This is a Ryokan I had wanted to stay at for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful fresh flowers throughout, truly delicious cuisine, an impressive hinoki bath, and kind staff—just to name a few. It is an elegant Ryokan with pet-friendly Rooms; we traveled with our Miniature Schnauzer, who tends to be quite wary, but he didn’t bark at all and we enjoyed a calm overnight stay.

My daughter stayed with two friends she hadn't seen in a long time. They said the private bath was excellent. The breakfast was also very luxurious and delicious. The owner was very kind and recommended great restaurants for dinner since they hadn’t included it in their stay, making their experience even more enjoyable. They were extremely happy with their time here.

We stayed with 7 people from 3 families plus a baby. The room arrangement and the pool were truly wonderful. We often use luxury hotels in Okinawa, but this time we were able to spend time with our family without any pretension and fully enjoyed the extraordinary experience of pool and barbecue. I was worried because there were reviews mentioning a musty smell or issues with amenities, but there was nothing like that at all, and it was a clean and comfortable space. Also, the nearby sea was very clear, and we could observe many small fish while snorkeling, which all the sea-loving family members enjoyed. The smart check-in was smooth without any problems. We would love to use it again. Thank you very much.

This is a very stylish and atmospheric Hotel. However, the Room felt a bit too large to fully relax in. Also, according to my wife, the street outside was noisy late at night.

Three friends and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We initially made a Reservation for three people, but when we asked whether we could add one more guest from the second night, they responded kindly and the additional fee was very reasonable. At check-in, we thought it would be unattended, but a staff member happened to be there and assisted us. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with no issues. For a Hotel, it also had a larger refrigerator and an electric kettle, which made our stay very comfortable. If I had to mention anything, it would be even better if there were slippers for stepping out onto the balcony. Also, the shower-side drain in the bathroom was a bit slow, so water can pool if you’re not careful—I hope this can be improved. Although we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time, it seems like it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

Over the New Year holiday, my parents-in-law and we as a couple traveled all the way to Okinawa and stayed for 2 nights as a group of four. The check-in and check-out terminal操作 was smooth. During our stay, we were able to relax and enjoy quality family time. We bought ingredients at a supermarket and cooked in the Room kitchen, and there were more than enough cooking utensils and tableware—nothing to complain about. My parents-in-law were also very happy, so I’m glad we chose this place to stay. We’d love to stay here again when we have the chance.

We stayed with four adults and two dogs. By the bedside, there were a cot bed for the dogs, pet pads, and dog diapers provided, which was very helpful. The meals were separated for dinner and breakfast and stored in the refrigerator, and instructions were included, so preparing them was easy. We were very satisfied with both the portion size and the taste! The hayashi rice was delicious. The sauna also got properly hot—very satisfying as well. Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, so it’s easy to buy extra drinks. We bought spiny lobster at Roadside Station Chikura, and it was great that the provided cookware and tableware were large enough to handle it easily. It was so comfortable that we relaxed until right before checkout—sorry we couldn’t tidy up much. It was a wonderful break for us (and our dogs). Even before our stay, your email communication was very courteous, which made us feel at ease. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

In this calm and relaxing Hotel, I was able to unwind and recover from my fatigue. The Room was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable. There were also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made the location very convenient. The staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I felt it was a Hotel that offered great value for the price.

Overall, it was very good. The newspaper, breakfast, coffee, lemon water, and more… Thank you.

I stayed here to attend a theater performance. The bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, and the movie service was a nice bonus—I ended up watching three movies.

APA Hotels offer the same level of quality wherever you stay, which is a big help. If you’re unsure, you can’t go wrong with an APA Hotel. Breakfast was served on the 1st floor and offered as a set-choice style rather than a Japanese/Western buffet, and it was very delicious!

Second use in two months. Coincidentally, it was the same Room as last time. I was able to relax with the familiar feeling of the place. I also like the breakfast where you can choose between Green Spoon soup or smoothie.

I stayed here with a friend for sightseeing. As it’s a new Hotel, everything was clean and the Room was spotless. Many of the staff are foreigners, but their Japanese was fine, so we had no trouble. Amenities are available near the front desk for guests to pick up, and drinks such as tea bags are provided in the first-floor dining area to take as needed. The price feels geared toward inbound travelers, but that’s common for Hotels in Tokyo these days, so it can’t really be helped. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Its location is just a short walk from Susukino, so if you get tired you can quickly return to the Hotel to rest. The Room is spacious with a calm atmosphere, and it was great to have plenty of space even after spreading out our luggage. The changing area and bathtub in the bathroom are also large and clean, so you can relax and unwind. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, we needed to pick up amenities and pajamas from the lobby, but it was fine because we could grab them on our way out.

I chose this Accommodation mainly to have a place to sleep, since I was out most of the time and not sightseeing. So I wanted somewhere that would mostly leave me alone, and it was exactly as expected. Also, the Room was clean. I planned it as a simple two-night, three-day stay with No Meals Included at a guesthouse, but the service, bathroom, and massage chair were all great. The location was also convenient—the parking lot is right in front, and the bus stop, convenience store, and supermarket are all within a 1–3 minute walk.

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, we were able to relax without worrying about time. The Room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Meals were served in a quiet setting and flexibly adjusted to our pace, allowing us to enjoy everything deliciously. It was a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

We stayed in the annex for one night with breakfast and dinner included. We had heard that we could bring our road bike into the Room, and we also mentioned it when making the Reservation; they kindly accommodated us. It’s a bit far from the port, so it was tough on our exhausted bodies after cycling the Shimanami Kaido, but the Onsen helped us relax. For dinner, we chose oyster fries for an additional 1,000 yen. They were incredibly delicious. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I stay here once a year around this time. Breakfast is included as a complimentary service. I absolutely love the buffet-style breakfast here. The selection is not unnecessarily large, but the dishes are simple and delicious. Highly recommended! As for other aspects, I found no negatives, so I gave it 5 stars.

Great location for sightseeing. Parking is available, and it’s about a 5-minute walk to Hikone Castle. There’s a convenience store nearby, and plenty of places to eat in the area.

We used the accommodation for sightseeing by car on three islands in Ehime. It was difficult to find an accommodation with meals included, especially the day before our stay, but we were lucky to secure a reservation. The price was very reasonable, and although we didn’t expect luxurious meals initially, the food provided exceeded our expectations and was incredibly satisfying. The dishes included sashimi, simmered sea bream head, fried sea bream, side dishes, and more. We were amazed that the sea bream rice was all-you-can-eat! Not only for dinner but also for breakfast, sea bream rice was served—such variety at such an affordable price is unbelievable. If we have another chance, we would love to stay again.
