The room had a nice atmosphere in a quiet location. It was raining on the day, so it was convenient that the room was located just above the parking area. The washing machine comes with detergent, and there is also a gas dryer. Dishes, dishwashing detergent, and amenities are provided. Please note that pajamas are not included, so you will need to bring your own.

It was excellent. The staff at the accommodation were polite, the room was clean, and it turned into a wonderful and relaxing trip!

This accommodation is a renovated traditional Kyoto townhouse. The semi-open-air Shigaraki ceramic bath was smooth to the touch and very pleasant. The room's furnishings and facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff member was very kind, making us feel at ease.

We stayed at KIYOMORI for a family trip. Located on a hill, we were surprised by the steep slope, but the view from the room and the spacious accommodation with a beautiful Japanese-modern design were wonderful. Being pet-friendly, we had an enjoyable time with our beloved dog. The amenities were great as well. The projection mapping in the bath was amazing! As for areas of improvement: - Shower water pressure - Hairdryer (weak airflow) Other than that, it was a fantastic experience where we could enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere and spend quality time as a family. This renovated former sake brewery let us see what the brewery used to be like, and it was a very valuable experience. However, due to a faulty electrical outlet, the refrigerator suddenly lost power and we almost had all our food spoil. Since we had brought an extension cord, we moved the refrigerator and managed to plug it into a different outlet, which restored power. Also, the all-you-can-drink sake setup was not working properly: only a small amount came out at first, then after quite some time only a little more (sadly). Over three hours, we got about 4 go (or less), so “all-you-can-drink” was meaningless. This needs to be fixed urgently. The warning notices also feel very strict. If you are going to post strict warnings, you should properly fix and maintain the Facility as well.

I chose your Facility for relaxation after climbing Mount Fuji. The private and well-equipped space allowed me to fully enjoy my stay! The meals were also extremely delicious.

We stayed here on a trip with three families, and it was amazing—thank you so much. Each Room has its own toilet and shower, so you can use them at your own pace without worrying about others. Even so, because it’s a single building, it still feels like everyone is together. When we made the Reservation, check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, but at some point it had changed to 16:00. We were able to check in at 15:00 on the day, so it wasn’t an issue, but it did make us a bit concerned. I’m giving 4 stars because we would have liked a rice paddle for serving rice, rice bowls, and small plates. The cooking utensils were perfectly well stocked.

Right in front of the TV Tower at Odori Park, you can see the illuminated TV Tower while lying in bed, and although the bath is a Room bath, it is very stylish, clean, and spacious. There is no TV, but you can relax and sleep while listening to jazz on a record player. With breakfast included, you can choose between a seafood bowl or pork bowl, accompanied by pork soup, pickles, grilled fish, and a rolled omelet on one plate. The presentation is beautiful and delicious. However, it feels a bit heavy for breakfast, and since seafood bowls are usually eaten at lunch or dinner, it would be nice to have a lighter buffet option. Overall, it might be more suitable for inbound tourists and young people.

The room was just the right size for two people. The bathroom was spacious, and the jacuzzi made it very comfortable. The free parking was also a great benefit. Car travel is especially convenient during rainy weather.

The Onsen in the main building was great.

I stayed for 3 nights for skiing in Hakuba. The snow quality was terrible all 4 days, but I was very satisfied with the property overall. The ski locker in the drying room is spacious, easily accommodating boards and boots for 4 people, and it has a lock. The room is well soundproofed. There is a large public bath and an open-air bath. And above all, the food was extremely delicious. At first glance, I thought there might be a limited number of dishes, but the quantity was more than satisfying, and the seasoning was excellent. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

It was great! The rice in the Japanese meal was incredibly delicious—absolutely the best. I’d love to know what variety of rice it was!!!

Stayed in a poolside room with breakfast included during the September holiday. Surrounded by hammocks, tropical flowers, and trees near the pool, we enjoyed even the night pool to our heart's content. Watching the evening sea and catching small waves for surfing early in the morning allowed us to leisurely enjoy breakfast afterward. After check-out, snorkeling at a nearby spot offered views of colorful fish and even an encounter with a long-awaited boxfish, leaving us fully satisfied and grateful to the owner. With an 11:00 AM check-out time, extended breakfast hours, and flexible pool usage times, it's perfect for busy guests as well. Additionally, convenient features like direct access from rooms to the pool and outdoor spaces with warm showers or drying racks for swimsuits made our stay all the more enjoyable.

We’ve stayed at this cottage during the Obon holiday season for three years in a row. This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, there was torrential rain due to a linear rainband and we were worried, but thanks to the owner’s thoughtful support, we felt safe and reassured. It’s about a one-minute walk to the sea, and the beach feels wonderfully private—absolutely perfect. We’ll likely be back again. Thank you very much.

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

It was great to stay affordably in Shinjuku. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you!
