For dinner, my spouse and I ordered shabu-shabu and a Hida beef steak, and both were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The birthday surprise plate was adorable, and I got to celebrate my birthday for the first time in a while. The Onsen left my skin feeling silky smooth. For breakfast, the hoba miso had a pleasant sweetness and was so tasty that I ended up eating too much rice. Thank you for the wonderful meals and the happy time.

With the ocean right in front of us and great weather, both the starry sky and the sunrise were truly relaxing. It was also nice to have free drinks like café lattes, which we could enjoy while taking a walk along the beach. This was our second stay, and we’d love to come back again next time.

All the staff were very kind, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The Onsen water was silky and gentle on the skin, which felt wonderful. I was able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. The restaurant staff were also courteous, and I truly appreciated their attentive service, which made mealtimes even more enjoyable. At the Onsen, I also saw staff cleaning frequently, so I could use it with peace of mind. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed here after a day at Greenland. It was great that it’s close to Greenland. It was our first time staying in a container-style Hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (me and my child). The TV is placed on the table, so when eating, the TV felt a bit too close and was slightly hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The frozen breakfast was convenient to quickly eat in the Room on a busy morning. The adult had chicken and burdock rice, and the child had beef pilaf—both were delicious! At night, you can hear noise from trucks passing by out front, so light sleepers might be bothered… But once you fall asleep, it’s fine. Since the Rooms aren’t connected to each other, it was helpful not having to worry even if my child got noisy. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed quite a few stains on the Room walls, but overall it was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed for one night on a business trip to Naoetsu. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station. Although it is a bit old in places, it was clean and well maintained, so I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful. The room is indeed small, but with various ingenious touches, it doesn't feel that way. The necessary services are well-equipped. I only used it for a day-use rest, so it was truly sufficient.

A secluded Accommodation in the forest—quiet, with crisp, clean air. The Room was spacious, and the Japanese-style room with beds was wonderful. The meals were carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and everything we had for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Even though it is a Business Hotel, it has a modern large public bath, and the price was reasonable, making it a pleasant experience. I also used a Route Inn in another area last year and was able to relax. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

It was amazing. My kids and my wife were very happy. We really enjoyed the baths—felt like we could soak as much as we wanted, from the private family bath to everything else. Above all, the staff who helped us were wonderful!! They explained things clearly and spoke while making eye contact—really appreciated. It made us happy that they looked after us so well. The meals were great too—it reminded me again. Our family isn’t really suited to buffet-style dining, so having everything prepared and brought to us was much better. Most of all, it was wonderful being able to truly relax. The only thing was that I couldn’t sleep—maybe because of the sound of the river flowing, or maybe just because it was different from usual. I thought this was a traditional Ryokan, and the food was very good for the price. About half of the guests were international visitors, and I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Breakfast was surprisingly satisfying, even with curry in the morning—it was hard to resist eating a lot. The salad bar is also appealing. Since I often use the Hotel for solo business trips, being able to take breakfast as a bento back to my Room is very convenient. It was quiet and relaxing, likely because there were fewer families on weekdays. Rooms equipped with LG Stylers are another great point. The only downside was that choosing a high floor didn’t make much of a difference—given the location, it’s not particularly worth specifying this option. Overall satisfaction is high!
