It was a very comfortable Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction. In particular, the hostess and staff provided service with just the right sense of distance, which made our stay truly pleasant. My father, who turns 95 this year, was also in great spirits. We will definitely visit again.

All the meals were truly delicious! The splendid alfonsino was especially tasty, and I’m glad I added it. This is a traditional Accommodation, but it didn’t feel old at all—everything was spotless and wonderful. The bath was also great. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and feel refreshed. This is our third year in a row staying here, and thanks to you we were able to relax again this time. The delicious sweets and tea served upon arrival, the beautiful greenery of the trees visible throughout the property, the clean and comfortable Room, the spacious open-air bath in the Room, the large public baths and private baths—each with its own unique atmosphere—and the meals that were a delight to look at and, of course, tasted wonderful—everything was outstanding. We are also grateful to all of your staff for their consistently pleasant hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I feel as if both my body and mind have been refreshed. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced it is. Thank you very much. I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

I was truly impressed by the silky, rich quality of the Onsen water. It felt so pleasant that I wanted to keep touching my skin in the bath forever—it's rare to find water like this. After arriving, I crossed the bridge and went for a walk; the sound of cicadas was wonderful, and I ended up walking for about an hour. You can also go down to the river, which is another highly recommended spot. The meals were very generous, and I regret that I couldn’t finish everything. I’d be happy if there were an option for a smaller portion with a higher-quality course menu. The sweetfish and bonito were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and even though we arrived nearly two hours later than planned, thank you very much for welcoming us so kindly. Both the Room and the bath were very clean. We were a bit concerned about mosquitoes given the season, but effective measures with a wonderful fragrance were in place, so we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The sound system in the loft theater room was excellent—it truly felt like being in a movie theater. We were also shown to a private dining room, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the delicious food at our own pace, almost like in-Room dining. All of the staff were courteous from start to finish, and we had a truly wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.

While looking for a Hotel near Churaumi Aquarium, I chose this Accommodation because it had excellent Reviews on every site I checked. We stayed in a family Room, and it was spacious and spotless—our kids were thrilled the moment they saw it! Since you take off your shoes before entering, it felt very clean, which we really appreciated. The bath area was also clean, and as a family that loves bathing, having a large public bath was a big plus. The morning bath felt wonderful too. We had both dinner and breakfast at the buffet. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. We had buffets at Resort Hotels on the two previous days as well, but the Okinawan dishes here—such as umi-budo (sea grapes), Okinawa soba, goya champuru, and tacos—were the best at Litt Hotel Nakijin. There was also sashimi, and the seafood rice bowl was excellent! The staff were kind, and we were completely satisfied with everything about this Hotel. When we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again. I’m glad we could spend our last night of our Okinawa trip at such a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much!

I’m sorry for the late review, but thank you very much for providing such a wonderful night. The hot spring bath in the Room was incredibly soothing, and I ended up soaking in it many times. Above all, the Accommodation’s main highlight—the meal—far exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation, and I was truly satisfied. Not only was everything delicious, but it was the first time I’ve ever felt that eating could be this much fun. I was genuinely moved from the bottom of my heart. Partway through the meal, my chronic condition suddenly worsened and I had to excuse myself; thank you again for kindly bringing the final dessert to my Room—I would like to express my sincere gratitude here once more. This is an Accommodation I absolutely want to return to. I’m really looking forward to the day I can visit again.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed during a snowy season, so this time I was able to relax until dinner and fully enjoy the sight of green trees swaying and the gentle calls of evening cicadas from my clean, refined Room. The meals here are delicious both in the morning and in the evening, with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the fish and meat were also excellent—everything was flawless. Above all, the staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was attentive and professional, which made me feel truly happy. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have time. As mentioned in the reviews, the staff at the accommodation were very considerate, and the accommodation itself, with its 100-year history, provided a relaxing and leisurely experience. Meals were served in the room with a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, the "Sennin Bath" being mixed-gender made it uncomfortable for women to enter. As noted in reviews, there seemed to be men lingering near the entrance, which was disappointing. On the other hand, we appreciated being able to reserve a private bath that was spacious and enjoyable.

We were blessed with great weather this time, and the view from the in-room semi-open-air bath was wonderful. The Onsen may feel a little lukewarm, but it keeps you warm for a long time. We heard the meals had just been updated with new offerings, and everything was delicious. With all amenities provided, this Accommodation is truly appreciated for allowing us to visit lightly and casually. We would love to return again in different seasons. This is the most satisfying Ryokan I have ever stayed at. The hospitality was beyond anything I could have imagined. The owner, the proprietress, and all the staff were wonderful people, and their warmth truly touched my heart. The meals, centered on seafood, featured outstanding ingredients and careful preparation—I was completely satisfied. What deserves special mention is the owner’s 100% buckwheat handmade soba: its aroma and smoothness were exceptional. I live in a prefecture known as a soba mecca, but I have never had soba better than this. Even the breakfast vegetables were all pesticide-free and homegrown, made with real care. The Onsen water was a reddish cloudy spring that felt gentle on the skin and relieved my fatigue. The building has a dignified presence with a sense of history. In every way it was outstanding—an Accommodation that makes you want to return again soon.

I stayed here with a friend this March and was so impressed that I returned in July with my family (as a couple). The dining menu had changed to a summer menu, so we were able to enjoy it again with a fresh perspective. With only eight parties staying at a time, this is a hidden-gem Accommodation: the Rooms are spacious, yet limited to two adults per Room. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax and unwind in peace. On the other hand, you won’t find sweeping views of Sagami Bay like those from the balcony of a high-rise Hotel (you can see the sea and Oshima Island, but they feel distant), nor is there an expansive garden. There is also no Shuttle Service from the station, so I recommend it for guests who don’t mind that. It’s well suited for making memories as a couple or with your best friend, and for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. The in-Room open-air bath is spacious, and after bathing you can relax on chairs on the balcony. The food is delicious and very generous in portion size—and the timing of each course being served is excellent. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Considering this level of quality and service, the Plan pricing is reasonable. I would definitely like to return again.

We stayed at this Accommodation with our children while visiting family. Both the meals and the Onsen were excellent. The open-air bath temperature was just right for our child, and they were very happy. They were also delighted that somen noodles were served with the children’s meal. Because there aren’t many Rooms, the property felt calm and relaxing throughout. Thank you very much.

In-room dining and a private open-air bath in the Room made it a completely private space. The meals were delicious. This Accommodation was great for families with small children, as you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about others. It was a bit difficult to do makeup, so having a handheld mirror would be helpful.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

I truly enjoyed Kanazawa’s cuisine from the bottom of my heart. I learned so much—about Kanazawa’s culture and local ingredients. This is purely my personal impression, but I felt that the guest rooms, dining, and hospitality were on par with luxury hotels I have stayed at in Japan and abroad, such as Aman, Bulgari, Okura, and Palace.
