Simple and reasonably priced.

Our family of four stayed here this time. The meals were made with fresh local vegetables and fish, and everything was delicious. The Saga beef was outstanding! The Onsen was pleasantly warm, so we could soak slowly for a long time, and it left our skin smooth. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for a business trip and despite arriving later than planned, the front staff were courteous, which made me feel apologetic. The room was clean even though the toilet did not have a bidet function, and the bedding was fluffy, allowing me to sleep soundly.

Located in Shinjuku 2-chome, the accommodation is completely quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Due to the compact building size, it was hard to locate the free coffee service and only realized it was where some foreign guests were gathered when leaving. I also wanted to use the washing machine but couldn't due to mismatched usage hours. Still, it's clear that efforts have been made to make the most of this older facility. I would like to stay here again. However, hotels in Shinjuku are ultimately priced too high for ordinary people...

There is a guide to the Accommodation, and there was a small sign that said “ZEN,” but the building was hard to see from outside, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place and got lost at first. After climbing the stairs surrounded by greenery, I finally reached a beautiful standalone Accommodation and felt relieved. In reality, it’s not possible to drive into the parking area; you can only park in the space in front of it. It gets very dark at night, so if it’s your first time, it may be hard to find—checking in while it’s still daylight is recommended. Inside, the space feels open and airy, and relaxing on the outdoor chairs was a real luxury. It was a bit disappointing that mornings and evenings were still chilly. There is a wood-burning stove, but I missed that it requires advance Reservation and an additional fee. Since it wasn’t really stove season anyway, I imagine it would be excellent in winter. There also seemed to be a beer server (advance Reservation?), as well as a kitchen and electric cooktop, so self-catering is possible—I probably just wasn’t prepared enough to make full use of everything. I think satisfaction would be even higher with a Multiple Night Stay, especially in winter.

Although the weather was not great, we still enjoyed our stay and even had fun with the little inconveniences. A wonderful Room and meals. Next time, I’d love to watch the stars.

The room is very clean, and the toilet and bathroom are separate, so you can relax comfortably.

It would have been perfect if there had been an elevator.

Due to a mix-up, I was unable to stay at my originally planned Accommodation, so I made a last-minute Reservation that evening and stayed here. As an Accommodation for travelers, the facilities, amenities, and service were more than satisfactory—especially being able to park my motorcycle in a covered area, which gave me peace of mind. The room rate was also affordable. Hakodate has always been just a stop along the way for me, but next time I visit to explore the city as my destination, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed at Santa Hills for the first time with my husband and our beloved dog. Although we live in a rural area of Tokyo, it took about 3 hours one way by car navigation, and we were amazed by the surrounding nature filled with rice fields. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy peaceful moments. We stayed in a cottage with a private dog run, which had just the right amount of space and was very satisfying! It was slightly chilly at night, but the stove kept us warm, and the provided comforters made sleeping cozy enough. The plan included a hot pot filled with plenty of vegetables, which was delicious. The staff at the front desk and around were friendly and greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The nighttime illuminations were stunningly beautiful, and there were many Christmas decorations inside the center as well. We got to experience our first illumination of this season and felt an early touch of Christmas spirit. Both my husband and I had such a relaxing time after so long that we would love to visit again with our dog in tow. Thank you very much!

Because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests and we could relax. The Facility felt quite old, but it was kept clean. The meals were generous and very delicious.

It was a new and clean Hotel.\nThe Facilities were good as well.\nHowever, the information sheet I received at the front desk had the Wi‑Fi ID printed on it, but part of it was in small text within bold text, which made it hard to read. When I asked the front desk, they told me, but it was clearly a printing mistake and I think it should be corrected.\nAlso, the phone provided in the Room would not connect to the front desk, so even though I was in my Room I had to call the Hotel from my smartphone. It was a bit disappointing that these small details were lacking.

The Room with a full lake view was excellent. Unfortunately, the explanations were lacking, which was a shame, but dinner was delicious. If there had been explanations about the food and drinks, it would have been even more enjoyable—every dish was carefully prepared. The large public bath was also very good. The open-air bath as well.

Stayed in a twin room. Included a 1000 yen meal voucher, but we didn't use the dining area. The reason was that we found a highly-rated restaurant nearby. We used the meal voucher for takeout snacks instead. As it's a Route Inn, the room's design is standard across locations. The cleaning was thorough and well-maintained. There is a Seven-Eleven convenience store right in front of the accommodation. For dining options: - A Japanese restaurant "Suginoya Honjin" right in front, - McDonald's and KFC nearby, - The restaurant we visited called "Kikurin," - And an izakaya (Japanese pub) within one of the restaurants where you can also dine. You won't have trouble finding places to eat around here. On our trip: On day one, after shopping in Mashiko, we stayed overnight at this accommodation. On day two, we visited Hitachi Fudoki-no-Oka Shrine and Amabiki Kannon Temple before heading to Tsukuba Mountain's eastern side for soba noodles on Ishioka Soba Street before returning home. We would love to stay here again!

We decided to visit Arima Onsen on short notice and made a reservation here as it was available. The building might be old, but the guidance, car assistance, and customer service were very polite. It was nice to enjoy in-room dining after a long time. This accommodation serves delicious meals! Everything tasted great, likely because the dishes were served hot and the broth was flavorful. We enjoyed both gold and silver onsens, and perhaps due to good timing, we had them almost all to ourselves for a relaxing soak. The location is convenient for strolling around the onsen town, and we’re glad we chose this place.

The front desk staff were courteous, and the Room had everything I needed. I stayed for three nights, and it was a big help to be able to secure a Room even with a last-minute Reservation. Hatagaya Station and Sasazuka Station are within walking distance.

I stayed here during my trip to Tochigi Prefecture and found it by chance. It is located in a quiet countryside area, which was great. The breakfast was especially delightful with unlimited refills of delicious rice, and the portion of side dishes was very satisfying.

I stayed here because it was close to the station for an event. The staff had a warm, homey atmosphere, and they also stored my luggage, which was a big help. The Facility felt old-fashioned, and the shower water pressure was very weak so bathing took a long time. Also, some wallpaper was peeling, the toilet seat lid was cracked and misaligned, and the Room door didn’t fit well and was hard to open and close. I would appreciate it if these could be repaired if possible. Other than that, everything was comfortable overall. Check-out is not until 12:00 p.m., which gave me plenty of time. It’s affordable despite being near the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby, which made it very convenient. Thank you very much. I hope to stay with you again when I have another opportunity.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the Lantern Festival. Since accommodation prices are high during this season, staying at a guesthouse was a very cost-effective option. The Property is conveniently located near Shinchi Chinatown, and the unmanned check-in system made late arrivals hassle-free. The Facility was clean and comfortable to stay in. Although the bath was a shower room, it was very helpful to warm up my body after getting wet during the rainy Gunkanjima tour. There were many young people, and I couldn't tell if they were friends or had become acquainted at the Property, but they were chatting about how "the rice flour bread is delicious" while eating bread from the fridge. I bought soup and other items from the convenience store in front of the Property and enjoyed the bread as well. There were also many international guests, and some spoke to me in broken Japanese, making the living room a place for interaction. I felt it had a clean and warm atmosphere. Although I had used guesthouses before, this was my first time in a shared Room, and I was worried about noise issues. However, everyone seemed to be considerate and quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly. That said, around 4 a.m., loud music played for a few seconds from the bed below, and I couldn't sleep after that. It made me feel like crying, and the trip became physically challenging for me. This is purely a matter of luck, and shared Rooms may or may not suit different people. I realized that shared Rooms are not for me.

I’m glad I could enjoy visiting different baths. Since it’s a natural Onsen, I’d like to go again. The cherry blossoms nearby were beautiful too. Spring is highly recommended.
