This was my second stay. Once again, I felt the staff’s warm hospitality in so many moments, and it made for a truly wonderful visit. Both dinner and breakfast for solo diners were delicious. Since this trip also celebrated my mother’s birthday, I was especially looking forward to the cake I had requested. It looked beautiful, the figs were wonderfully fresh and juicy, and it was genuinely delicious. It was light and easy to eat, so even though we were full after dinner, we finished it in no time. I also loved the welcome amenity sweets so much that I bought some to enjoy after my stay. I had planned to take the herbal cordial home as well, but after trying a sample I couldn’t stop—I ended up drinking it all during my stay because it was that good! At breakfast, the carrot smoothie left a particularly strong impression. It was sweet and delicious—I even looked up the same one afterward. Everything—from the food to the amenities—showed such care and attention to detail that they were things I wanted to keep enjoying even after leaving. I also used the bath salts included as a Well-being Room benefit right away; they warmed me from deep within and felt wonderful. The bed was very comfortable too. I usually have trouble falling asleep when traveling, but this time I drifted off quickly. One small point: I found the lighting controls a bit hard to understand. At night, I wanted to turn on only the toilet light, but couldn’t get it to work as intended and felt a little confused. If it were more intuitive, it would be even more comfortable. Once again, we had such a relaxing time together and made lovely memories with my mother. We would love to return.

We stayed with four friends and were extremely satisfied! The entire Accommodation was very clean, and the Facilities—sauna, jacuzzi, and BBQ setup—were well equipped, so we could enjoy ourselves at the villa all day. The beach is also within walking distance, making a morning stroll feel great and letting us fully enjoy a refreshing getaway. The kitchenware and amenities were well stocked, so we had no inconveniences. We’d definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kujukuri!

The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The private family bath was spacious and even had a waterfall feature, with the water at just the right temperature, so we could soak and relax. The atmosphere of the large public bath was also wonderful. The meals featured local ingredients, the portions were just right, and we were very satisfied! If you have mobility issues, going up and down to the first floor may be difficult, but it was a quiet place to spend time. We’d love to visit again after a hike in the mountains.

I’d been wanting to visit for a long time, and I was finally able to stay this time. Unfortunately, because of the rain there was no goat welcome, but I enjoyed a champagne welcome drink in the lobby and headed to my Room feeling excited. The Room was very spacious and impeccably clean, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The fog was quite heavy so the view wasn’t very clear, but I was told you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. I also really appreciated the complimentary free-flow drinks in the refrigerator. I requested refills of various items such as half bottles of champagne and water. The bath is an Onsen, with a faint sulfur scent and just the right temperature. It wasn’t an open-air bath, but opening the window made it feel wonderfully airy. It was also my first time staying in a Room with a sauna (with cold plunge), and it was a great experience—I worked up a good sweat and truly enjoyed it. Dinner was thoughtfully prepared across every dish and absolutely delicious! The wine pairing was excellent as well, and I had a wonderful time until the very end. For a late-night snack, we were served conger eel sushi—far beyond what you’d expect for “late-night,” truly authentic. I enjoyed it with another refill of champagne. For breakfast we chose in-Room dining; the pork miso soup was especially delicious, and being able to have seconds left me completely satisfied. Above all, the staff were courteous with just the right sense of distance while still being incredibly attentive—checking on drink replenishments in our Room and more—which made for an excellent stay. I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

The pool is one of the largest in the prefecture with views reminiscent of Ubud in Bali and slightly warm water temperature that made it truly enjoyable. All the staff provided exceptional hospitality, which I believe is one of this Hotel's outstanding features. I will visit

This was our first stay as a family trip. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all extremely satisfying. Every dish was made with local ingredients, and the seasoning brought out the natural flavors—exactly to our taste. We also enjoyed relaxing in the log-cabin-style restaurant while looking out at the garden. We used only the open-air bath. Even though it was raining, the water temperature was just right and helped us unwind. *Since it’s completely outdoors, those who dislike insects may want to avoid it in summer—they do fly around. We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. Once again this year, I treated myself to a solo stay at Komorebi and fully enjoyed the dappled sunlight. I was welcomed back with a smile and “Welcome home” from the butler, and Mr. Y also showed thoughtful care. I was truly moved by the exceptional hospitality and felt relaxed

The carefully prepared, healthy cuisine, the clean and stylish Room, the luxurious amenities, and the bath where you can soak while listening to the gentle murmur of the river—everything was deeply satisfying and made for a truly wonderful stay. What left the strongest impression was the hospitality of all the staff. There were several international staff members as well, and seeing them serve guests earnestly in Japanese and make an effort to embrace Japanese culture was heartwarming and put me at ease.
