I booked a mixed-gender dorm this time, but the Accommodation kindly prepared a private room with a lock for me. The snoring from the guest right next door was a bit loud in the middle of the night, but that wasn’t the Accommodation’s fault, and I really appreciated their consideration. (If you’re sensitive to noise such as snoring, I recommend booking a fully private room—it costs a little more.) Amenities were well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. I used a discount coupon for the attached “Ramen Masago” at dinner, but since I wasn’t very hungry this time, I chose gyoza instead. Delicious and recommended. (Next time I might try the ramen too.) They also provide public bath tickets, and the building was clean and comfortable, so I could enjoy hiking the next day in great condition. There’s a supermarket nearby, and there’s also a spacious parking lot across from the Accommodation—overall great value for money. I’d like to stay again when I’m in this area. As it was right in the rainy season, the bed sheets, mattress pad, and duvet all felt damp. I turned on the dehumidifier, ran the air purifier, and even used a hair dryer to dry them, but it still felt hopeless. I asked the front desk for a dry bath towel and slept on top of that. All of the staff were very kind, and breakfast was delicious. The location was also great—everything was good except for sleeping.

I stayed during the cold season in December. When I checked into the Room, the air conditioning was on, and it was warm, which made me very happy. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

This was my first stay, and the service was excellent. The hospitality was truly impressive. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I stayed in a suite Room this time, but I felt the amenities were a bit lacking. It would be helpful if items like lotion were provided in the Room. The shower was slightly difficult to use, and the shape of the bathtub forces you into a reclining position, so you need to be cautious (laughs). However, the Room itself was lovely. The view was beautiful, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Room service was great as well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I even thought about coming back just for breakfast alone!

We were upgraded to a spacious Room as it was just before the summer season. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to stay at a lovely Hotel in Niseko during the quiet and peaceful summer, different from the busy winter peak season.

The building is new and everything is clean, with well-equipped kitchen utensils making it convenient for cooking. The location was also great, less than a 30-minute drive from Junglila. Our family loves karaoke, and this was the first accommodation we stayed at with karaoke facilities like those in a professional shop. We enjoyed singing every night. Although we've visited Okinawa many times before, our usual routine after returning to the hotel at night was to relax quietly. This time, however, we had an extra fun experience with karaoke, making this trip unique and memorable. We also tried the low-temperature pool but found it quite cold since it was the end of the year—even in Okinawa!

The bed seemed a bit firm.

A wonderful accommodation. Spacious and very relaxing. Equipped with a washer and dryer, making it very convenient for daily living. I especially stay here every time I visit Okinawa for diving. The station is nearby, and there’s also a convenience store close by. It’s also near the airport, so taking a taxi won’t cost much. If you have lots of luggage, using a taxi might be the best option. Highly recommended hotel!

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

Although it is in a quiet area, it was still within walking distance of the lively Shijo district and conveniently located for using the subway and buses. The room and bathroom were clean. The complimentary mineral water was also appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

I love the private sauna at this Hotel group, and I’m a big fan of this Hotel. The Room is equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine, and other amenities, so I can truly relax and spend time comfortably in the Room. I always have a wonderful staycation here. The sauna is also fantastic: a cold plunge bath with a cooling function and an outdoor air-bathing space. It’s truly the best. There is also a large public bath available, so you can enjoy more than just the bath in your Room. However, perhaps the timing was unfortunate when I used the large public bath—the towel bin was overflowing to the point that it couldn’t hold any more towels, and inside the bathing area there were body towels left behind and noticeable trash around the washing stations. That was disappointing. (I understand that leaving body towels or trash behind is an issue of guest manners.) I don’t know whether this happened despite frequent cleaning, or whether many guests happened to use it at once during that time, but that was the only downside. Even so, I had a truly wonderful stay. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

It was a charming, classic Showa-era Hotel where we could relax and unwind. The renovation has been completed, and the Facility is new, making it even more comfortable. However, the restaurant is open only on weekends in the evening, so please enjoy dining out in the calm townscape.

This is the Accommodation I always stay at when hiking Mt. Mitake. The meals are delicious, and both the Facilities and service are impeccable. The starry night sky, beautiful views, and birdsong are truly soothing. The proprietress and everyone at the Accommodation welcome guests with warm smiles, and you can really feel their outstanding hospitality. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.

This Accommodation is attached to a roadside station. There are Rooms in the main building, and there are also trailer houses behind it; one of the four units allows guests with dogs. It seems you can enjoy BBQ except during the winter season. The reception staff’s kindness and smiles were especially memorable. There were no dog amenities in the Room. Since it is a dog-friendly Accommodation, I didn’t expect too much, but it was kept very clean—by far the cleanest dog-friendly place I’ve stayed at so far. The Room even had an open-air bath and underfloor heating, so we were very comfortable. We could also use the on-site bathing Facility for free. The bath with Hokutolite warmed me through to the core, and it was well cleaned too. There were quite a few day-use visitors as well, which shows how popular it is. We didn’t eat here this time, but dinner seems to be available at the dining hall from 5:00 PM. I’d like to try it next time. Done! Thank you very much.

It was newly renovated and very clean. There were power outlets everywhere. I appreciated the hygienic touches, like paper cups in the washroom and disposable slippers. The provided shampoo and other amenities were from well-known brands, so I used them. It’s in a relatively quiet area, so I slept well. Since it’s a compact Room, it made me chuckle that the air purifier fit perfectly into the gap between the bed and the wall. I wanted to ventilate after waking up, but it was a type of window without any bars or guardrails, so we weren’t allowed to open it, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff were also pleasant. At checkout, they gave me some nice tissues, which made me quietly happy. I took taxis both ways from Otagawa Station: on the way there, Meitetsu Chita Taxi from the rotary cost 1,350 yen; on the way back, when I asked at the front desk, Daiichi Kotsu Shachi came in about 10 minutes and it was 1,650 yen. Even with both fares combined, my stay was cheaper than staying in central Nagoya. The lobby where I waited for the taxi was spacious with a great view—very pleasant.

The Facility was overall clean, but the water areas in the Room's bathroom and toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, making them unusable. We used the shared bath on the first floor and the shared toilet instead. The public bath was compact but had a ReFa hairdryer, which was great. The shared toilets on the first floor were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, my husband was happy to get one of the limited low-resilience pillows available, which allowed him to sleep soundly. The welcome drink and post-bath ice cream were also nice touches. The free parking was very helpful as well. It’s a good Hotel for staying before visiting Gotemba Outlet Mall. Its proximity to the highway makes it convenient for transportation too. I hope they can improve the smell in the Room's bathroom and toilet in the future!

The pet-friendly Room has a separate route from the general guest flow, which we appreciated. The Room was also spacious and comfortable.

We stayed at “Yuzu no Yado Senrien” in Yunogo with our family and our beloved dog! The Room where we could stay with our dog was very comfortable, and we were truly happy that we could enjoy the delicious meals together the whole time. Usually on trips, our dog has to stay behind or we end up spending time apart, but this time our whole family could be together from start to finish and relax with peace of mind. Using the Accommodation as a base, just step out into the Onsen town and you’ll find everything packed into a charming, walkable area—an atmospheric shrine, footbaths to soothe tired feet, and stylish, cozy cafes. We were able to take a leisurely stroll at our dog’s pace and felt genuinely refreshed. With such warm hospitality and the best holiday spent together with the family (and our pup), it became an unforgettable memory that made us think from the bottom of our hearts, “We’re so glad we chose this place.” We also used a private bath inside the property with our dog. It was not an Onsen. It’s a favorite Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season!

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.
