I stayed with my mother. The view of the Kuma River from the Room was wonderful, and we spent some time just enjoying it. We thoroughly enjoyed the ayu sashimi, salt-grilled ayu, and other dishes. I visited with friends. I loved the interior, and I was completely satisfied with everything, including the bedroom. The sunrise views from the living room and bedroom were especially amazing, and we had a wonderful start to the day. The sauna was also top-notch, and it was fantastic to be able to look up at the starry sky from the relaxation area. It was also great that we could enjoy it both in the morning and at night. I’d love to come again.

With its high ceilings, the space felt open and truly luxurious. Both the bath and sauna were spacious, allowing you to relax at your own pace. The sauna also offers self-service löyly, so it heats up properly—an authentic setup that even sauna enthusiasts will be satisfied with. It was also impressive how the concept was consistently carried through to the smallest details, from pajamas and cooking utensils to lighting, reflecting the owner’s careful attention. From the large windows, we enjoyed panoramic views of lush greenery and Mt. Omuro, which were soothing both in the morning and at sunset. For breakfast, we grilled dried fish ourselves; it felt special in a way that’s different from a Ryokan experience, and it was delicious. The space, Facility offerings, and views were all outstanding—an Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season.

What surprised and delighted me was that when I arrived around 12:30 and tried to leave my luggage, they actually let me check in! I needed to sort my bags and change clothes, so their flexibility was truly helpful. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely stay here again next

Our family of three stayed in connecting Rooms with two Rooms linked by a door. With plenty of space and two toilets, we were able to relax comfortably. The ski resort is nearby, and you can walk to the restaurant area at Roadside Station Arai. The only downside is that there is only one large Onsen bath, with alternating hours for men and women, so you can’t use it at your preferred time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This Hotel offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.

The Accommodation was renovated four years ago, and everything from the entrance, front desk, guest rooms, large public bath, to the courtyard was impeccably clean, especially the water facilities which were spotless. The staff were kind and responded politely with warm smiles.

It’s a Business Hotel rather than an Onsen Ryokan, but the large communal Onsen bath has excellent water quality and really helped melt away my fatigue. In the evening, there was a free light-meal service that was far more generous than expected. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the taste was very satisfying. Some parts of the in-house Facility feel a bit dated, but it more than makes up for it with comfort and overall satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value while still enjoying an Onsen.

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.
