Although the building is old and the Room was not very clean, I was satisfied considering the price. Since there is no easy-to-spot sign, I recommend checking the building and location in advance before you go. The bath is also old, but the water was pleasantly hot and very nice. The front desk staff were very polite, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again when I’m in the area.

This is an unusual type of Hotel where you take off your shoes and place them in a shoe locker. They even provide socks as amenities, which I wore to relax. The Room has a modern Japanese style, with tatami flooring in front of the bed. The training room was well equipped, so after working out I rinsed off in the large public bath. The washer and dryer were also free to use, so I could wash my sweaty workout clothes—everything was taken care of. This time I didn’t include meals, but the dining area smelled wonderful, so next time I stay I’d like to try the food too.

I was very satisfied with the clean Room at a low price and the convenient access near Namba. This time I stayed to attend a live show at Zepp Namba, and it was very convenient as the venue was about a 3-minute walk away. I would like to stay again.

Everyone at the Accommodation was very polite and kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. The private family bath was also available by Reservation, which helped us relax and recover from our fatigue. The Room was comfortable as well.

I felt the amenities were limited. In particular, there were fewer items for women than at other Hotels. However, everything else was very good.

I was worried about safety, but it felt fine even at night. You can walk to Tsutenkaku Tower. Around Tsutenkaku, you really notice how international the area is. It was a Room with two bunk beds. It’s a simple stay, and the Room, futons, and washroom/bathroom were all clean. I appreciated having loungewear provided. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent, so there was nothing to worry about. If you take the correct station exit, it’s about a 5-minute walk. I used map navigation, but it was still hard to find and I took a wrong turn, so it ended up taking more than 10 minutes—better to check the route in advance.

It was conveniently close to the station, and having parking available was a big plus. I’d like to stay here again.

We made a Reservation about two months in advance to enjoy Kibune’s riverside dining platform. Although Kibune was bustling with early-summer visitors, during our stay we could forget the noise outside and truly relax. The fresh greenery seen from the bath was wonderful. Dinner on the riverside platform at night was moving—listening to the stream, the rustling wind, and birdsong as we ate. Each dish, generously prepared with seasonal ingredients, was carefully crafted, and my husband and I kept telling each other how delicious it was. I also mentioned just before our stay that I was pregnant, and we were truly grateful for your thoughtful care throughout. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to again soon.

This is a Hotel converted from shipping containers, but the interior was clean, there were no strange odors, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. Another advantage is how close it is to the parking lot, and since it doesn’t share walls with neighboring Rooms, I didn’t have to worry about noise from next door. One minor point: because the walkway is connected to the container units, you can hear some footsteps when guests walk by, but it didn’t bother me much. One frozen meal is included for free; I chose pilaf and it worked well for breakfast. The unit bath, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and other amenities were all fine with nothing in particular to complain about. The Room isn’t large, but given today’s circumstances I really appreciate the affordable pricing. Considering the price, I think it’s a great value Hotel. (My rating takes the price into account. Since it’s inexpensive, you shouldn’t expect too much.)

About a 15-minute taxi ride from the nearest Miyaji Station, it’s accessible even without a car. The atmosphere is simply outstanding. Dining with the majestic Aso mountains and endless grasslands as your backdrop is truly irreplaceable. The Facility feels like a hotel restaurant in the American West. As it’s located on a ranch, there are plenty of horses on the premises, and of course you can also enjoy horseback riding experiences. With good weather, you should be able to catch the sunset sinking into the vast Aso landscape, a sky full of stars, and refreshing sunrise views with seas of clouds. There is also a large public bath. It’s a bit small, but it includes a dry sauna and cold plunge pool—perfect for unwinding while looking out over the Aso grasslands. It’s slightly disappointing that there’s no outdoor air-bath space (for safety reasons, the windows are kept fully closed), but you can still spot horses in the distance. Depending on the Plan, private time slots may be available as well, making it convenient for families.

I previously stayed at the auberge run by Fukuchiyo Shuzo, and when I learned they had another concept Accommodation, I chose this one for my visit. Having the entire building to ourselves was great—we could relax without worrying about staff. The kaiseki dinner was also delicious. The stay included a brewery tour, and the president’s talk was fascinating. As a sake lover, it was a truly valuable experience. Thank you very much. *One small point: there is a gap in the door separating the bathroom and changing area, so water from the shower soaked the changing area. It might help to seal it with rubber or something similar.*

It was a very convenient location for taking the early-morning direct bus to Kagoshima Airport. The Room was clean and comfortable. There was an AEON very close by, which was very convenient.

The views and the Facility were both excellent. I would have appreciated more flexibility with check-out.

Business Trip Compared to during the COVID-19 period, amenities have been simplified quite a bit, but everything you need is still provided. In particular, the free evening cafe bar time is enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol. The staff were attentive at all hours, which made for a very pleasant stay. This time I stayed in a single Room for business, and I appreciated that the Room setup was thoughtfully arranged for that purpose. Each day I walked to the work site, and when I returned to the Hotel, I relaxed in the large public bath to soothe the day’s fatigue. In the morning, I woke up and opened the curtains to take in views of Ginza. It was an excellent business trip.
