staff at this Ryokan were also very welcoming and made it feel homey. The building showed its age, but that gave it character. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner in our Room didn’t cool well and it was uncomfortable. Maybe it’s an older unit? Also, there was a musty smell in the Room (different from sulfur) that bothered me. Still, I’d like to visit again if I have another chance, and if friends ask me for recommendations for a good Onsen getaway, this is an Accommodation I’d suggest.

We stayed again this year, following our visit last year. While many nearby Ryokan have closed, this property has been renovated and reborn with excellent Facility—I felt it is the best in Yuhama. In particular, the Onsen was pure free-flowing hot spring water from the source, with no added water or heating, and it was wonderfully comfortable—I kept sweating for a while even after bathing. Since our Room had a splendid private free-flowing Onsen bath, we enjoyed it many times. Unfortunately, there was light rain and the sea was rough with whitecaps, so swimming was prohibited. However, we are not really at an age to play in the ocean anymore, so we enjoyed walking around the Hotel area instead. There were about ten cats nearby; they were friendly and fun to be around. They had ear marks indicating they had been spayed/neutered, so it seemed the town manages them well. It left us with a good impression of a town that cares for animals. Meals were different from last year: they served them efficiently with fewer staff in a spacious Room renovated from an annex building. The quality felt slightly below last year’s level, though that may simply be personal preference. It also made us feel how challenging operations can be after COVID. We were happy to have a chance to speak in the morning with refined people who seemed to be the proprietress and her son. We would like to visit KAMEYA again next year as well—a place proud of its 200-year history. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The building is a Business Hotel, but it is close to Goryokaku and the bath was a natural Onsen. Some Business Hotels have large public baths, but this was my first time with a natural Onsen. I ended up soaking both at night and again in the morning.

When we were taking photos at the Hotel entrance, a staff member kindly approached us in a natural way and offered to take our picture, which made us feel truly welcomed. I was traveling alone with two children, so I was a bit anxious, but thanks to the staff’s kindness and the wonderful Hotel and pool, my children had an amazing time. The food was also delicious. We had such a great stay that we would love to come back again.

We stayed for one night on our way back from a trip to Kyushu, and it was our first visit. The front lobby was very spacious, and the design—almost like a surrounding corridor—felt truly luxurious. With its seaside location, we could see the ocean from our Room, and there were many children enjoying the on-site pool. As an IKYU Diamond member benefit, we received access cards to the club floor and ended up using it twice. The club floor was also an exceptionally refined space with outstanding views, offering both table seating and sofa areas. A wide selection of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks was generously provided, so you could easily spend the whole day there enjoying drinks. There were also many well-seasoned, elegant guests who seemed like regulars, and even as a couple who rarely visits club floors, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The large public bath had wonderfully soothing saline water that completely relieved our travel fatigue. Next time, we’d love to stay longer for a more relaxing getaway. My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.

As the title says, we didn’t use the pool due to an approaching typhoon, but there was a large Room in the Facility where children could play even on rainy days. Our kids were able to play all day together with other families’ children. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had a wide variety of options. The Room was clean, and the bath was great.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

Since there was no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay inside until the evening, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The toilet is a little far away, but it was clean. It’s dark on the way to the bath, so a headlamp is useful to have. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious.

Four of us stayed here on a girls’ trip. We booked a guaranteed Mt. Fuji view Room and were thrilled to see such a beautiful Mt. Fuji! The Room had a nostalgic Showa-era feel, but it came with basic amenities and tea, and since we only stayed one night and didn’t spend much time in the Room, it was more than sufficient. The meals (with breakfast and dinner included) were delicious, and there was so much food we couldn’t finish it all even though we wanted to try more. In the morning, we could hear Japanese bush warblers singing, which felt wonderfully refreshing, and seeing majestic Mt. Fuji made it an unforgettable memory! If we have the chance, we’d love to visit again.

We stayed for one night and two days with a couple of friends from Tokyo. We were a bit worried with three 2-year-olds, but it was fine. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we arrived before noon and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There was also an indoor play area, and we enjoyed mango parfaits at the elephant tortoise café in front of the Onsen! Kaiseki dinner at night and a buffet breakfast in the morning—such a wonderful two days! It’s definitely on our list of Accommodations we want to visit again!
