It was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. You can see Mount Rishiri from the Onsen and the dining area, and the view is magnificent. Beautiful flowers were arranged throughout the building, and we could feel the careful hospitality in every corner. The meals were delicious, and we are glad we stayed at Hanarebun. Thank you very much.

We visited to enjoy Kasumi crab. The tagged crab was larger and fresher than we expected, and both the quality and quantity were excellent. The staff were cheerful and very pleasant, and they explained Kasumi crab in detail, so we had a comfortable stay. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

We made a Reservation to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very calm, and it was so quiet and relaxing that we almost forgot we were in Dogo. The Onsen was wonderful, and we were amazed by the generous breakfast. We enjoyed a luxurious meal in the morning and then relaxed again in the Onsen. The hostess and all the staff provided outstanding service. We would love to stay here again.

I had such a wonderful impression when I stayed here before that this is my second visit. From the welcome sweets to the Japanese-Western fusion dinner and the hearty breakfast, everything was delicious. All meals were brought to our Room, so there was no need to change clothes, and we could relax completely. I also appreciated that when I informed them in advance about ingredients I can’t eat, they accommodated me properly. During our 3-day/2-night stay, all of the staff took great care of us. I had the chance to speak with five staff members, and every one of them provided excellent service! They were polite and warm, and I truly felt well looked after. The only thing I noticed was that the shower drainage was a little slow. Even so, overall it was a lovely Accommodation where we felt very comfortable. Taking an open-air bath early in the morning while listening to bush warblers singing was an unforgettable experience. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

Since dinner isn’t included, there is a shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa Station area, which makes it easy to go out to eat. Even though it’s one Room, the bath and toilet are in the middle, so it feels like the space is divided, which I liked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options; the Kanazawa curry is delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes too—it's a luxurious breakfast that I really enjoyed. As soon as you enter the Hotel entrance, it smells wonderful, which I loved. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

I’m sorry for the late review, but thank you very much for providing such a wonderful night. The hot spring bath in the Room was incredibly soothing, and I ended up soaking in it many times. Above all, the Accommodation’s main highlight—the meal—far exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation, and I was truly satisfied. Not only was everything delicious, but it was the first time I’ve ever felt that eating could be this much fun. I was genuinely moved from the bottom of my heart. Partway through the meal, my chronic condition suddenly worsened and I had to excuse myself; thank you again for kindly bringing the final dessert to my Room—I would like to express my sincere gratitude here once more. This is an Accommodation I absolutely want to return to. I’m really looking forward to the day I can visit again.

I am an Onsen enthusiast who stays over 80 nights a year, mainly in Izu. I have stayed at Kameya Keian more than 30 nights in the past, and this year I stayed for 4 nights. The cuisine was artistic in presentation, and the flavor—especially the richness of the dashi—was something no other Hotel or Ryokan can match; it was absolutely outstanding. The Onsen water quality is excellent, as expected of the historic Izunagaoka Onsen, making this a top-rated Onsen Ryokan. I will visit again.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. Its kaleidoscopic beauty resonates deeply in the heart. Exquisitely prepared with sincere care, the cuisine is truly delicious. A beautiful garden that reflects the seasons—so captivating you could gaze at it forever. Elegant summer décor that lets you fully experience Kyoto’s traditional culture. Hanging scrolls, ikebana, and a beautifully arranged Room down to every detail. The head chef, attendants, the young proprietress, and the proprietress herself offer warm, attentive hospitality with genuine grace. Thinking that all of this beauty is an expression of love for each guest fills me with freshness and gratitude. At Kikkawa, you can feel the refined spirit of Kyoto—an appreciation for making everyday life beautiful and joyful. It began as an Accommodation I hoped to stay at at least once in my life; before I knew it, this was my 11th visit. A superb culinary Ryokan I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who truly loves Kyoto.

Getting to Enoura Observatory on a previous trip was difficult due to limited access, so I was a bit worried since it’s nearby. However, the careful pick-up and drop-off at the station put me at ease. I wanted to see the ocean, so next time I’ll request a Room with a better sea view. I thoroughly enjoyed the chef’s outstanding skill, the variety of tableware, and the beautiful presentation (and of course everything tasted wonderful) — it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. They also served rare local fish with superb knife work, and I was able to savor fish I had never seen before. The flavor truly comes through because of that precise technique. As I don’t eat much, I asked for smaller portions; it must have been difficult to prepare, but they accommodated me thoughtfully and I was able to enjoy the meal. I look forward to visiting again for the cuisine next time as well.

Our family of four, ranging in age from our 60s to 90s, enjoyed a relaxed and unhurried stay. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, the meals, and the Room, but above all, the warm hospitality of the staff truly put us at ease. The calm atmosphere of Owani Onsen was wonderful, and we would love to return once more before the snowy season begins.

It was my first time back in Yufuin in about 40 years. It has now become a famous Onsen destination visited by many people, and since this Accommodation is located in an area popular with tourists, I was a little worried it might be noisy. However, once I stepped inside, a calm space opened up that made me forget the bustle outside. This time we stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Perhaps because the building is relatively new, everything—including the shower room—was kept very clean and well maintained, and we were able to relax comfortably throughout our stay. The meals were also very carefully prepared, with an ideal portion size and excellent quality that even we, as an elderly couple, could fully enjoy. The staff kindly helped us choose drinks as well, and we enjoyed their recommended delicious sake. The location is outstanding too—right across from Snoopy Town and just a short walk to Lake Kinrin. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful Accommodation on our long-awaited return to Yufuin. It has become one of our favorite places to stay, and we would love to return again when we visit Yufuin. Thank you very much.

Each Room comes with a private open-air bath, and meals can be served in the Room as well, so we were able to relax without worrying about others. What made us happiest was how well the Accommodation is set up for dogs! In addition to a private dog run just for our Room, there is an indoor dog run on-site, and outside the Accommodation there are two more dog runs—one with wood chips and one with grass—making four in total. We could choose where to play depending on our mood and the weather. The meals were also delicious, making great use of Izu’s fish, meat, and vegetables. There was an excellent selection of menu items for our dog as well, and they finished everything in no time. All of the staff were very dog-friendly, and it really showed how much they care about dogs. It became a wonderful memory where we could truly relax together with our dog. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

While looking for a Hotel near Churaumi Aquarium, I chose this Accommodation because it had excellent Reviews on every site I checked. We stayed in a family Room, and it was spacious and spotless—our kids were thrilled the moment they saw it! Since you take off your shoes before entering, it felt very clean, which we really appreciated. The bath area was also clean, and as a family that loves bathing, having a large public bath was a big plus. The morning bath felt wonderful too. We had both dinner and breakfast at the buffet. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. We had buffets at Resort Hotels on the two previous days as well, but the Okinawan dishes here—such as umi-budo (sea grapes), Okinawa soba, goya champuru, and tacos—were the best at Litt Hotel Nakijin. There was also sashimi, and the seafood rice bowl was excellent! The staff were kind, and we were completely satisfied with everything about this Hotel. When we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again. I’m glad we could spend our last night of our Okinawa trip at such a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much!

All the meals were truly delicious! The splendid alfonsino was especially tasty, and I’m glad I added it. This is a traditional Accommodation, but it didn’t feel old at all—everything was spotless and wonderful. The bath was also great. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and feel refreshed. I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. We stayed during the Marine Day three-day weekend.\nIt was a hot, sunny day, but upon arrival we were greeted warmly and impressed by the smooth valet parking—truly the quality you’d expect from a luxury Accommodation.\nThe front desk procedures and guidance were clear and courteous. We were shown to our Room with care, and both the in-room amenities and the private open-air bath were spacious. The natural Onsen water was crystal clear, allowing us to relax and unwind at length. Dinner was a kaiseki course that felt far beyond “standard”—everything was delicious. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, and we especially enjoyed comparing different types of Yaizu’s famous shaved bonito flakes. We reluctantly prepared to leave and checked out.\nThis is an Accommodation we definitely want to plan a Reservation for again next time.
