We really appreciate being able to stay at such an affordable price with breakfast included. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. The amenities were well stocked, and we also appreciated the complimentary coffee service at check-in. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

There were many types of open-air baths and the views were wonderful, and I was also able to use the baths at Hotel Okada, which made my stay very satisfying. The amenities were well stocked, and it truly felt like everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of entertainment areas such as a manga corner and a game corner, and I felt that no matter how much time I had, it wouldn’t be enough. The meals were also very elaborate, with both presentation and taste being excellent. Shishito peppers were used in the seasonal green vegetable tempura, and they were quite spicy so I struggled to finish them on their own, but everything else was delicious. I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room on the 3rd floor. The view from the window felt open and expansive, with mountain ranges and the townscape below.

The Facility and service were excellent, and it’s a place where I’d like to stay one more night or visit again. This is a recommended Accommodation. Unfortunately, there were two issues: 1. The shower in Room 106 had almost no water pressure, so I couldn’t wash my hair. I went somewhere else in the middle of the night to wash my hair. I would like enough water pressure in the Room shower to be able to wash my hair. 2. There was no lobby with staff on site at the Accommodation; if anything happened, I was told to scan a QR code and talk via smartphone. However, I could not access the system from my phone no matter how many times I tried. Even though I went there to relax, I had to struggle for a long time with setting up a smartphone system that didn’t work. Please place a telephone in the Room.

This was my first stay here. I thought it might be a bit small, but the Room was clean and nice. The amenities were well stocked. I chose the plan with breakfast, and it was delicious. I heard that even with the No Meals Included plan, complimentary light snacks are available. For dinner, I went to a small restaurant recommended by the front desk. There are also other dining options nearby. Since the bath is not an Onsen, I rated it 4. The parking lot felt a bit tight, but otherwise I was satisfied. There is a kettle in the Room, so it would be nice to have coffee available as well.

The proprietress was truly wonderful. Although the Facility is old, it was kept very clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The bath in particular had been renovated and was spotless. And since it’s an Onsen, I didn’t get chilled afterward, and my body stayed warm for quite a while after bathing. It was so nice that I went in again the next morning. The meals were just the right amount, and the sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious.

We stayed as a family of four from 2026/08/10. We arrived early because we wanted to enjoy shopping and other activities, but my wife suddenly felt unwell and could barely move. When we immediately consulted the Hotel, they did everything they could to help us. Thanks to their support, she recovered and we were able to have breakfast together the next morning. I am truly grateful to the Hotel and all the staff. Thank you very much. We will plan another stay! See you!

Dining by the atmospheric irori hearth was wonderful in both ambiance and taste. Breakfast was not a buffet, so we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The staff were kind, and it was a comfortable Accommodation. The sink being unusually low bothered me a little, but it wasn’t too inconvenient. I was happy that the in-room bath had tiled walls that gave a nostalgic Showa-era feel. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they warmly welcomed me without any displeasure, saying the Room was ready.\nThe Room was spacious for the price and felt just like a Ryokan.\nBecause it is old, I noticed a slight odor in the Room and hallway.\nAfter checking in, I went in and out several times, and each time they prepared my shoes. The front desk staff also helped with sightseeing advice—the service was truly excellent.

My cycling trip at an advanced age—traveling with my son. The gently seasoned meals were kind to my tired body, suited me very well, and I thought they were excellent. The seawater bath was also wonderful. A moment before bedtime. The head chef’s beautifully toned flute performance. Bravo. If I ever ride again... will that happen? If so, I would love to stay here again.

We chose this place because it was all-inclusive, and both the baths and the service were excellent. In particular, as someone in the same industry, I was truly impressed by the attentiveness and consideration shown by the Nepalese staff in the dining area. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time. Unlimited drinks from check-in to check-out was more than I could ask for as a beer lover—I enjoyed plenty. The open-air bath wasn’t too hot and felt great! We’d love to come back again! We stayed with our 13-month-old baby. Thanks to the warm smiles and kind support from all the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. We were able to borrow a stroller for use inside the Hotel, and we could also use a baby chair at the restaurant. They even prepared baby food for us, which was a huge help. We were also able to use a bib—thank you so much. We’d love to come again! It’s a Hotel where families can feel very at ease when traveling with children, and we were extremely satisfied!

Four years ago, my family stayed here as the starting point for a trip around Noto. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace, the food was delicious, and above all, we could soothe our tiredness in the bath. That was the biggest highlight for us. This time I traveled by motorcycle with a friend, and it was an Accommodation my friend had been interested in, so we planned our stay. Since this trip was also a full loop around Noto, we chose the indoor BBQ for dinner as our starting point and added the all-you-can-drink option. Pouring my own draft beer was exceptional, and enjoying an indoor BBQ while having seven beers was fantastic. When traveling, your Accommodation doesn’t have to serve kaiseki or seafood. This trip reminded me of that. As a great stopover point for exploring Noto, I’d like to stay here again in the future.

It was the first time I truly felt how fresh and clean the air was—you can’t experience air like this in Osaka. Since it was during the rainy season, it was a shame we couldn’t see the stars.

Both dinner and breakfast are delicious. There is a wide variety of dishes, and the dessert selection is excellent. You can wrap your own crepes, and the shaved ice is wonderfully fluffy—kids will be very happy. Free beer and plum wine were also a nice touch for adults. The Onsen is a bit small, but there is an open-air bath as well. I was slightly concerned about the areas where the floor was green. Dust was noticeable on the tray where the glasses were placed in the Room. There is also a pool next door. You can enjoy both the pool and swimming in the sea.

We stay here every summer. The Tsumagoi pool isn’t overly large, and there are several types of water slides, so there’s almost no waiting time and you can really enjoy it. There’s a wide variety of food options that both kids and adults will be satisfied with, and the eel was delicious as well. It’s a very spacious Facility where you can relax and enjoy many different activities. If I could add one thing, I think we’d be even more satisfied if there were a lounge or other place to unwind, even if it required an additional fee. We’d like to come again next year.

This was our first stay with our family of four and our Toy Poodle. Some Reviews mentioned that the property is old or has an odor, but once we arrived, we found the staff’s service, the meals, and the Facility to be more than satisfactory. We stayed one night in a “special-condition” suite with breakfast and dinner included. We were able to stay at a lower rate because the open-air bath in the Room was not available, but the meals were delicious—steak, sashimi, and salmon roe—and dishes were replenished promptly when they ran out. The Onsen’s women’s bath was a bit small on the first day, but it was comfortable the next morning since the men’s and women’s baths switch. Many of the staff were foreign nationals, but their polite language left a good impression. With great meals and a clean Room, it was excellent value for money, and we would like to stay again.
