On weekdays, some stores were closed, so it was a bit hard to catch the right timing, but I was able to enjoy delicious meals and drinks both during the day and at night. Once again, I was able to relax in a wonderful Room. Thank you very much. I will visit again! There’s sti

The only regret was not being able to read a book at such a wonderful inn. Next time I visit, I will definitely bring a book and read on the comfortable terrace! I was able to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend a relaxing time. Thanks to Rokka, it was a great

Thank you for always accommodating our detailed requests each time we stay. We look forward to your continued support with our future Reservations.

Everything is free-flowing from the source, and with such great water quality, there’s nothing to complain about—it was truly outstanding. The Room was renovated a few years ago and was more than satisfactory. The staff, including the proprietress, were all wonderful, with impecc

Also, from check-in to seeing me off, the receptionist kindly took their time and matched my pace; with everyone’s deep knowledge and hospitality—including guidance on motifs like Fujin and Raijin at the Hotel—it was a wonderful stay that made the excellent Facility even more enj

Staying at an inn with only three rooms really made me realize how that allows them to serve truly exceptional cuisine. The room we stayed in, “Korin,” had the bath and washbasin located outside the main room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it comes with a dedicated dining room, so you can focus on the meal right away without leaving your room—and each dish is served at exactly the right moment. It’s been a long time since I so strongly appreciated the happiness of eating hot food while it’s still hot. From the appetizer through the lidded dish and assorted starters to the grilled course, every item brought out the full flavor of its ingredients. The grilled steak in particular surprised me: I honestly didn’t have high expectations for Tochigi Wagyu (sorry!), but it was incredibly tender, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. To be frank, we went to a famous steak restaurant in Nikko for dinner the next day, and this steak easily held its own against their Maezawa beef. The finishing soba was also excellent—I regret not ordering a larger portion. They serve two dipping sauces, one warm and one cold; personally, I recommend the cold one. I’m attaching a photo of breakfast as well—breakfast was wonderful too. If I have another chance to visit, I’d love to stay in a different room next time. Thank you very much.

" We are very satisfied. 1. The customer service was excellent. The explanation of the facility and room was brief and easy to understand. The best part was the photo of us as a couple inside the building and at the entrance on our way home. They offered to take it before we ev

We enjoyed one dinner and two breakfasts, all featuring amazing seafood dishes with great variety. The live kitchen risotto and French toast were absolutely exquisite! My children were thrilled and said they want to come back again! Thanks to you, we created wonderful memories in

With easy access from Junglia and wanting to stay on Kouri Island, I made a Reservation here. It was very convenient—less than a 30-minute drive from Junglia! On the way, seeing the view from Kouri Bridge again after a long time really got me excited! When I arrived at the Hotel and headed to the entrance, a staff member came out to greet me and carried my luggage for me. Since I checked in much earlier than planned, I asked if it would be possible to make a dinner Reservation, and they kindly accommodated me (it may have been the last available seat). Just like the Reviews said, the food here was outstanding! For dinner, I ordered beef sirloin steak, hamburger steak, garlic shrimp, and other Okinawan dishes. Every dish was carefully prepared with great seasoning—truly impressive. Breakfast included freshly baked bread, a salad plate, soup, and coffee; both the portion size and taste were completely satisfying. The Room was exactly as shown in the photos—stylish and clean with a white-and-blue theme—and it was very comfortable. Personally, I really appreciated having a vanity separate from the sink area; it was very convenient to use. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kouri Island next time!

A cozy and wonderful Hotel where you can relax with the fresh greenery of the birch forest spreading outside your Room window, be soothed by the birds and animals that visit, savor exquisite highland French cuisine unique to this place, enjoy the flowing Onsen, feel refreshed in

A two-night trip to Kyushu. We stayed in Beppu on the first night, and booked here in Yufuin for the second night. After reading Reviews and other information, we chose Yufunoshou from several highly rated Accommodations. The meals were handled by the head chef alone, and the sta

After enjoying canoeing in Kushiro, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the spacious, beautiful entrance. The lobby, centered around an irori hearth, felt wonderfully open and soothing with its charming design. Every member of the staff was truly welcoming, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The milk soft-serve and milk were rich and flavorful, and the morning daifuku and ozenzai were also delicious. This is our number one Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

We stayed here with our dog again for the first time in three months, following our visit this June. Last time, the Italian food was so delicious that we decided to come back. Also, since you can dine together with your dog, you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. If your dog behaves well, they get a jerky treat as a reward—so our pup kept watching that staff member the whole time... We’d love to stay again.

I fully enjoyed my favorite Onsen. The water feels light at first, but afterward my skin was smooth and moisturized. The meals were beautiful—both the tableware and the dishes. Gentle flavors; grilled items, simmered dishes—everything was delicious! Breakfast was perfect as well

) shochu [Shigemasu]. Among all these delights stood out dessert—a loquat compote so memorable that I've been trying hard ever since returning home to recreate it using honey and lemon. The next morning brought another heartwarming experience when my misunderstanding seemed to h

It was truly the best Accommodation. The Onsen, the meals, the heartfelt service, the ice cream we enjoyed in the lounge, and even the forest walking trail that felt like fairies might appear and the firefly-viewing event—everything was wonderful and became an unforgettable memo

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned into a truly wonderful stay. We don’t drink alcohol, and when we mentioned that, they kindly replaced the drinks in the Room refrigerator with non-alcoholic options. We really appreciated such thoughtful attention. At dinner, they also gave my husband a single rose as a birthday gift. We were deeply moved by this unexpected and lovely gesture, and it became a great birthday memory. From the open-air bath in our Room, we could look out over the lake—the view was absolutely stunning. Soaking in the open-air bath while enjoying the expansive scenery was incredibly relaxing, and being able to enjoy the Onsen at our own pace whenever we liked felt like a real luxury. Dinner was delicious as well—especially the pizza! It was so good that we ended up having two. If I had to mention one small concern, since it’s surrounded by nature there were quite a few insects. When we tried to use the open-air bath at night, many bugs (like stink bugs) had gathered there, so unfortunately we gave up bathing at that time. That said, I think that’s simply part of staying in such a natural setting. More than anything else, what stayed with us were the view from our Room, the Onsen, the food, and the staff’s warm hospitality. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday in a wonderful way and made lasting memories. Thank you very much.

Bath: I prefer lukewarm water, and every Onsen was just right. The Onsen-hopping experience was also enjoyable. Meals: Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the homemade sesame dressing and tartar sauce. The red pepper ice cream was also amazing! Room: We stayed in

The highly rated breakfast exceeded our expectations—everything was truly delicious! We enjoyed local specialties as well as Western, Japanese, Chinese dishes and sweets without getting bored over all three days. Finally, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding! From check-in to

The head chef personally attended to guests with remarkable attention to detail. Both young and experienced restaurant staff were polished and offered top-notch hospitality—thank you for such a wonderful experience. This is an accommodation I would love to revisit. For thos
