Nationwide × Top-Selling Stays in the Last 24 HoursHighly rated for rooms and amenities at Hotel·Ryokan

This was my second stay. I stayed for one night with the goal of relaxing and unwinding away from everyday chores, work, and everything else. I really love the quiet, calming space—there’s everything you need and nothing unnecessary. The place is also very well cleaned, so I can stay comfortably without any stress. The meal (this time pork shabu-shabu) was very filling. This time I brought a little sashimi and some snacks, and had the somen noodles to finish the shabu-shabu as breakfast the next morning. The broth was incredibly delicious, and while both the meat and vegetables were great, the onions in particular were sweet and amazing. On the drive home, we ended up chatting excitedly about coming back again next autumn (laughs). In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a “luxury” getaway doing nothing but relaxing at a slow pace.

The Room was very comfortable, with a great selection of amenities, alcohol, and snacks. It may have been included as part of IKYU’s Diamond benefits souvenir set, but there were plenty of local sweets as well, which was very satisfying. I was also happy that the drinks—from beer

All three—my mother-in-law, wife, and daughter—praised it highly and said they “definitely want to come again,” making this an unforgettable stay for both me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the warm hospitality from all staff. This is a wonderful Hotel

Of course, we were fully satisfied with the delicious cuisine, sommelier-recommended wine, and birthday cake. The thoughtful gestures from the staff, including a birthday message card, made us appreciate this Hotel even more. The lighting of the giant Christmas tree was also a

Just like last time, we had a very comfortable stay. True to the name “Sunset Village,” dinner while watching the stunning sunset—so much like being at an overseas resort—was truly delightful. Our beloved dog, who is like family to us, ran freely around the spacious dog run and relaxed indoors as well; simply watching was soothing. We are very satisfied with the well-maintained facilities and the clean, comfortable environment. If possible, having a standing fan or air circulator would be convenient when we want to cool down on the BBQ terrace or indoors. We would appreciate your consideration. From the large windows and terrace, we could gaze at the huge trees right in front of us, many boats floating on the sea, and the scenery across the water—it’s easy to lose track of time. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The Room size, facilities and amenities, cleanliness, and the breathtaking ocean view are all flawless. I think it offers far better value for money than staying at a nearby Resort Hotel. However, you may be a bit confused if you arrive expecting a typical Hotel. There is no front desk or management office; instead, it’s an Airbnb-style setup where you enter the PIN sent to you after completing pre-registration. In my case, the registration email ended up in my spam folder, so I didn’t know what to do on site and only figured it out after calling the emergency contact number. I tried to upload the required ID documents for verification, but the connection was poor and it was difficult; in the end, I had to get the PIN by phone in quite a rush. If you complete pre-registration in advance, check-in should be smooth, and from the second stay onward there likely won’t be any issues—but it would be helpful if IKYU clearly noted these differences from a standard Hotel in the Facility description as well. Please also note that there is no elevator. In addition, the entrance floor is made of stepping stones with water around them. It may look stylish, but if you drop your phone or anything similar it’s game over, and it’s inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage—so there seems to be room for improvement.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay with our dog. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped so we could relax with peace of mind. The staff were very kind, and we truly appreciate their warm hospitality. We made another precious memory with our dog—thank you so much. We would love to visit again with our dog.

All the staff members were very approachable and easy to talk to, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was also very clean (this is important), with sufficient facilities and amenities, allowing us to enjoy views of Miyako Blue and Irabu Bridge (Irabu Ohashi). Addit

Not only is the food outstanding, but the staff’s hospitality greatly enhances this restaurant’s value. That same hospitality was evident among all staff throughout the Hotel, making it an Accommodation where adults can enjoy a calm and luxurious stay with exceptional experience

The large public bath was also lovely, and I hope to revisit with my elderly mother someday. In addition to the yukata, they provided very comfortable pajamas, and the shop had many wonderful items. I visited a place that becomes a café during the day and a bar at night, and I h

This was our first stay here. Being able to sleep in the bed with our dog and enjoy breakfast together made it a wonderful memory. The Room was very clean, the amenities were well stocked, and there were also light snacks and treats for our dog, so we had a very comfortable stay.

We visited during the Obon holidays, and the drive was not crowded at all. The Accommodation is in a great location, just a short walk to Irago Cape Lighthouse. Right in front is Koiji-ga-hama Beach, and we were able to relax at the Accommodation while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The proprietress, the young proprietress, and all the staff were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. We have stayed at many Ryokan and Hotels, but we think this place is the best. The food was also excellent, and we were completely satisfied with everything. We would like to take good care of the hibiscus we received on our way home—thank you very much. We would definitely like to visit again.

There were no people or buildings nearby, so our family was able to relax and enjoy ourselves freely. Our dogs, who aren’t comfortable around strangers or other dogs, were also able to unwind, which was wonderful. Changing slippers when going out into the garden and coming back inside was a bit of a hassle, but aside from that we were completely satisfied. The amenities were well stocked as well. We’d love to stay again.

Once again this year, I treated myself to a solo stay at Komorebi and fully enjoyed the dappled sunlight. I was welcomed back with a smile and “Welcome home” from the butler, and Mr. Y also showed thoughtful care. I was truly moved by the exceptional hospitality and felt relaxed

Moreover, the TV allows you to watch YouTube, which made my family very satisfied. It's rare to find such a comfortable Hotel. Above all, the staff's customer service attitude was kind and pleasant, and although it was just one night, we had a very pleasant stay. I definitely wan

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to what kind of excitement awaits us next time!

The highly rated breakfast exceeded our expectations—everything was truly delicious! We enjoyed local specialties as well as Western, Japanese, Chinese dishes and sweets without getting bored over all three days. Finally, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding! From check-in to
