My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We definitely want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the whole view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. We also enjoyed the drink pairing with each dish—it was such a fun experience, and savoring each combination together became a special memory for us. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Sitting in that quiet space with no one else around—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea—was pure bliss. It felt like an incredibly luxurious moment with an ocean view all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional as well. At dinner, a male staff member thoughtfully timed our drinks perfectly and shared details about each dish; at breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk to, and her friendly conversation made everything taste even better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full of coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. One small note: the road leading to the Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon with many pedestrians around, I felt a bit uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, and hospitality were all excellent—it was a relaxing stay that my spouse and I genuinely enjoyed from start to finish. We would love to return again.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath overlooking the ocean under the fireworks festival Plan. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and we fully enjoyed the many private open-air baths. There is also a beach and a park nearby, so our children had a great time. We would love to stay again.

It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. You also adjusted the dinner time, and I was able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a comfortable pace. Truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. The excellent coffee is proof of your attention to detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported an unforgettable stay. I stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. It’s better to go after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn is pure bliss—but coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during our Obon trip to Yamaguchi. The detached Room was spacious, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen in the Room was simply amazing, and we enjoyed it many times during our stay (we even ended with a footbath before checkout because we didn’t want to leave). The staff were also very courteous. The meals featuring local cuisine were absolutely delicious. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I imagine the chef had to work hard on the menu, but we were completely satisfied on both days. We’ll definitely come back to relax again when we visit Yamaguchi!

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.

First, the young woman who escorted us to our Room had beautiful skin, and her professional service was very soothing. The two types of Onsen were great—especially the brown one, which was pleasantly salty and exactly my kind of Onsen. Maybe it was just my imagination, but my skin felt incredibly smooth afterward. This is just my personal opinion, but if the spring source temperature is low, I might soak longer if that small bath were a warm (lukewarm) Onsen. The Room was stylish as well. There were plenty of yukata and towels, so I could use fresh towels whenever I wanted with no stress. The free drinks were also very convenient. We only had breakfast, but the rice was glossy and delicious—I’d like to visit next time with dinner included.

All buildings are separate annexes, so you can stay without meeting other guests, with in-room dining. The bath is an open-air bath with an elaborate design and was excellent, and you have exclusive use of the entire garden, giving a great sense of openness. There isn’t much of a view because it’s enclosed for privacy, but as a private space it was spacious and wonderful. It was an Accommodation I had wanted to stay at for a long time, so I’m glad I finally could. The meals were also very delicious and satisfying. It’s also a great Accommodation for couples looking to relax together. Thank you very much for your hospitality, and sorry this is late.

I stayed in February, and as soon as I got home I made a Reservation for June. Last time was Nadeshiko, and this time it was Tsutsuji. The Tsutsuji Room is a maisonette, with a spacious cypress bath on the first floor. The bath was wonderfully relaxing. I had been looking forward to the meals because they were even better than expected last time. Once again, everything was delicious and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to try every Room, and enjoy the cuisine again in different seasons.

We visit every year with our grandchildren. Everything was delicious again this year, and the kids were thrilled. We hope to come again next year—thank you in advance.

The Onsen was wonderful. The guest room was clean and spacious. This is a Ryokan I would love to visit again.

We stayed with two adults and one baby to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I gave birth about a year ago, so this was our first trip in quite a while as a couple—and our baby’s very first trip. We weren’t focused on sightseeing; we wanted to enjoy the Accommodation itself. We looked for a private open-air bath in the Room, in-room breakfast and dinner, and a baby-friendly place, compared options through Reviews, and chose Bettei KURO. We traveled by train and used the Shuttle Service from Futo Station. The Room was spacious and lovely, with the warmth of wood. We were happy to find cute baby toys and bedding neatly set up in the Room. Having wipes and a bottle-washing set also helped us pack lighter. Even if our baby cried, we didn’t have to worry about other guests, so our whole family could truly relax. The Onsen wasn’t too hot, so we could bathe together with our baby. (They manage the temperature, and said it can be adjusted if you ask the front desk.) Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious. We hadn’t mentioned in advance that we wanted non-alcoholic drinks for both of us, so my husband’s aperitif came with alcohol at first—but when we told them on the spot, they changed it immediately. We didn’t request an extra cake because we thought we’d be full, but there was a “Happy Birthday” message on the dessert plate. They said they prepared it based on the purpose noted at Reservation (birthday). We felt many thoughtful touches like this throughout our stay, which made us feel it’s a wonderful Accommodation. It was also a great memory being able to see the ocean and stars so clearly. We’re really glad we chose this place for our long-awaited trip.

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

What I enjoyed most was the food. Every dish in the full-course French dinner was captivating. From moray eel steak and conger eel baked with croutons to beef fillet paired with foie gras, I was thoroughly satisfied with the colors, flavors, and presentation. The hot sandwiches at breakfast were also excellent, featuring seafood and pâté and letting me fully enjoy local ingredients. Bathing while looking out at the sea from a guest room with a private Onsen felt like a special escape from everyday life. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff’s courteous service made me feel at ease. It’s an Accommodation well worth the price, and I’d love to return.

This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

The sauna-equipped room we came for was refined in both design and functionality, and it was amazing to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor air bath right in the room. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. With its stylish design and calm, high-quality atmosphere, we enjoyed an excellent meal. The tableware and presentation were thoughtfully done as well, making it a feast for all five senses. The Hotel’s interior and overall ambiance are wonderful, so it seems popular with female guests too. We will definitely book the sauna-equipped room again.

I first stayed about 10 years ago. The hospitality was wonderful, and since then I’ve been staying at Sennentei once every few years. This was my fourth visit. This time, I informed them in advance that a family member has difficulty walking. Upon arrival, they kindly prepared a parking space close to the entrance when welcoming us in the parking lot—thank you very much. They also showed great consideration with our Room, and our whole family had an enjoyable stay. Perhaps because of the season, there was also a free firefly viewing tour, and we were moved to see fireflies for the first time. It became a great memory. Next time, I’d like to stay in a higher-ranked Room! Thank you again, and we look forward to coming back!

We stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included. It was a Hotel with the warm hospitality of a Ryokan, and the meals were delicious—my elderly mother (88) was so satisfied that she said she wants to come again. The Room was clean and quiet, and we were able to relax comfortably even with three people using twin beds plus an extra bed (which was excellent). For dinner, we enjoyed a hamo kaiseki course—beautifully presented and carefully prepared—and savored it with fine Kyoto sake. After the meal, my wife and I had wine and whisky in the lobby lounge, and slept very well that night. The next morning, in the cool, refreshing air, we walked to Kiyomizu-dera early for a peaceful visit before the crowds arrived. Breakfast was also wonderful—the rice was outstanding, especially with grilled nori. From arrival to checkout, we felt completely relaxed. Thank you very much.

Any Fufu Accommodation offers a high level of satisfaction, but Suishoen feels especially special and makes me want to come back. The location and Facilities are wonderful, but the best part is the manager and staff. At the bar after dinner, I requested a fruit-based cocktail; they made a delicious drink, and I enjoyed a great time with pleasant conversation. I’m looking forward to returning.

The moment I entered the building at check-in, the stylish lobby raised my expectations. The Room we were shown was not only chic with a modern Japanese design, but also spacious and relaxing. Some Accommodations look great but have cheap furniture; here, the furnishings felt high-quality and thoughtfully chosen, which made it even more comfortable. The in-room bath was fed directly from the hot spring source, and the washing area was spacious—there was no need to use the large public bath. I ended up bathing four times in one night. Even details like the hair dryer and shampoo amenities showed careful attention. The meals were excellent, especially dinner. Using local ingredients, every dish was creative, original, and delicious. There aren’t many Accommodations that truly make me want to return, but this one did. The staff were also very pleasant.
