The front desk staff were kind and responded pleasantly, thank you very much. It truly lived up to its name as a property where you can relax like at home, and we were really able to relax. If we had more time, we would have liked to leisurely explore the manga room as well.

Our dog looked so happy, and we used it many times.\n\nThe Seika Kaiseki dinner was delicious in every way—each dish was thoughtfully prepared with perfect seasoning, and the presentation was excellent.\n\nMost impressive was the quality of the breakfast—it’s exceptionally high.

This Hotel is located on the way to Hachiman Castle. It’s about a 15-minute uphill walk from the Hotel to Hachiman Castle. Since it was Silver Week, we couldn’t find a taxi, and without a car we would have had to walk uphill for about 30 minutes, so we were ready to give up on visiting the castle—but the Hotel’s location and Shuttle Service saved us. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. It was also nice that juice, tea, coffee, and more were free from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Room was spacious and comfortable. It was great that we could go to the dining area in yukata and slippers. It can’t be helped due to the terrain, but I wished there had been an Onsen. A quiet Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. Thank you very much.

This was a repeat stay. I often visit because I have relatives in Kyoto, and this place is great value—clean, with an excellent breakfast and convenient access. I was completely satisfied with everything! This time I came by car, and even leaving it parked for two nights at a nearby coin parking lot cost under 4,000 yen. From now on, this will be my go-to place whenever I come to Kyoto!

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay stress-free. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options, all carefully prepared and delicious. A staff member kindly offered to make an omelet for me, and

The Room was spacious, clean, and highly satisfactory. The large public bath was also clean due to the abundant hot water, providing a relaxing experience. Additionally, the breakfast rice was delicious. The Hotel is conveniently located near the interchange, and I highly recomme

From the welcome service until departure, we enjoyed unlimited drinks such as coffee, tea, and Furano wine, along with snacks, and were able to relax by the fireplace. Even though it was August, the fireplace was lit and the atmosphere was wonderful. Just before leaving, I found out you can toast and eat marshmallows there—I wish I had tried it. The stamp rally inside the Hotel was also fun, and my grandchild was delighted with the souvenir we brought back. The Hotel garden is nicely decorated as well. For dinner, only the main dish was served at our table and everything else was buffet-style, so we could casually choose whatever we liked. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who is visiting Furano.

Last year, I stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience, so this time I stayed with my family for a vacation. My satisfaction increased with the courteous responses to my questions over the phone beforehand and at the front desk during check-in. I thought it was a

There is also a compressed type body sponge, which is a nice touch. The large public bath has Stephen Knoll shampoo and conditioner, making it worth visiting the bath just for that. Large Public Bath Facilities (Women): Two sinks (with chairs). Amenities are also available he

The meals were especially attentive in every detail, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent in taste and quality. Every staff member was pleasant, and their polite, heartfelt service made our stay very comfortable. The baths were kept clean as well, and we had a wonderful t

The Room, including the bathroom and toilet, was very clean, and the amenities at the front desk were well-stocked. There was also a FamilyMart directly accessible from the lobby, which was very convenient. Although it was a 2-night stay, I appreciated being able to come and go f

The Room was much more spacious than I expected, and the amenities were well stocked. The morning coffee service and easy microwave snacks were also great. The only thing I noticed—just a minor detail—was that when you enter and open the door, the entry step area extends to the right, which made it hard to take off shoes and close the door (my shoes could get caught in the door). If that space extended a bit more to the left instead of the right, it might be easier to come and go, so I rated the Facility 4. That said, everything was very comfortable, starting with the front desk staff’s service. The Room was truly spacious with a sofa and very clean. Going out into Otaru and returning to the Accommodation also felt easier and more casual than at a typical large Hotel. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

The welcome drink was excellent—having alcohol available felt like such a treat. Breakfast was healthy with a wide variety of delicious options. The entire Hotel was clean. The free parking lot was spacious and convenient for coming and going freely. I would love to stay he

The staff were very kind and provided thoughtful advice not only for sightseeing but also for our stay in Hiroshima after check-out, which was truly impressive. The view from the open-air bath was stunning, but the Room's private bath was also excellent. Everything else lived

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

There are many shops around, such as Don Quijote, Uniqlo, and supermarkets, making it a very good location. I stayed on the 10th floor. The toilet and bath were clean, and I was able to sleep soundly at night. The venue was also very close, so I was able to spend my time comforta

It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Hotel is located in that area. The Facility is well equipped, and the amenities are solid. The Room was clean. This will probably be my last stay this year, but I’d like to stay agai

At first, we used to request a baggage rack, but now it’s always prepared in the room without asking. We stayed during our trip to Niigata after a while, and once again, everything was perfectly prepared, which made us very happy. The morning breakfast is always delicious. During

I’m very sensitive to light and usually can’t sleep if there’s even a little brightness, but I slept well here! With curtains, light always leaks in through the gaps. This room had shutter-style blinds that made it completely dark, and I was grateful—I slept soundly and woke up at 8:22. Breakfast is served until 8:30… oops, my mistake! But still… I actually managed to sleep. I also liked the firm pillow. Softer pillows are available to borrow at the front desk as well. I’d like to stay again, and if there’s another ONE OK ROCK live show, I’d love to use this hotel again.

We stayed as two adults. We were able to enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks in the lounge, and it felt like a quiet, sophisticated space. You can have a truly wonderful time here. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The meals were also delicious, and we could dine at a relaxed pace; there was a great variety of ingredients that felt nourishing for the body, which we really appreciated. If we have the chance to visit Tateshina again, this is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at.
