The room is spacious and impeccably clean. I always book a twin room, which comes with a sofa, making it comfortable to relax. The accommodation uses a key deposit system, but the front desk staff are polite and pleasant, so I even leave my key when stepping out briefly to buy c

The Hotel is very clean with thorough cleaning. I chose a Plan with breakfast included, and there were many of Nagoya's specialties, which were delicious and very satisfying. The entrance (at night) and the elevator require a card key to use, ensuring solid security. I would like

The only issue I noticed was that the toilet flush button didn’t work properly. Considering it’s in Kawasaki, both the Hotel itself and its access from the station exceeded my expectations—I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay here again if I have any errands near Kawasaki. Th

From the moment I called to check my reservation, I received very polite and attentive service. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted warmly, and even when going out, the staff greeted me with enthusiasm. This made me fall in love not only with the hotel but also with Aomori.

I also used the bus terminal during my stay, so that was very convenient. I stayed in a single room, but because my suitcase was large, there wasn’t enough space to organize my luggage (I brought a larger-than-usual one). It’s nice that you can check how busy the public bath is,

I stay here every year when I visit Nagano to pay my respects at the family grave, and this time I stayed for my mother’s third memorial service. It’s close to the station, and the Hotel has a natural Onsen. They also offer great services such as free drinks, ice cream and lact

It seemed the Hotel was fully booked that day, but even though I had made a Reservation for a non-smoking single Room as usual, they upgraded me to a spacious Room with a king-size bed. Even though I was traveling alone, the king-size bed and the nearly double-sized space felt ve
