We’re repeat guests for the cats, delicious food, and the cozy comfort of having everything you need right in the Room. This time my husband came with us too. The kids were thrilled with the maisonette and the open-air bath. We also love the skincare amenities such as lotion—they’re from a brand we like. We were so happy to finally spend time with the cats again. Since this was our first summer stay, we were told, “You might find stag beetles on the balcony,” and there were so many (surprisingly)! We took some home and are taking good care of them. Thank you for all your thoughtful consideration. Dinner was served at perfect timing—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and my husband really enjoyed how delicious everything was. For breakfast we chose Japanese this time; the clay-pot rice selected by a rice meister was outstanding. Our child asked for seconds again and again. Everything was perfect except that the children’s pajamas we borrowed felt smaller than expected for their size. Thank you as always for your warm welcome—it made for an amazing start to our summer vacation. We’d love to come back again.

It was a suite Room, and I could tell that everything, including the chairs, desk, and amenities, was of high quality. The Room was incredibly spacious and clean. The public bath is a bit small but very clean. Above all, the hospitality of the Hotel staff is outstanding.

It was our first time staying here!! Our dog was thrilled with the spacious yard. In the evening, we relaxed with a BBQ and a campfire—such a great time. There were also drinks and amenities provided, so it’s a perfect 100/100!! We went ahead and made another Reservation. We look forward to staying again next time!!

We stayed to celebrate the youngest of our three sons’ birthday—this was about our fifth visit. The room has evolved into a family room, and with the slide, swing, and bouldering wall, they played nonstop. All three were very happy and said they want to come again and stay again. The meals were absolutely delicious. They had a strong local character, and the beautifully presented dishes made the most of the ingredients—we were very satisfied. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious with wonderful water, and the Room was clean and relaxing. Since we stayed on a day with bad weather and couldn’t see a sky full of stars, this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

Despite being reasonably priced, the Facility, Onsen, and meals were all excellent. They also offer Shuttle Service to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and Onuma-Koen Station, so we were able to enjoy our stay even without a car. The Hotel is also barrier-free, and we saw several guests using wheelchairs, making it a place that guests of all ages can enjoy.

Because my last stay was very comfortable, this is my second visit. A family member traveling with me had hurt their foot, and we were given a Room near the elevator, which greatly reduced walking and was a big help. The Room layout has the sink in a separate hallway area, making it easy to use even when someone is in the bath, which is very convenient and something I really like. The staff’s thoughtfulness was excellent, and this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

This was my first stay. Since there is no toilet, I rated the Facility 4, but the main house is nearby so it wasn’t much of an issue. The dome tent was comfortable, and even the heavy rain from a linear precipitation band didn’t bother us at all. The furnishings such as the chairs and lamps were lovely, the meals were delicious, and we were able to relax with our dog. All of the staff were always smiling and responded politely. Afterward, I contacted you because I had forgotten my hat, and you handled it right away. I’d love to visit again.

The staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding. One delightful surprise after another made both our hearts and stomachs more than satisfied. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and we fully enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and islands. One night wasn’t nearly enough to experience it all.
