We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. Great value and conveniently located, Route Inn is often my go-to in times of need. While I thought it lacked a strong unique character, this location stood out. Perhaps it's thriving due to the regular fireworks events nearby. The coffee machine was excellent—rich and delicious! The Room features included wireless charging and Type-C ports. The breakfast menu seemed to have more variety compared to other locations. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to visit the large public bath, which was disappointing.

This is a very attentive Accommodation. The staff provided clear and courteous explanations. The cuisine was refined, gentle on the body, and we enjoyed a wonderful time pairing it with delicious drinks. The bath was also clean, and the water felt great on the skin. From the in-room bath, we could look out over the sea in Atami while soaking at a relaxed pace. We only visited Kinomiya Shrine for sightseeing, but it was a trip where we could take everything slowly and unwind.

The bike parking was covered and free of charge. The parking spot was in a discreet location, which was also nice. The Hotel itself is old, but the unit bath is relatively spacious, and each Room has its own air conditioner, making it comfortable. Additionally, I chose the dinner voucher option, and the 1,500 yen Miyazaki specialty set was quite a good deal and delicious.
