We stayed here for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Accommodation was beautifully arranged, and all of the staff were wonderful. We were delighted that each person congratulated us on our anniversary. Every dish was delicious, with carefully prepared broth, and the tableware was lovely as well. My spouse and I truly enjoyed a happy time together. We also enjoyed the open-air bath many times. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first stay. A Hotel staff member explained that there were few guests today, so they upgraded my Room, and I was moved to an unexpectedly spacious Room. I was truly impressed. Breakfast included all-you-can-eat salmon roe—my favorite! I was really happy. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

Although it was extremely hot, we were blessed with good weather and were able to relax. Driving from Kyoto via the national highway felt far (since we have a kei car and can get pressured on the expressway). The first time, we stayed at Nisshokan. This time, due to renovations, we stayed at Nagisakan—it was spacious and we could take our time. I had knee surgery in February and worked hard through painful rehabilitation, so being able to finally enjoy the Onsen again was truly wonderful. Everyone at the Hotel was kind, and it was very soothing. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel, and I always stay here whenever I visit Aomori. The bath has a large tub where I can relax and warm up, which helps relieve my fatigue. This time the rates were set a bit higher due to overlapping with the National Sports Festival, but I’m glad I was able to stay. The tuna sashimi at breakfast was very delicious and made this trip truly satisfying.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! I almost don’t want to share this, but I can see how hard everyone at the Hotel is working… Relax on the lovely terrace (it’s cool, and the breeze feels wonderful. Free drinks are a nice bonus, too). Unwind in the Onsen (the open-air bath is inside the building, so it stays pleasantly cool in the shade. The large windows open fully for an airy feel, and you can relax while looking out at the forest). The walkway to the dining area feels like stepping into another world—very inspiring—and of course, the food is delicious. On our way home, we had soft-serve ice cream at Takasu Farmers in Hirugano Kogen. It was great value and incredibly tasty. We also bought some lily flowers to take home. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I visited here as a child, and this time I came back to my hometown and stayed with my son and my parents. The Hotel has been beautifully renovated, so it felt quite different, but I enjoyed the nostalgic kawara soba and visited the lounge for the first time. We were able to relax together as a family, and even with just one night we were completely satisfied. The bath in the Room was great, and the private open-air bath was also amazing. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, with a simple but well-chosen selection, and everything was delicious. For dinner, the only fruit was melon—luxuriously so—meaning all-you-can-eat melon. There were cakes too, but I liked the simplicity of having just melon. As you’d expect from an Onsen Ryokan, the Onsen itself was solid and enjoyable. The cold bath felt extremely cold in the evening—around the low teens °C by feel—and in the morning it seemed closer to about 20°C; it might be just right for sauna fans who like very cold water.

I wanted to let my grandchildren swim in the ocean for the first time, so after looking around, we chose this Hotel. The sea was very beautiful, and there was also a pool, which was great! There was an indoor play area as well, and my grandchildren seemed very satisfied. We had buffet meals for two days, and the dishes varied a little each day, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. The only disappointment about the bath was that there was no open-air bath, and the water was quite hot, so we couldn’t relax for long. We were a large group and may have been noisy, but all of the staff were very kind and treated us warmly—thank you so much. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied.

The French dinner was very stylish, and the taste was a perfect 10. Breakfast was completely different—Japanese cuisine. The overnight-dried blackthroat seaperch in particular was unbelievably delicious and truly moving. For our family, who all love alcohol, the all-inclusive plan was fantastic. We were happy to be able to enjoy drinks whenever we wanted. This Accommodation doesn’t have an Onsen, but you can receive free tickets for a nearby Onsen. However, since it was summer, going outside to the Onsen left us drenched in sweat. This time, the bath in our Room might have been enough. The Facility was very clean, and the staff were wonderful—an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again!

The Room was very clean, and the bed was spacious. There was also a door that could partition the Room. Since some of us wanted to sleep early while others wanted to watch TV, we could close the door when needed. The TV showed how crowded the large public bath was; it said it was crowded, but when we went, the changing area was spacious and there were plenty of washing stations, so it didn’t feel crowded at all. The buffet food was delicious, but it was a bit too crowded and caused congestion. Unlimited alcohol with the welcome drinks is impressive, but I was surprised to learn that drinks were unlimited during meals as well! It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to visit again.

We stayed as an 82-year-old grandmother and her 22-year-old grandchild. Having lived abroad for many years, we were continually moved by the wonderful Japanese hospitality. The Room with a private in-room Onsen we had always dreamed of was extremely comfortable, and the wide variety of dishes served each day were truly delicious—we could feel the chef’s care in every single item. All of the staff were very kind, and it was simply a fantastic three-night stay. When my grandmother felt unwell from travel fatigue, they even made rice balls for her and showed us such thoughtful kindness. Japanese hospitality is the best in the world. The calm interior design and lighting made it very relaxing. The Onsen has a kind of neo-classical feel—like a stylish hot-spring retreat. It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a fully open-air bath. The haskap-infused water in the post-bath lounge was delicious. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets seemed thoughtfully planned, and I was very satisfied. In particular, the raclette at dinner and having vinegared rice for the seafood bowl at breakfast were great.
