This was a highly satisfying Hotel stay from check-in to check-out. What surprised me most was the wide variety of drinks and ice cream available in the complimentary area. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks, from alcohol to soft drinks, and I also loved making my own ice cream—it was a lot of fun. The staff kindly guided me through the Room and breakfast information at check-in, and they responded quickly to an unexpected situation during my stay. Breakfast arrived at my Room right on time and was wonderfully warm and delicious. I truly feel this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The Room is moderately spacious, bright, and comfortable. The large public bath being open until 2 AM is a great feature. However, having the lockers located outside the public bath is inconvenient. The breakfast includes many processed meats and fried dishes; it would be better if there were more healthy options available.

I had been curious about it for a long time, so I stayed here this time. I chose the “Niwaka Senbei Room” for a fun, exciting feel, and it really boosted my travel mood. The Room was compact, but I appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate.

I’ve stayed here many times! The meals are delicious, and it’s right in front of the slopes—very convenient for skiing and snowboarding. The staff are courteous, and everything is kept very clean.
