We visited this accommodation for our first trip with our beloved dog. The family running the place are dog lovers and warmly welcomed our pet from the moment we arrived. Despite being an accommodation exclusively for guests with pets, it was impeccably clean, and there was no noticeable odor at all. Thoughtful considerations for staying with pets were evident everywhere, including a clear explanation of guidelines upon arrival to ensure mutual respect among guests. The warm, carefully prepared meals allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The property features a dog run and walking paths behind the building; unfortunately, as we only stayed one night this time, we couldn’t fully enjoy them—something we regret. We definitely plan to visit again for a longer stay next time. Regarding meals, they kindly inquired about allergies in advance. Although no one in our family has allergies, we forgot to mention some food preferences but were grateful for their prompt adjustments. This is truly an ideal accommodation for traveling with your furry family members!

This is a private apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals. The bathroom features temperature control and reheating functions, which were very convenient. Check-in was at a separate location just a few minutes' walk away, but there was no need to return for check-out, making it hassle-free. I would love to stay here again!

This was my third stay at this Accommodation. Last time I had breakfast only and it was delicious, so this time I chose a Plan with both dinner and breakfast. Everything was seasoned just the way I like, and I really enjoyed it. There were so many dishes and such generous portions that it was more than I could finish.\n\nThe bath was quite hot, but very relaxing. Perhaps because it was a weekday and there were few guests, it felt almost private and I could soak at ease.\n\nI would love to stay again.

Perhaps because it was a former karaoke Facility, it was very quiet, and I was able to spend my time peacefully. There was a slight draft, but I think it was within an acceptable range. For those who feel cold easily, a blanket was also separately provided in the Room. The pillow was high, so it would be nice to have a lower option available as well... There were significant security concerns, such as the door not being locked during the designated locking hours or being left wide open. During my stay in the cold season, I had to close the door multiple times. Overall, I was satisfied.

I stayed here on a solo trip. It was close to the station, which was very convenient since I was traveling by train and on foot. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and it helped me recover from travel fatigue. Breakfast had a gentle flavor and was very delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant. The building is not new, but it is very well cleaned. The train tracks are nearby, so you can faintly hear the trains, but that was actually nice. Breakfast was also delicious. I plan to stay here again when I visit Kaizuka City.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights with breakfast and access to the large public bath, and we were satisfied with everything—the bed firmness, breakfast, bath, amenities, and the staff’s service. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. I was worried after reading reviews about delays during check-in, but the process went very smoothly. The room was clean and well-maintained, and although some reviews mentioned noise issues, I didn’t experience any disturbances and had a comfortable stay. The rental items I requested in advance were promptly arranged, and when the dryer malfunctioned, staff quickly came to assist me, which was very helpful. One minor issue is that the sofa felt uncomfortable due to wear and tear; it lacked cushioning support when sitting. If this is improved, it would make the hotel even more comfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nago.

We stayed for one night with No Meals Included just after the Obon holiday season. The location is almost in the center of the Onsen town, right next to Ichino-yu, making it perfect for visiting the public baths and strolling around town. Our Room was on the 3rd floor facing the Onsen street, with two beds. Some details felt a bit dated, but overall it was clean and pleasant. You can clearly hear the sound of people’s geta outside, but I found it atmospheric and didn’t mind much. During summer vacation in Kinosaki Onsen, fireworks are launched from 21:00, and it was wonderful to be able to see them from our window. There are two indoor baths: the left one is quite lukewarm and may be good for soaking for a long time. The right one is a bit hotter and also has a cold bath, which I really appreciated! Since Kinosaki’s public baths don’t have cold baths, this was especially welcome for me. The water also pours like a waterfall from a lion-shaped spout (maybe), so you can let it hit your stiff shoulders like a water massage. For parking, the Ryokan’s information points to nearby paid parking lots, but there is also a municipal lot very close by that is cheaper at JPY 1,000 for 12 hours. However, when we arrived there was a waitlist line up, so we used “Kinosaki Motor Pool” listed in their guidance (JPY 1,700). The municipal lot is cheaper and allows longer stays, but if you take your car out during your stay you’ll be charged again each time—so if you plan to drive out for shopping or similar errands, Kinosaki Motor Pool may be more convenient. The young proprietress was very friendly and charming (according to my wife), and we enjoyed chatting with her. One small disappointment was that the air conditioner in our Room didn’t seem well cleaned—the airflow smelled slightly musty and there was visible dirt around the vent. A different Accommodation we stayed at last year had a dirty air conditioner too; maybe places where each Room has its own unit tend to struggle with keeping up with cleaning? Also, I didn’t notice while we were using toilets at the public baths during our outings—but when I used our toilet the next morning, the washlet function wasn’t working properly. Overall we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay here again when we visit Kinosaki next time.

I had been interested in this facility for a long time and finally got the chance to visit. This trip was also to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday, and she was truly delighted. We were even given flowers by the staff, which deeply moved her. The onsen experience was wonderful. The walking bath requires swimwear (free rental available for guests) and is 50 meters one way. The water temperature is on the cooler side, but it was perfect for exercise. There are two open-air baths along the walking bath where you can warm up while enjoying the serene flow of Serikawa River nearby. Even though it rained during our visit, there were roofs that kept us comfortable, and the beautifully maintained plants around looked stunning with raindrops on them—some flowers were blooming too, adding to the atmosphere. There’s also a low-temperature sauna where swimwear is required as well as spacious indoor baths that can be enjoyed without swimwear. What stood out most was the food—it was absolutely exceptional! Every dish was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The order and combination of courses were thoughtfully planned out. The main course featuring Bungo beef steak was exquisite, and the sashimi had outstanding freshness with generous portions provided. Being able to enjoy such top-tier cuisine prepared by a skilled chef at this price point felt like an incredible privilege! Breakfast too exceeded all expectations. The cottage-style accommodation units were impeccably clean and very comfortable to stay in. One minor downside we noticed: doors at places like restrooms or room entrances closed quickly instead of softly shutting—they almost caught our feet once or twice—so I’m deducting one star for safety concerns here. That said, we are extremely satisfied with this amazing facility overall after such a long time since encountering something so wonderful. Next time we plan to bring along our children’s families or friends! Thank you so much for everything during this stay!

I stayed for three nights and had a truly fulfilling time! Surrounded by nature, I enjoyed valuable experiences that are hard to come by in everyday life. The Accommodation had a warm atmosphere, and the owner was very kind, so I felt at ease and could relax. Breakfast and dinner were included, and both were generous portions! There was a wide variety of dishes, and every meal left me completely satisfied—dining was one of the highlights of my stay. Staying three nights allowed me to enjoy the Accommodation’s charm at a more leisurely pace, making it a wonderful memory. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

It may vary by Room, but the TV placement was awkward, and it was hard to watch while lying in bed. However, it was nice that the TV supported streaming services such as TVer, FOD, and Netflix (login required). The layout of each Room had a lot of wasted space, and I felt it may not have been originally designed to be a Hotel.

I surprised my wife, who loves the countryside, with a stay here. She was very happy and said she’d like to come back next time with her parents.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of five. The place was very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were available, and we could hang clothes in the bathroom with a drying function included. There were few hangers, so bringing extra ones might be convenient for families. Detergent for two loads was provided. Each bed had its own power outlet, which was very convenient. The location is close to the shopping street, with plenty of dining options nearby and within walking distance to Matsuyama Castle—a very convenient spot!

I had planned to arrive at 3:00 PM and enjoy the bath, but my phone suddenly broke that day and I couldn’t get in touch. I didn’t arrive until after 7:00 PM. The front desk staff were worried about me, and even checked whether I might be hungry and needed dinner. On top of that, they upgraded my Room. The Ryokan is a bit old, but it’s kept very clean, and the radon Onsen was wonderful. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay with meals included. The front desk staff’s kimono attire and attentiveness, along with the atmosphere of the building and garden—full of charm and a nostalgic Showa-era feel—were all lovely.

Thank you for taking care of us during our surfing trip. I was looking for an Accommodation with a Japanese-style Room so I could stretch in the Room, and I found this place. The parking lot was right next door, which made loading and unloading every day very easy. Above all, the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Honestly, they were something I looked forward to every day—I was truly happy. I would love to stay here again.

For this price, the quality is excellent—great value for money. The room was spacious enough and had a terrace, which was very relaxing. With the window open, you can hear the sound of the waves—it’s soothing. When turning in from the main road, the lane is narrow, so drivers should be careful. The Hotel is tucked away further in. It’s a small, quiet Hotel that I highly recommend. It may look like there’s nothing around, but if you walk a bit you’ll find great izakayas and yakiniku restaurants nearby, so we were very satisfied. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again.

Since there is no single room, I used a room for three people with a double bed and a semi-double bed for one person. The room was spacious, and the bath and toilet were in separate sections and were clean. There was also a small refrigerator where you can store drinks and food bought at a convenience store within walking distance. I would like to use this Stays again when visiting Kyoto.

I stayed for one night. It is a hotel like an apartment where you can cook and do laundry. The bath is separate from the toilet, and above all, it is clean and new, which I am very satisfied with. If I have a business trip planned in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.

A trip to Ise with two friends! We chose this Ryokan because it is women-only. The place was impeccably clean, the staff provided excellent service, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. Even during our walk, we were surrounded by the kindness of the locals, making it a truly wonderful trip. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!
