I had a great stay at The Tower before, so this time I chose the Shinsaibashi area! It was very convenient, close to the downtown area. Both the bath and sauna were clean.

The space is generous, so even a family of four can stay comfortably. The only downside was that the bathtub felt gritty and needed to be cleaned, and the drain was clogged with debris and hair, which had to be removed.

It was a shame that there wasn’t a microwave in the Room, but everything else was excellent!! The shower in the bathroom was especially interesting!!

Other than that, everything was great. There isn’t a convenience store within walking distance, but it looked like you can buy cup noodles and such at reception, so it didn’t seem like an issue if you get hungry. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Izukogen. Thank you ve

I used a whole house rental for the first time and it was wonderful. The interior was stylish and spacious, it was perfect. If I had to point out one dissatisfaction, it would be that the TV remote control was really slow to respond.

This was a truly wonderful Accommodation, perfectly suited to Hakodate’s historic old town with its many heritage buildings. Both the bathtub and the bed were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, so we bought local ingredients and cooked for ourselves. Just one point: Because the fireplace heat rises, the second floor was warm, but the first floor felt a bit chilly even with the heating on. We thought an electric carpet would have been nice. That said, both the exterior and interior were genuinely lovely, and it was very quiet with hardly any foot or car traffic, so we had a great stay. You kindly answered our questions by email many times before our stay, which made everything stress-free. Thank you very much.

I came to Unnan City on a solo trip planning to stay in a “separate traditional house,” but I was amazed when I arrived. In reality, it’s an exceptionally refined architectural masterpiece—an architect’s residence beautifully renovated. From the way the space is framed to the textures of the pillars and ceiling, every angle is full of character. Exploring the great outdoors was wonderful, but enjoying the luxury of doing nothing in this spacious setting was just as unforgettable. With a kitchen and washing machine, you can stay as if you live here—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay (there may be discounts for longer stays). A truly special Accommodation that will elevate your trip to Unnan City.

This was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps because I stayed from Sunday night through the weekdays, it was even quieter and more comfortable than last time. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and perfect sense of distance were outstanding. With a wonderful view and cooler temperatures than in central Tokyo, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the airy MUJI house. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This was my first time staying here. The Facility is new and very clean, and the sauna in particular was very comfortable, with oils and other items provided. As for the amenities, it was a bit disappointing that the frying pan was old, but there were no inconveniences at all overall, and everything was easy to use.

I stayed here at the end of 2025. This accommodation, carefully crafted by a travel-loving couple, feels like a hidden retreat for adults. As the facility is relatively new, it seems not widely known yet, but every detail—from the room layout and furniture to amenities and lighting—reflects thoughtful design. The spacious and quiet environment made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The open-air bath was particularly outstanding, offering such comfort that I found myself wanting to take multiple dips while enjoying fresh air breaks in between. The sauna is also available, allowing guests to relax privately without worrying about others. Meals are not provided, and while it’s located slightly away from the center of Yugawara, this adds to its charm as a serene escape where you can truly forget daily life and indulge in the luxury of doing nothing in this hidden retreat-like space.

It was the end of summer vacation, and only one other group was staying there. We had a barbecue by the pool and bought seafood (shrimp and shellfish) at nearby Uotaro to eat. The Room was spacious, and there were chairs on the terrace as well. We were able to spend a relaxing time. The open-air bath in the guest room was excellent, and our family used it many times. We’d like to visit again.

I stayed during Golden Week. Even though it’s in a busy downtown area, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The Room was clean, and there were amenities and services such as welcome coffee, which I thought were great. The instant onion soup next to the welcome coffee was especially delicious. One disappointing point was that the female staff member at the front desk spoke quickly, so her explanation was hard to understand.

The Hotel is suitable for long-term stays, with a lounge that you can freely use and where bringing your own food and drinks is allowed, making it a comfortable experience. The staff are pleasant and provide just the right amount of space, which is also appreciated.
