We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I stayed here on a business trip. I often stay at Super Hotel as well, and I always have a pleasant experience. This time too, I was completely satisfied with everything—consistently excellent service, a clean Room, and a sufficient breakfast. The Room’s large wall-mounted TV was very easy to watch. Also, whether it was the layout or something else, it was so comfortable that I ended up missing my chance to go out and explore Kawagoe. The milk-braised Fukaya green onions served at breakfast were also outstanding. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room is compact but functional, with no complaints. The bed was a larger queen size and very comfortable, so I slept well and could really relax. The welcome bar at dinner time had a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, and there was also a microwave, which was great—I could enjoy dinner with the bento and side dishes I brought in while having a drink. I also appreciated the Onsen public bath; I could check how crowded it was on the in-room monitor, so I could bathe comfortably without stress. Breakfast was delicious as well—especially the freshly baked bread, which was so soft and tasty that I wished I could buy some to take home. The staff responded quickly to my requests, which I thought was excellent. This was my first stay with the Super Hotel chain, but I would definitely choose it again for future solo business trips.

The Room was bright with a great view, spacious and clean—an extraordinary, non-everyday space that truly made us feel we were on a trip. It was an east-facing Room where we could even see the sunrise. The bath was also very relaxing! The meals were excellent as well, especially the sashimi. We stayed three nights at Hotels of a similar or higher level, but this Accommodation gave us the highest overall satisfaction. The coffee served at breakfast was also a much-appreciated service. When we visit Beppu again, we would definitely like to stay here. To maintain good service, it felt like efforts are being made to reduce costs in areas such as amenities. That is completely understandable given the current circumstances, however, not having towels or cups prepared for children was inconvenient, so we would like to see this improved.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable...
