We stayed with a large group, gathering relatives from Ehime and the Kansai area. For our Konpira pilgrimage, the entrance had walking sticks, straw hats, chilled hand towels, and towels prepared, which was very helpful. It was also nice that our grandfather, who wasn’t going to Konpira-san, was allowed to use the lounge before check-in. The indoor bath also had a separate shower room, making it comfortable and relaxing even on rainy or cold days. The Room had a large window, a daybed, and two chairs, so we were able to unwind and relax. Breakfast was an irresistible selection for egg lovers—we really enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the dinner buffet selection. There were a lot of carbohydrates (maybe just local preference), but neither the meat nor fish dishes tasted particularly good, and there wasn’t much we wanted to eat. Still, we were able to relax with drinks again in the lounge afterward, so overall we were satisfied.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here once a few years ago, and this time we stayed with my mother-in-law. She was delighted with everything—the meals, the sunset view, the Room, the Onsen, the amenities, and the service. Thank you very much. My daughter mentioned that the hair dryer in the Room had weak airflow and it took a long time to dry her hair; she said she would have preferred a dryer like the ones in the large public bath.

It was conveniently close—about a 90-minute trip from Osaka. The ocean view was amazing, and the scenery was outstanding. It didn’t feel old at all, and the staff were polite and attentive. Since we traveled with our children, they enjoyed table tennis, the pool, and more from check-in onward, and we had a great time staying inside the Hotel. The restaurant food was also excellent, and when I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, a young female staff member at the restaurant gave her such thoughtful hospitality that we were truly moved. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Above all, the staff were wonderful. No matter where we passed them, they always greeted us, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The Room was also kept very clean. Even the top of the lockers in the changing area had been cleaned. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

I’d been wanting to visit for a long time, and if I was going, I really wanted to stay on the Sky Floor. While trying to avoid the rainy season and the heat, I was lucky enough to secure a Reservation on the Sky Floor, so I was truly looking forward to it. Then, unbelievably, a typhoon arrived on our stay date (lol). I kept checking the forecast hoping it would clear up, and maybe my wish came true—the typhoon veered away—so we were able to enjoy everything to the fullest! The ocean view from the bed in our Room and the scenery from the open-air bath in the guest room were both absolutely stunning. The infinity bath in the large public bath also moved me. The meals were delicious too—the broth for the conger eel shabu-shabu was outstanding. If I can get another Reservation, I’d definitely love to come back. It was also great that our Room had both a ReFa and a Dyson hair dryer!

I often have trouble sleeping in Hotels, but I slept soundly and was very satisfied. The soundproofing must be excellent—there was no noise at all, and the air conditioning was quiet, so I felt no stress. From now on, I think I’ll stop staying at cheap Business Hotels.

From welcome to farewell, the service was attentive and truly impressive. No matter where we were in the building, the staff noticed everything and took excellent care of us.\nOcean views from every Facility—the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge with complimentary drinks.\nWe also recommend taking a walk down the hill to Mihama Cape.\nThe ocean view from the outdoor lounge was in a perfect location. We relaxed with coffee while listening to the waves until sunset. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we stayed with my elderly mother. We thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel dinner and the Japanese breakfast. We were also able to relax comfortably in the barrier-free private open-air bath. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

Reserved a Standard Twin Room in the new wing. As others have mentioned, we were upgraded to a better Room. The toilet and bath were separate, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak.> We had dinner on this Plan, but it was not “mini” at all. It was a full course: five appetizers, corn potage, pan-seared grunt with beurre blanc sauce and roasted shrimp, braised beef cheek, dessert, and coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. It would be a shame to stay here and not have dinner! To get to the Hotel we used Setouchi Taxi, and they also gave us a great presentation of recommended sightseeing routes. It was a wonderful trip. I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Takamatsu.

Whether in the lobby, guest room, restaurant, or large public bath, we enjoyed breathtaking ocean views throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and many unique services won us over right away—it was our first visit, but we quickly became fans. We’d love to return again soon.

I chose the Onuma Prince Hotel for my friend visiting from afar. They were delighted, saying they could relax, fully enjoy the Onsen, and sleep well—it was wonderful. I’m grateful for the staff’s warm smiles and kind service.

Due to the heavy rain, the Himi Line was suspended and I was stranded in Takaoka. You contacted me to let me know I could come by bus, and you even picked me up at the bus stop, which was a great help. The Room was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fish dishes. I would like to visit again.

You can enjoy the gentle Yubatake Onsen in the calm, refined atmosphere of a long-established Ryokan. The food is delicious, but above all, the staff are exceptionally kind. Every visit leaves me impressed by their outstanding service. At check-out, the gracious proprietress sees you off with great care, and you can truly feel how her attentiveness is reflected throughout the entire team.

We stayed as three generations—parents and adult children. The sunset from the Room was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the contrast between the sea and the setting sun. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous—we left completely full. Breakfast also featured many local specialties with a wide variety, so we ended up eating too much in the morning. The Room was kept clean and well maintained, and we never felt uncomfortable. The bath also offered a panoramic view of the sea, and we enjoyed it many times. One small downside—if I had to mention something—was that one of the locker doors in the changing room wouldn’t stay open (it wouldn’t hold in place when opened and would close on its own). Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was very kind, allowing us to spend our trip comfortably. It’s a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again if we have the chance. I was amazed by the relaxed atmosphere of the Ryokan and the many delicious dishes—especially the abundance of fish—along with superb sake. The sunset and evening glow were incredibly beautiful and truly moving.

While many Accommodations have changed before and after COVID, I can truly relax with peace of mind knowing the quality here is consistently the same whenever I visit. The cuisine delighted my eyes, satisfied my palate, and deeply moved me. The hot spring was excellent, and the Room was exceptionally comfortable. This time, for the first time, I encountered deer and wild boar and felt the mystical power of nature as well. Thank you for such a wonderful escape from everyday life. We booked the “Chef’s Choice Kura Twin” Plan and stayed in Room 101 of the MOSO building. The Room was a very comfortable size for two people. The beams, the safe room, and the steep stairs were all experiences you don’t usually get to have, so they felt truly special. The dinner we had been looking forward to was delicious. In particular, the rich flavor of Togeshita beef and the vivid colors of the corn bavarois appetizer left a strong impression. We chose an anniversary Plan, and we were delighted to see our requested message along with a ribbon. At breakfast as well, staff offered refills at just the right time, and they also knew we were staying on an anniversary Plan and kindly took photos for us—making it a very pleasant time. It was a stay that made us feel truly welcomed—both by the Accommodation and by the town! We also loved the Takehara Campbell juice listed on the lounge and restaurant drink menus. It’s grape juice, but I’d never tasted one with such clarity before. We had it again at a roadside station after checkout—and even bought more to take home. A couple of small things we noticed: Dust had collected in the basket in the washroom. Each time we entered to use the sink, the toilet lid sensor reacted and opened automatically; we would prefer it without automatic opening/closing.

We had a comfortable and wonderful stay. Each dish was carefully prepared, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept beautifully clean, allowing us to relax and unwind in a calm atmosphere. Next time, we would love to visit again in a different season.

Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.
