The meals were simply the best. The homemade pizza and tart are a must-try. Heating appliances are installed in all rooms, so there was no trouble keeping warm. Additionally, there are clothes drying appliances, which were helpful for drying clothes wet from the heavy rain. I stayed with my pet. The availability of cages, food bowls, and toilet sheets was helpful. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality, which was satisfying.

However, when I entered the Room and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, there was hair... Other than that, I had a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if there had been something showing the TV program guide and available channels... When I visit Kanazawa again, I’ll choose Kenrokuso if I can book it. I was concerned about the view since the property is a distance from the sea, but the view was amazing. Despite the unfortunate cloudy sky and occasional rain during our stay, we were able to see a sky full of stars at night and a stunning sunrise in the morning. There were some differences from the guidebook-like booklet, but the staff kindly explained them when I contacted them on their mobile. Thank you. We stayed on the lower floor, so next time, I would like to stay on the upper floor.

Overall, it was very good! Communication with the host was prompt, which made us feel at ease. However, when we opened the living room curtains, we could see straight into the apartment across the way, so it would be nice to have sheer curtains for privacy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

The house was spacious, clean, and wonderful. We exchanged messages on LINE several times before our trip, and the responses were quick and kind, which was great. We also really appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in. Three generations of our family stayed together with our dog, and there were various dog amenities, so we had a great time. The beds were large and made us feel truly pampered. As for the Facility, it was a bit disappointing that dogs are not allowed in the Japanese-style room, so we ended up not being able to relax there. It would be nice to have a hook near the entrance to hang a dog leash. It would also be helpful to have a few more terrace chairs (folding chairs would be fine). (If there were some already but we just didn’t notice them, we’d love to have a guide/map.) Because the place is so spacious, we often found ourselves searching for which light switch controlled what. Also, since the bathtub faucet is on the opposite side from where the door opens, it was slightly inconvenient. But overall, it was such a lovely place that these points didn’t bother us much—we all enjoyed our stay as a family!

The location was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would be perfect if there was a TV. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kamakura.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve stuck to buffet-only meals and just picked what I like, but this time we had a traditional Ryokan dinner. It was wonderful. I used to think kaiseki often includes many dishes you could do without, but everything was delicious. The Room was exactly what you’d expect for the price, and it was kept very clean. Best of all were the Onsen baths available 24 hours a day and the staff’s hospitality. Their thoughtful attention goes above and beyond in every detail and makes you feel truly comfortable. My wife isn’t fond of large public baths, but she loved being able to use the bath at any time during our stay (with a maximum of 12 Rooms), so she went many times when she thought she could have it to herself and was very satisfied. We were also extremely pleased with the staff’s considerate service throughout our stay.

We were a bit anxious because it was our first time renting an entire traditional-style house and we weren’t sure how the system worked, but after registering on LINE, they kindly answered even our small questions in detail, so we could stay with peace of mind. We stayed as a group of 10 across four generations (including an elderly wheelchair user, a 1-year-old child, and a dog). We enjoyed the large garden with the water pool we borrowed, brought our own ingredients for a BBQ, had fireworks at night, and cooked rice in the rice cooker for breakfast in the morning. The kitchen had most items we needed, so there were no issues (we brought our own seasonings). The place was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Our whole family had a great time. Thank you very much. If I had to mention anything: It would have been helpful to have handrails at the entrance and in the toilet for elderly guests. We were able to park, but it was still difficult with a HiAce van. An earlier check-in time would be appreciated. We’d love to stay again.

It was a very stylish Accommodation. We initially had trouble unlocking the door, but they handled it politely and promptly. Overall, it was a spacious and comfortable Accommodation, and we were very satisfied with our stay. This is a minor point, but since the place prioritizes style, I’d recommend it to those who value that—however, I felt some functionality may have been sacrificed, so I’ll note a few things for anyone who might care: - The bedroom lighting cannot be dimmed. It looked like it could be done with the remote, but it didn’t work. - The bathroom is not very user-friendly: there’s nowhere to put items and no chair/stool. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling shower. - There aren’t enough towels provided for a Multiple Night Stay. We used a coin laundry every day along with other laundry, but some people may find this inconvenient. That said, these are small issues. We were able to relax as a family without worrying about others around us, and we had a fulfilling time using it as our base for sightseeing around Golden Week. Thank you very much.

Since there is only one closet in the Room, it is fine in summer, but it may be a bit inconvenient during seasons when you have more outerwear.

We stayed as a family of five. Check-in: The electronic lock password for the entrance was emailed to us about a day before our stay. Upon entering the room, we used a tablet to input the Reservation Number and guest details, which were confirmed online. It was our first time using this system, but it was simple and easy. Since it’s a whole house rental, it felt like staying in a private villa, which was enjoyable. There were two rooms with double beds and two futons in the Japanese-style room. It would be nice if there were two comforters for each double bed. Disinfectant wipes for cleaning tables would also be helpful. As we had a Multiple Night Stay, having more bath towels would have been convenient. There is a small mirror in the bathroom, but with five people getting ready in the morning, another full-length mirror would have been useful. We ran out of tissues—partly because of hay fever—but that’s just something minor we noticed. Other than that: The interior was clean with no unpleasant odors. Nearby amenities included an Onsen facility, supermarket, convenience store, conveyor belt sushi restaurant, ramen shop, and local produce market—all of which made our stay enjoyable!

The Accommodation is very clean, like a newly built detached house. There are only two beds and two futons, so if five people stay, some planning is needed. If the sofa could be used as a sofa bed, it would be more comfortable. There is a sofa that can be slept on if necessary. The washing machine was available and detergent was provided, but it sometimes showed an error and wasn’t working well, which was disappointing.

The hospitality was excellent, and they kindly accommodated our request to change the dish (the simmered fish), so we had a wonderful time. Since it was before the busy season, we were able to chat leisurely with the owner and the hostess, and on the way home my wife and I talked about coming back again. I stayed here for the first time on May 5–6, 2026. I stayed in the 2nd-floor Room “Hana Chidori” (10-tatami Japanese-style room). The unit-bath toilet and bath were clean, and the bath was spacious. They also provide bathing tickets for Ryuzaki Onsen Chidori (about a 5-minute drive), so it’s a good deal to use them. Bath towels and towels are loaned free of charge, and you can take the towels home. Dinner started at 7:00 PM, so I checked in (4:00 PM), enjoyed the Onsen and relaxed before dinner. The food was very delicious. The homemade pudding for dessert is outstanding. Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM, and like dinner it’s tasty, filling, and satisfying. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. The building is a little away from the seaside and surrounded by private homes, so there is no ocean view. It’s a bit old, but the Room is kept clean; however, there were no clothes hooks/hangers, so I think it would be better if they were provided.

I stayed with my beloved dog. The room was on the first floor with no view, but we enjoyed a relaxing walk at the nearby beach, and gazing at the star-filled sky became a wonderful memory. The meals were also very delicious. This is an accommodation I would love to stay at again.
