We really enjoyed our stay at this unique, local pension. Everything was exactly as described. The meals were the highlight of our stay. The owner is a very kind and friendly lady, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome. One minor note for guests traveling with large luggage: there is no elevator, so please pack light if possible.

We chose this Accommodation after seeing photos and Reviews saying the food is incredibly delicious. We travel twice a week, and among the many Accommodations we’ve stayed at, the meals here were truly top-class. It really felt like we came to stay at an Accommodation run by a chef. We’re a bit shy, but they spoke with us in a way that wasn’t too close or too distant, so we had a wonderful time. This time it was just the two of us, but next time we’d like to bring our parents as well.

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so this year I stayed for two nights. This is a very comfortable Hotel, with spotless Rooms, high-quality meals, and excellent Facilities. As it’s truly all-inclusive, I was able to spend three days without opening my wallet at all. Whenever the food or snacks started to run low, they were replenished immediately—the staff’s attentiveness is outstanding. I also saw the manager throughout all three days; it made me wonder when they ever rest, as they were working alongside the staff like everyone else. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the hospitality of the staff at Imaisou. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again next year!

I chose this place to treat my mother to the Summit Dinner Course for her birthday. Everything was outstanding—the beautiful presentation and the taste! The view from the Room on the 3rd floor and from the bath was also wonderful. Since we had an elderly family member with us, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a non-slip mat in the tub and a chair. We were extremely satisfied, and our whole family had a truly happy time. Thank you so much!

I’m a returning guest, and every time I’m impressed by the excellent service from the front desk staff. Of course, the location is great, but I also love how clean everything is, including the Room, and how well maintained it feels down to every detail. I also like that each Room is categorized by its theme color. Thank you as always.

We stayed as a family. This was our first family trip with two boys. We contacted the Ryokan in advance to make sure we wouldn’t cause any trouble, and thanks to their support we had a wonderful time. The water in Yumura has truly excellent quality. It was a hot day and our child had heat rash, but after the Onsen the itching seemed to go away. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

I learned about this Ryokan through a friend’s recommendation and decided to stay here. The view from the Room and the open-air bath was amazing, and that alone made me very satisfied. Both the Room and the baths were thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The private open-air bath and dining in a private room also allowed me to relax, which was wonderful. Towels were freely available in the women’s open-air bath. These days, most Onsen or Hotels provide only a minimal towel set, but since I used the baths several times during my stay, I truly appreciated this service. The staff were kind as well, and overall I was extremely satisfied with everything. If I had to mention one small disappointment: dinner was very delicious and generously portioned, but there were several times when I couldn’t understand what was being explained about the dishes. Also, the timing of the main grilled dish felt a bit off—it was served as just meat after we had already finished both rice and all other dishes—so I wondered if that timing was intentional. It made me hope that Japan’s uniquely attentive hospitality and services will not be lost. That said, everyone’s warm service and thoughtful attention were truly excellent. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The approach to the Hotel was a bit hard to find, and when I reached the lobby and saw the small front desk, I wondered if I had made a mistake with my Reservation. We stayed as a group of five and booked two Rooms—a triple and a twin—but the triple Room was especially small. Those were my only concerns. However, the Rooms were very clean—everything was spotless and well maintained. The small Room size was made up for by the large public bath, and above all, we were extremely satisfied with how delicious breakfast was! Beautiful presentation, great seasoning, and breakfast in a quiet space without any noise or bustle!! Everyone was very happy. If I have friends planning to visit Kanazawa next time, I will definitely recommend it. I think it’s a high-quality Hotel that exceeds its price. Please give it a try!

I stayed here four years ago and came back because I was craving soba. The Onsen water still has that silky feel, and it’s as wonderful as ever. This time I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay and was able to truly relax. The soup curry at breakfast was also delicious, so I bought soba dipping sauce and packaged curry as souvenirs. We laughed remembering how last time we wondered, “Can we get through this way?” and then had to turn back from a dead-end road—classic Hokkaido travel. It really reminded me that eastern Hokkaido has great Onsen Accommodations. I’d love to come again.

We stayed as a family, and it was comfortable from start to finish! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the cleaning throughout the property was thorough. We wanted to play at the beach and also watch the sunset, so we worried about meal times—but it turned out to be unnecessary. While we were out, they prepared our in-room dinner, and for sashimi—where freshness is everything—they served it after we returned. When an announcement about the sunset played over the PA system during dinner, a staff member came by to turn off the grill so we could take our time watching from the rooftop bench. (You can also see it from your Room, but the view is better from the rooftop. To get there, you need to go up one flight of stairs.) At dinner we also enjoyed dancing grilled live abalone. (One didn’t move even after lighting it; when we mentioned it, they replaced it immediately, so we could eat with peace of mind.) I thought just the standard course might not be enough, but it was plenty. The bath was great because we had it all to ourselves. We also appreciated the lounge coffee and post-bath ice cream. Breakfast was filling and delicious as well. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations. There were many stylish places nearby and we debated where to stay, but I’m glad we chose Kaishu.

The staff’s calm, welcoming atmosphere created a truly relaxing space, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. - They provided an aromatic hand towel and water on the Shuttle Service bus - They took us to the golf course restaurant in a lovely cart - When I asked the concierge in advance about sightseeing, they gave me lots of brochures and handwritten notes on the day Everyone—including the front desk and lounge staff as well as the souvenir shop team—was genuinely kind and wonderful. I was truly impressed. Everything was new and spotless, and the Room was spacious with an amazing view! The breakfast buffet was also outstanding: freshly baked brown sugar French toast, made-to-order Okinawa soba, dim sum, smoothies, plenty of fruit, and more—an incredible variety that was both luxurious and delicious. I’ve made a Reservation for December as well, and I’m really looking forward to it.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed during a snowy season, so this time I was able to relax until dinner and fully enjoy the sight of green trees swaying and the gentle calls of evening cicadas from my clean, refined Room. The meals here are delicious both in the morning and in the evening, with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the fish and meat were also excellent—everything was flawless. Above all, the staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was attentive and professional, which made me feel truly happy. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have time. I had heard that my parents, who are from Ehime, used to stay here when they returned home. When my mother passed away, our family made a Reservation the day before. We were truly grateful that you prepared an offering meal for my mother both in the Room and at mealtimes. Although the staff member in charge was young, they treated us with just the right sense of distance. As there were six of us, you arranged a spacious tatami dining room for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cuisine. I did feel that the selection of alcoholic drinks was a little limited. I thought it would have been even better with more wine options or easy-to-drink sours. Breakfast was wonderful! There was nothing too heavy for the morning—thick-cut salmon, rolled omelet, yudofu tofu, and more— a menu so satisfying that I ended up having another bowl of rice. The “Jinchoge” Room was fun—when we opened doors that felt like something out of a ninja house, it was “here too,” and “here too.” While more and more innovative Accommodations are appearing these days, this is an Accommodation that steadfastly preserves traditional charm and protects Dogo. Especially in times like these, I sincerely hope it will continue to remain. I no longer have any particular reason to visit Ehime, but I would love to return so I can feel close to my parents again. This was our first time visiting on a family trip. Thanks to the staff’s heartfelt hospitality, we felt comfortable throughout our stay and are truly grateful. The staff provide courteous and kind service. The bath and in-room amenities are well stocked. As it was midwinter, a warming gel pack had been placed inside the bedding, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cozy, warm futon. The Room air conditioner kept us plenty warm, and a fan heater was also provided as a backup to further heat the room if needed. The meals were excellent in both taste and portion size. We were able to fully enjoy spiny lobster until we were completely satisfied. Overall, it is a wonderful Accommodation with an elegant atmosphere.

The Accommodation’s calm atmosphere, the cuisine, and the baths were all wonderful, but what impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone we spoke with combined deep knowledge with warm, attentive service, making our stay truly comfortable. I initially wondered if this trip might be a bit luxurious for traveling with my three underage sons, but they seemed to experience what true quality means, and I am now wholeheartedly satisfied.

While looking for a Hotel near Churaumi Aquarium, I chose this Accommodation because it had excellent Reviews on every site I checked. We stayed in a family Room, and it was spacious and spotless—our kids were thrilled the moment they saw it! Since you take off your shoes before entering, it felt very clean, which we really appreciated. The bath area was also clean, and as a family that loves bathing, having a large public bath was a big plus. The morning bath felt wonderful too. We had both dinner and breakfast at the buffet. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. We had buffets at Resort Hotels on the two previous days as well, but the Okinawan dishes here—such as umi-budo (sea grapes), Okinawa soba, goya champuru, and tacos—were the best at Litt Hotel Nakijin. There was also sashimi, and the seafood rice bowl was excellent! The staff were kind, and we were completely satisfied with everything about this Hotel. When we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again. I’m glad we could spend our last night of our Okinawa trip at such a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much!

With its expansive grounds, tranquil atmosphere, seemingly oversized guest rooms, and dedicated attendants, this is a top-tier Japanese-style Ryokan. While it did feel a bit dated in places—such as not having enough power outlets by the bed—we were very satisfied with our stay. It was disappointing that the private family bath (Nishi-no-Yu) was closed due to reduced hot spring water volume depending on the season.
