I’ve stayed here many times, and I’m always very satisfied. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. However, this time there was one thing: the open-air bath was too hot, so I couldn’t relax and enjoy it. I’ll be back again.

The food was amazing!! The service was great too! They even saw us off when we left!

The Hotel is a bit old, but it’s quite clean. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and served in just the right portions. On the day of our stay, we couldn’t use the open-air bath due to strong winds and heavy rain, but we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace after breakfast the next morning. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

This Accommodation was located right in front of Lake Suigetsu. The staff, who were very knowledgeable about the local area, were a pleasure to talk to and provided great service, and the blackthroat seaperch and other local ingredients were truly delicious.

This was my first stay. The Hotel and Room were clean, and the bath area was spacious with a great Onsen. However, the dining hall staff seemed very busy and overwhelmed, so I rated the meals 4 stars. Other than that, I was satisfied. I would like to stay again.

I decided to go because it felt wasteful to cancel during the typhoon. The rain was intense. The table tennis area had serious leaks, with a large bucket placed there, which made me a bit uneasy. However, there were no leaks in the Room, and I was able to relax. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind with great smiles. The only inconvenience was having to go down to the first floor every time to smoke—I wish there had been a smoking area on each floor, or a Room where e-cigarettes are allowed. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. The only downside was that the shower water pressure in the bathroom was low, which made it a bit challenging to wash up. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

Parking is available for slightly larger vehicles for business use, the Japanese-style Room is clean, and the Onsen is excellent. I would like to stay here again when I visit Saga Prefecture.

Just 12 minutes by train from Kanazawa Station, with a free Shuttle Service from the station, it was a nearby Onsen. I had been curious about the “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath. It was a trip for three sisters in our 60s, and the open-air “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath was wonderful. Maybe because rice planting had just been done around the baths... the chorus of frogs created a great atmosphere. The meals were delicious as well. The staff were from overseas but spoke Japanese very well, and worked hard to provide warm hospitality. It’s an old Hotel with history, and as you walk through the building you can still see impressive old beams, a large cauldron once used to cook rice, and antique chests of drawers. Modernizing the Facility is nice too, but this Accommodation let us truly feel traditional Japanese charm. I think I would recommend it to international guests as well. The price was reasonable, and I will come again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with 12 family members and relatives. Our biggest concern was whether we could find seats at dinner and breakfast, but the front desk staff coordinated everything so we could all sit together, which made it stress-free and greatly appreciated. Everyone was able to bring back the dishes they liked, and we were all very happy with the food. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, each of us could enjoy what we wanted—table tennis, mahjong, the beach, the pool, and fishing—making it a meaningful stay. It was a hot summer, so we were also grateful to be able to relax inside the Hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I visited Uwajima Castle for sightseeing. I was looking for an affordable Hotel close to the castle, so I chose this one. It felt quite old, but it was kept very clean. There were a few minor disappointments, such as the bidet only producing warm water for about three seconds and the vending machine that was said to be on the 4th floor being out of service, but overall I was satisfied. The large public bath in particular was great and felt like I had it all to myself. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal, and personally I wouldn’t have minded a bit more food… especially since it was tasty. There’s also a port-side roadside station (?) a short walk away that was quite fun, so if you have time, it might be worth stopping by.

Last year I stayed in the main building, but this year I tried the auberge. On the first day, after watching the sunrise at Inubosaki, I headed south along Sotobo through Katsuura and Kamogawa, visited Nojimazaki Lighthouse, stopped by Awa Shrine, and then returned to this Hotel. First, I relaxed in the scenic-view Onsen to ease my fatigue. Soaking in the bath with the vast Pacific Ocean right in front of me was a truly wonderful experience. Back in my Room, I enjoyed listening to music and reading, savoring a pace of time different from everyday life. One piece of good luck on this trip was having the teppanyaki dinner entirely to myself as a private booking. I enjoyed a delicious meal while chatting pleasantly with the chef and staff. The dishes were carefully selected with a focus on local ingredients, and they were also beautiful to look at. Another bit of good luck was being able to see the sunrise the next morning. The forecast had been cloudy with occasional rain, so I had given up on it—but when I woke up, it was clear. I hurried to the scenic-view Onsen to wait for sunrise and saw it right at the time indicated by the Hotel’s guidance. It made for an incredibly refreshing morning. I could also enjoy breakfast buffet-style in a private room at a relaxed pace—maybe I ate a little too much. On my way home, I headed north along Uchibo and ended up making a full loop around the Boso Peninsula. I would definitely like to visit again when I have another chance.

We stay at Ooedo Onsen every year for our family trip. This time, we stayed here to visit Ise Jingu Shrine and VISON. Just as we saw on YouTube, the Onsen was clean, and the buffet meals were truly delicious both dinner and breakfast—we were very satisfied. We usually buy canned beer or chu-hi in advance to drink in the Room and put them in the in-room refrigerator, but this time we didn’t touch a single one and took them home. That’s because after check-in, drinks were all-you-can-drink in the lounge until midnight (24:00), which was more than enough for us. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Family stay for four, including two children. Conveniently located. The building and room show some age but have been renovated, so no issues. The facility is well-maintained. Meals are delicious and generously portioned. Guests can also use the onsen of the affiliated facilities, making it possible to enjoy a hot spring tour. Would love to stay here again when visiting Beppu!

The property grounds are spacious, and getting around was a bit difficult, so I used the bath in my Room. The shabu-shabu meal was delicious. I wish I could have stayed and relaxed longer, but since I had a long trip back home, I couldn’t fully enjoy everything—still, it was a good stay.

The price, service, and facilities were all very satisfying. We visited with our 3-year-old son and used the private bath for 45 minutes, which offered an amazing view. It made us strongly want to visit again. The room we stayed in did not have a bath or shower, and some amenities were paid as mentioned beforehand, so we had no complaints during our stay. The service was excellent, and we are very happy to have found such a great accommodation.

I visited Ishikawa Prefecture hoping for the recovery of the Noto Peninsula. I took a wrong turn and arrived late, but I truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration. Perhaps because it was a Sunday stay, I was able to use the private bath both at night and in the morning. It was wonderful to relax and enjoy a long soak. The meals were served in a semi-private dining area, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was completely satisfied. The Room was clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. All of the staff were excellent, and I would definitely like to stay again.

The staff's warm and attentive service from the moment we checked in made our stay incredibly enjoyable for both us and our children. (We are especially grateful for their flexibility in arranging mountain climbing bento boxes.) We stayed for three nights, and every day we were treated to a different menu featuring the abundant seafood and mountain delicacies unique to Yakushima and Kagoshima, making each meal a delightful experience. After trekking to Jomon Sugi and Taikoiwa, the natural Onsen provided ultimate relaxation for both body and mind. The well-stocked amenities, along with the impeccably clean facilities throughout the property, ensured a comfortable stay from start to finish. It was such a wonderful trip that we can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much to all the staff!
