The front desk staff were truly kind, the view from the corner Room was amazing, and I really appreciate that it was spacious and clean with all amenities properly prepared in the Room! The bathroom and other water facilities were spotless as well. The location is great, and when I come to Fukuoka again, I’d love to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple, and our detached Room came with an open-air bath and a footbath. The Room was very clean and made for a truly relaxing stay. We had our meals in a private dining room in a separate building, and even though there were many guests, we hardly ran into anyone. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the taste and portions were just right—we really enjoyed it! Above all, the morning mist in Yufuin was absolutely breathtaking. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again if we have the chance.

This was the most wonderful stay I’ve ever had at any Accommodation, in Japan or abroad. Onsen: Not only is the water quality exceptional, but the temperature is perfect—so soothing you’ll want to soak again and again! Room: Impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable in every way. A space that lets you completely forget the noise of everyday life. Dining: Each dish felt like a work of art, with delicate seasoning throughout. We enjoyed local seasonal ingredients at their very best, and every bite was moving. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. With a perfectly balanced sense of distance while anticipating even our smallest needs, their thoughtful service truly impressed us. Their warm smiles and kind words were deeply comforting. Without a doubt, this is my best Accommodation ever. I will definitely be back as a treat for myself. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Although the Facility is quite spacious, it was thoroughly clean throughout, and we had a very comfortable stay. We traveled with two children, and we truly appreciate the kind assistance we received at the dining venue as well. We would definitely like to stay again!

It was a very satisfying stay. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. One small issue was that the shower water pressure in the large public bath was a bit weak. Other than that, it was a wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

I stayed with my mother, and we were satisfied with everything! The Room was spacious, bright, and spotless—almost too much for just the two of us. The bath was the perfect size and temperature. Bathing while listening to the morning birdsong was truly special. The meals I had been looking forward to most exceeded my expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and with the lovely atmosphere of the dining area, we had a wonderful time. We didn’t often see the Ryokan staff rushing around, but perhaps that’s part of their consideration so guests can relax in peace and quiet. If so, it’s impressively thorough. My mother especially loved it (as did I), so we would definitely like to stay again!

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This time I didn’t have meals due to a tight schedule, but if I have the chance next time, I’d like to try the breakfast buffet that everyone says is delicious.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

This was my first stay. I used the shuttle bus from Maihama Station, and I was moved to hear Disney melodies playing on board. I truly appreciate the kindness of everyone, including the driver and the front desk staff. The room was very clean, with lovely interior decor, and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private dining Room, so we could relax and eat at our own pace. The service timing was perfect, and we were fully satisfied with the quality and generous portions of the meals. We also loved that they featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients. The fireworks were spectacular from the rooftop, and the open-air bath in our Room was excellent.

I had long admired the Kamikochi Imperial Hotel. I had visited Kamikochi several times for hiking, and each time I hoped to stay there someday. This time, the timing worked out and I was finally able to visit. For our family it felt like a special treat, but we were truly impressed—not only by the wonderful location and beautiful building, but also by how delicious the food was. Above all, we were moved by the outstanding hospitality: every staff member spoke to us warmly yet politely, even the housekeeping team greeted us with a smile, and they treated our preschool-aged child with such kindness and care. I’m not sure when we’ll be able to return, but we definitely want to come back again. Thank you very much!

Whenever I travel for business, I always stay here. The Room, the bath, and the price are all excellent.

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.

We stayed with my parents as a family. We traveled with a school-aged child and an infant, and the in-Room bath made our stay very comfortable. We truly appreciate your thoughtful consideration for our children during meals. The garden view and the river view from the open-air bath were so relaxing. I love the meals here and have returned several times. This time, I enjoyed the chef’s special kaiseki featuring splendid alfonsino, and truly savored it. Everything was delicious. The dishes were beautiful to look at as well, and I was reminded how Japanese cuisine lets you enjoy the seasons. I spent a relaxing, elegant holiday and felt completely recharged. For the past 4–5 years, we have visited around the May holidays, but this time we came to Amami during the July holiday weekend. Instead of the unsettled weather before the rainy season, we enjoyed consecutive clear days and were soothed by Amami’s truly beautiful blue sea and sea turtles. As always, the staff’s outstanding hospitality and pleasant conversations make us want to come back again. The Room is a comfortable size, and soaking in the outdoor bath on the deck while looking up at the starry sky—along with the tropical plants in view—really helps you unwind. With tasteful amenities and consistently fun, delicious meals, this is a Hotel where you can take your time and enjoy both breakfast and dinner at a relaxed pace, truly feeling like you’re on holiday. We plan to visit again next July. Since I love Hawaii, I’m planning another trip next month as well—but this feels like what you’d choose in Hawaii when you want to relax on an outer island rather than Oahu or Waikiki. I think it’s an ideal place to do nothing but swim in the ocean and enjoy how wonderful it feels to gaze at a star-filled sky.

Nestled in lush mountain greenery, this was an Accommodation where the mind truly unwinds. The Room, filled with natural light and comfort, offers beautiful views through large windows—and simply gazing at the greenery beyond makes you feel pleasantly removed from everyday life. Most memorable of all was the Onsen. As I surrendered to the water bubbling up from beneath my feet, its gentle mineral quality seemed to seep slowly into my body, and I could truly feel the unique restorative power of Tsuta Onsen. The meals featured an abundance of local Aomori ingredients, allowing us to savor the richness of the region in every dish. The tasteful calligraphy and paintings by Keigetsu Omachi displayed throughout the building also conveyed a deep sense of this Accommodation’s history. Nature, Onsen, cuisine, and culture. Spending unhurried time with my family while surrounded by all of it became an unforgettable memory. I would love to return with my whole family again in a different season.

I stayed here four years ago and came back because I was craving soba. The Onsen water still has that silky feel, and it’s as wonderful as ever. This time I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay and was able to truly relax. The soup curry at breakfast was also delicious, so I bought soba dipping sauce and packaged curry as souvenirs. We laughed remembering how last time we wondered, “Can we get through this way?” and then had to turn back from a dead-end road—classic Hokkaido travel. It really reminded me that eastern Hokkaido has great Onsen Accommodations. I’d love to come again.
