First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff. We stayed with three family members and one dog, and it became an unforgettable trip. The meals, the Onsen, the Room, and even the view from the Room were all so wonderful that we were truly moved. The dog run was also very clean and well maintained; the grass was surprisingly soft and fluffy, and our dog looked so happy running around. There were also plenty of cosplay items for dogs available, so we were able to take lots of adorable photos. Thoughtful attention could be felt throughout the building, and there was nothing we lacked during our stay. At the “Wanwan Cafe,” we were able to interact with other guests as well, which became a great memory. Above all, I was delighted that every staff member truly loves dogs and treated our dog in such a friendly way. This is a wonderful Accommodation that genuinely made us think, “We want to come back.” I can confidently recommend it to anyone considering traveling with their dog. Thank you very much.

The Room we were given was a complimentary upgrade to the Jiro building. It was very convenient: take the elevator to the private bath on the 4th floor, and go down to the dining area on the 1st floor. With wide openings, the spacious Room offers an open feel while looking out over the sea. Because each Room is separate, it feels like a private villa. The in-room amenities are thoughtfully provided down to every detail—I was surprised there was even an ice machine. Every meal was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. What especially stayed with me was how wakame seaweed accompanied many of the dishes. In the morning we walked to San-no-iwa Rocks; along that shore, where the rock surface has been carved away, it felt far more rugged than you would imagine from inside the Room. The Sanriku region is quite far away, but I’m glad we made the trip all this way.

I was surprised by how well-equipped it was. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, we still didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.

We stayed with two adults and two dogs. On the way there, our navigation system guided us on a detour and we arrived via a very narrow road, but after the staff explained the route, we found that if you exit onto the road right in front, you’re immediately on a main road and it’s very close to the Awaji Interchange—an excellent location. Our dogs had a great time running around both in the shared dog run Room and in the run. The complimentary drinks at the shared run were much appreciated. For dinner at Genpei, the anago (conger eel) hot pot and sashimi were outstanding, with generous portions—absolutely delicious (lol). In summer, most vacation rentals have lots of insects, but there were very few this time, which was great. Proper insect control measures are clearly in place. The staff were also wonderful and kindly helped us throughout—thank you very much. We’ll definitely come back again.

My family and I stayed here on the last day of our Izumo–Matsue trip. It had just opened and was truly spotless. What was disappointing 1) To get to the station’s airport limousine bus stop, you either have to go through the road right in front of the Hotel once, or take a detour toward the station (there is an elevator). 2) The self-service convenience store inside the Hotel is very small. 3) You can only enter the Hotel parking lot by turning left. What was good 1) The Room we stayed in had a separate bath and toilet. 2) The Room has a Balmuda microwave and a separate freezer. 3) The bed was comfortable, and the towels were fluffy. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Matsue next time.

I stayed at the property in a brand-new condition just over two weeks after its opening. This time, I reserved a Comfort Semi-Double Room, and not only was the size and facility impressive, but I also felt that the overall quality of the setup was higher than other Route Inns. Of course, being newly built plays a significant role in this impression, but I felt this way even in the lobby, corridors, and the bathhouse on the first floor (both the bathtub and washing area were spacious!). It is certain that at least new Route Inns are updated compared to existing ones. Also noteworthy is that the room's TV was a smart TV compatible with Netflix and YouTube!! Due to hosting events, I've had many opportunities to visit Maniwa from Tokyo over recent years. Honestly speaking, there is basically only one business hotel in Kuze-Ochiai area; while it’s a good facility with a homely feel, reservations fill up quickly. As a result, I often ended up staying in Tsuyama or Okayama City and traveling by highway... However, with this new Route Inn opening up here now alleviates some of those inconveniences. Personally though—I hope reservations don’t get filled too fast (laughs). One more thing: due to time constraints during my stay this time around—I left without having breakfast—so next time I'd like experience their breakfast as well! At night they also have restaurant (or izakaya?) services available which I'm interested trying out moving forward. When making reservations through IKYU.com accommodation fees were reasonable too—and as long as there’s availability—it’ll be my go-to property whenever visiting Maniwa henceforth!

We chose this Accommodation because of the wonderful photos and great Reviews. We were more than satisfied with the owner’s even better hospitality and the comfortable space! Our two dogs also seemed to feel at ease, and they were able to relax from the first day. When we visit Nagasaki again, we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

I was finally able to stay at Hotel Granvia, which I had long hoped to do, and I was very satisfied. Because of the heavy rain, I wasn’t sure if I could make it, but I arrived safely and was shown to my Room. It was an upgraded Room with a view of Kyoto Tower. Champagne and dinner in the Room, a whole cake, and a Japanese breakfast in the morning—everything was worth more than the price. The service was excellent!! With the perk of a 24-hour stay, this has become one Hotel I definitely want to stay at again next time I’m here. Thank you for taking such good care of me—I truly appreciate it.

We stayed with you at the beginning of August. We visited with 2 adults and 3 children (6th grade, 3rd grade, and kindergarten), and everyone was extremely satisfied. Our Room was the Deluxe Kousuiden with an open-air bath, and the atmosphere of the private open-air bath was amazing—our kids went in so many times we lost count! (LOL) Of course, the shared baths were also excellent, and since towels are provided there, we never had to worry about running out no matter how many times we bathed. The dinner buffet wasn’t “buffet-level” at all—it was truly delicious! The sushi, steak, and Häagen-Dazs were all fantastic. It was so good that I even managed to drink less alcohol than usual (LOL). The Facility options for kids were also great (arcade games, lounge, water play area outside the lounge, table tennis, etc.), and our family promised we would definitely come back. Also, my wife accidentally left her wallet in the safe when we checked out. Since we had to catch the dinosaur train, we didn’t have time to go back for it—but your staff checked immediately and reassured us so we could keep enjoying our day without worry. It arrived by mail the day after we got home, which really helped. We’ll definitely come visit again!

The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and we were able to relax in the luxurious large public bath. I wanted to have tea at the cafe, but unfortunately it was full, so I took a cake to go and enjoyed it in my Room. It was very tasty. There were various sightseeing spots nearby, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk around the area. We learned that a ferry departing Osaka around 9:00 p.m. passes right under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, so we watched it from our Room. Recently, we traveled all the way to Moji on that ferry. When passing through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, we could see the lights of Maiko Villa and it made us feel happy. We would love to visit again.

Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

Thank you for taking care of us with the Room-assigned-at-check-in, breakfast-included Casual Inclusive Plan. I was a little worried about leaving the Room assignment up to you, but it was very comfortable and relaxing, and I really enjoyed it. We had an early departure the next morning, so I couldn’t take my time with morning tea, but next time I’d like to enjoy everything. It’s a bit far from the station, but there’s a bus so it wasn’t an issue, and there are bars nearby at night as well as a delicious soba restaurant, so no problem. There were so many options at the breakfast buffet that I couldn’t try everything—everything I had was delicious. The evening beer was also great to enjoy after a bath. Next time, I’ll come back for a more relaxing stay.

I’m always satisfied. Given that it’s an expensive Room, you might say that’s to be expected—but consistently meeting those expectations is actually proof of very high quality. However, there’s one point I’d like to mention for everyone. There is a covered walkway to Hakodate Station, but there are no walls. So during typhoons or blizzards with strong winds, the location is only “better than most.” For normal rain, it’s not a problem.

We stayed for two nights for about 14,000 yen for two people. We visited USJ and the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, and the location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, so we had it both mornings. The bed was spacious, and having an outlet and a small table by the pillow made our stay very comfortable. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Osaka!

Whenever I travel to Asahikawa, I always stay at this Hotel, and it is very clean. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I chose it again this time, and it was excellent. It is directly connected to AEON, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Asahikawa.

With Sanjo Station nearby, the location offers excellent access to sightseeing spots, and strolling along the Takase River and the Kamo River just steps away is very pleasant. The breakfast selection was extensive with both Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Richmond Hotel has rarely disappointed me in the past, and this stay in Nagoya reminded me why. The rates are not cheap, but the rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the calm interior decor left a great impression. The bed quality in particular was excellent, offering a level of comfort that feels a step above a typical Business Hotel. I was also looking forward to breakfast at Royal Host. The omelet and pancakes were smaller than expected, but both are cooked to order, which made it more satisfying than a standard buffet. I was especially impressed by a young female staff member with glasses on the floor who smoothly assisted an international guest in English without a Reservation. It was only a brief exchange, but it clearly reflected the high service standards of the Hotel overall. From the room and breakfast to the staff service, I was satisfied with almost everything. Even if it costs a bit more, this is an Accommodation where you can truly feel what you’re paying for.

We visited as three generations of our family. The children enjoyed the latter half of summer vacation with marshmallows by the campfire, badminton and fireworks in the garden, and the pool. It was also great for parents to have tasty water and coffee available self-service in the lobby. The buffet at this Accommodation was thoughtfully varied, so the children never got bored and were very satisfied. The tempura and roast beef at dinner, as well as fried bread and banana milk at breakfast, were all delicious. The staff were also very pleasant. This is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

Although this is a historic Onsen Ryokan, the property is impeccably maintained throughout, and we felt thoughtful attention to detail and quality in every corner. Our family of four enjoyed a truly wonderful stay with dinner and breakfast included. Above all, the Room was fantastic! It was very spacious, with plenty of room for each of us to relax comfortably, while also being perfect for gathering together as a family to chat and enjoy tea and sweets. The in-room beverages were also well stocked—the coffee and tea were excellent—and of course the private open-air bath in the guest room was amazing. We had both dinner and breakfast in a private dining room. The staff member who took care of us was highly professional and kind; everything from the timing of each course to the explanations of every dish and overall service was flawless, allowing us to enjoy our meals comfortably from start to finish. And finally, the greatest highlight here is definitely the Onsen! There are many different types of baths on site—so many that we seriously discussed “the best order” to try them all (laughs)! We were so busy enjoying the Onsen that we didn’t have time to relax with drinks in the lounge. That just gives us an excuse to come back. In short, our family of four thoroughly enjoyed this stay with dinner and breakfast included. The Room, cuisine, service, and Onsen—all exceeded our expectations. This Accommodation comes highly recommended for anyone who loves hot springs or wants a relaxing time at an Onsen Ryokan. We would love to stay again!
