The food, drinks, and hospitality were outstanding, and we were extremely satisfied. Every dish looked beautiful and tasted amazing, and there were also unique alcoholic beverages you can only enjoy here. All drinks were free, which was a delightful surprise. The staff’s warm hospitality was wonderful as well, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a little disappointing that there was no open-air bath, but the Onsen was excellent; we enjoyed the large public bath as well as three private family baths, each with its own charm. On our way home, we received photos from dinner and freshly baked, delicious croissants as souvenirs. We are grateful for the heartfelt hospitality until the very end. Next time, we would love to try the winter and spring dishes too.

For the past ten years or so, my wife and I have been traveling all over Japan by car. This time, taking advantage of Silver Week, we were planning a trip to Kyushu and realized that in the southwestern part of Kyushu we had only visited Koshikijima with our children a long time ago. When I searched on IKYU, I found Villa Hikaruze. We were contacted to confirm our arrival time, and I wondered why at first, but when we arrived at Hikaruze, the Onsen bath had been filled in time for our arrival. It was two days of wonderful hospitality—perfect for seniors like us. Recently we’ve enjoyed visiting remote islands such as Goto, Iki, Rebun, and Rishiri, but Hikaruze’s location was even better. The weather was great, and we could see as far as the Amakusa islands in the distance. As for what this old couple looks forward to most—meals—the sashimi and meat were the best we’ve ever had. Since we don’t have much time left at our age, we’re looking forward to returning soon with our children. Thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. I especially enjoyed using the Refa showerhead and hairdryer both during and after my bath time. The variety and deliciousness of the breakfast buffet were outstanding, far exceeding typical business hotel standards. Check-out was very efficient, simply dr

In February last year, during a three-day trip to Shizuoka, I was moved by the Yume Terrace and visited the hotel's garden terrace for lunch for the first time. After hearing my wife's "most wonderful view of her life" many times, I reserved a twin room with a view of Mt. Fuji an

I stayed with my child. The lobby and our Room were very clean, and the Hotel’s playing-card and puzzle theme made my child very happy. The bathtub in the Room was also very spacious, so after returning tired from the theme park, it was great to be able to relax in a large bath.

As a result, I was very satisfied with my stay: being able to use the lounge exclusive to guests even after check-out, the convenience of its location within the station, modern facilities including a bath that combines Japanese and Western styles (with both a washing area and ra
