It was a family trip where relatives who usually live far away gathered for the first time in several years (including seniors and a toddler). All staff were kind and attentive. The meals were delicious and more than enough (we had a late lunch, so we were too full and sorry we left quite a bit). The view from the bath was lovely, right by the river, with a great atmosphere. We stayed in the Room with six people, and it was spacious enough for our toddler to run around; the view from the window was amazing (river side). We were very satisfied.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It took about two hours by bus with transfers from Naha Airport. The access isn’t great, but the building is clean and there were surprisingly many restaurants nearby. The beach is also close, so I was able to enjoy a full day around the villa. However, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and at one point it backed up and water overflowed. The shower water pressure was far too weak, and the plumbing Facility was poor.

The service was very polite. The Room was stylish and very comfortable. I would love to use it again. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was delicious. I was able to relax in the natural Onsen. I was soothed by the LOVOT robot strolling around the front.

I probably stay here almost every year. This year it felt like many of the front desk staff had changed, but as always, the service was attentive without being intrusive—just the right balance. What makes this Hotel especially appealing is its location. When I’m in Kyoto for a short stay and need to get various errands done, this area is the most convenient, so I’ve been returning for several years. This time I came from Osaka, and by taking the Keihan Line from Yodoyabashi to Keihan Sanjo, I didn’t need to use Kyoto Station or the subway at all, which made everything stress-free. The Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and it’s also nice to be able to sit down in a shared space and enjoy a cup of tea—something I really appreciate when I’m tired. There’s also a lovely cafe on the first floor where you can have great coffee and breakfast, but since there are several long-established Kyoto coffee shops just a few minutes’ walk away, I didn’t eat at the Hotel this time. I’m sure I’ll be back again next year. Thank you in advance when that time comes.

The front desk staff were polite and kind. The room was clean and well-maintained. The large bath had excellent water, leaving my skin smooth and soft after bathing. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

I live about 30 minutes from Morioka by train, so I rarely stay overnight in Morioka, but this time I stayed one night alone for my family in Morioka. It’s close to the station, new, has a large public bath, and the breakfast is unique, with a strong Iwate feel.

We stayed here because we were looking for a Hotel where seven people could stay in one Room. The night view of Beppu Bay was beautiful, and the Room was spacious with clean tatami mats. The Facility is old, but both the Room and the open-air bath were clean and comfortable to use. The staff were also very pleasant, and we would like to stay again. Thank you very much!

This Facility offers the perfect trio of Onsen, delicious cuisine, and beautiful views. Shuttle Service from the station is available, and there are activities such as early-morning walks, making it ideal for solo travelers looking to relax and unwind. I keep coming back.

I stayed in a four-person Room with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. All the staff were very kind and attentive, and we felt truly comfortable throughout our stay. The Room had four beds plus an extra bed, as well as a sofa and table, yet it was still spacious enough for a wheelchair to move around easily. If I had one request, it would be for the step into the toilet to be a little lower. There were six private baths. Reservations are not available, but we were able to use them anytime without having to wait. The barrier-free bath allowed my mother to enter the changing area in her wheelchair, and the toilet was also barrier-free, which was very helpful. Above all, seeing how moved she was to enjoy an Onsen again after so long made me truly glad we chose this Accommodation. We also enjoyed a filling Japanese breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. If we have the chance to visit again, this is definitely an Accommodation I would love to stay at. Thank you very much!

I stayed here on a solo trip. My Room had a private indoor bath, but I mainly used the large public bath. It is not very big, but I was always able to use it privately. Above all, the meals were wonderful. The appetizer plate with plenty of vegetables was great, and the beef grilled on a ceramic plate was also quite generous—I was very satisfied. Breakfast was just the right portion size, and I enjoyed every item. I would like to say thank you here as well for carefully sending my forgotten item back to me. I was truly touched. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

Thank you for your warm, home-style hospitality—it made for a wonderful stay at the end of the season. For our children, the best memories of this trip were the pension’s Room and meals. Even while skiing, they were looking forward to dinner each night. We have big appetites, so we were very satisfied with the food. We also appreciated that bath towels were provided. When we visit Myoko again, we would love to stay here.

Thank you for your hospitality. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again. It is located right in front of Lake Shirakaba, and we really enjoyed a quiet early-morning walk by the lake. We came to see the daylilies, but there were plenty of other things to enjoy as well. The owner couple were warm and welcoming, which made us feel at ease. The dinner staff were also efficient and cheerful, making our time even more enjoyable.

All the staff were very kind, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The Onsen water was silky and gentle on the skin, which felt wonderful. I was able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. The restaurant staff were also courteous, and I truly appreciated their attentive service, which made mealtimes even more enjoyable. I often stay here during ski season. In Kannabe, dinner usually means a variety of hot pots, but here you can choose the proprietress’s chef’s-choice dinner. It’s outstanding—each time I stay the menu changes, and everything is incredibly delicious with generous portions. The price is also reasonable, so there’s nothing to complain about. Also, the hair dryer introduced this year is Panasonic’s top-of-the-line model—so good it brings back shine and softness to your hair. The futons are high quality and clean.

At first glance, I thought it was a small Accommodation, but it is actually a mid-sized Ryokan with an inner courtyard and 27 Rooms. The modern Facility, filled with the sound of music box melodies, is kept very clean. We chose a Japanese-style Room, and it was neat and well organized. The bath is an Onsen, gentle on the skin with a silky feel. It was relaxing overall, except that there were many guests that day and the staff seemed a bit busy.

I got a little lost, but it was located at the end of a narrow road. The food was delicious, just as the Reviews said. I could have seconds of bread and ended up completely full. It would have been nice to have coffee after the meal. I wish I could have used the bath in the morning too, but I used it twice at night and caused you some trouble. The high-tech-looking massage chair felt great.

My mother stayed here while visiting her hometown. She arrived before check-in and wasn’t sure where to store her suitcase, but the front desk kindly held it for her, which made getting around much easier. After that, the staff greeted her every day, and she really enjoyed it. She was satisfied with the breakfast, and having a large public bath helped her relax without feeling tired, so she had a great trip and would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.
