I stayed here the night before a cycling trip with friends. The host, a lovely lady, was incredibly kind and enthusiastic—absolutely wonderful. The accommodation is perfectly located in the city, making it ideal for exploring. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you so much!

It was my first time staying at a pension, and I found it more comfortable than expected for the price. I think this could be a good option. I'd like to stay again!

Very convenient to use. Room equipped with a refrigerator, microwave available in the lobby, and a separate room with washing machines and dryers (free of charge). Spacious room with high ceilings.

Stay with two meals included. The breakfast bread, praised in other reviews, exceeded expectations with its deliciousness. The walnut and red bean bread was soft and flavorful. Dinner was also excellent, starting with the scallop ajillo; every dish served was so tasty that everything was finished. As we were the only guests this time, it was quiet and very comfortable to stay in such a peaceful environment. Would love to visit again if given the opportunity.

A perfect accommodation where you can wake up and check the waves of the beautiful Shirahama sea. Please note that there are no room wear provided, but bringing your own sweatpants will solve this easily. If there are no waves or you arrive early, you can enjoy food and drinks at the café downstairs!

The service at the reception was excellent even though I checked in at 11 PM, allowing me to have a pleasant stay.

5-minute walk from Hanshin Shinkaichi Station. There is a convenience store nearby. Please note that the entrance is up the stairs. Please hold the handrail and go up slowly. It is a homely guesthouse.

During my dorm stay, a foreign guest was talking on the phone in the Room, but when I contacted the crew they responded immediately and it became quiet afterward. The kitchen was clean and easy to use. The shower room had great water pressure. It’s within walking distance from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, and the nearest bus stop is close as well, so access is convenient. If you buy food at the convenience store near Hankyu Arashiyama Station, you won’t really need to go out again. The bed mattress is on the firm side. I was on the lower bunk, and there was a gap between the bed and the wall, which made it possible to sit on the bed—something I really appreciated because I have trouble with my legs. The toilets were also clean. Free coffee and tea were a nice touch. It was also great to have a window that could be opened; waking up with morning light felt wonderful. I heard there are mixed-gender dorms, and I was surprised when a man came in right behind me at the moment I entered the door code and opened the door. He noticed right away and left, but it would be helpful if doors were clearly labeled “Ladies Only” or “Mixed.” Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM at an affiliated café, which was a bit disappointing time-wise, but it was delicious and relaxing—truly excellent. I’d like to stay again next time. The crew were cool but kind. Some noise late at night felt unavoidable. It’s new, stylish, and recommended.

I contacted the property as I was unlikely to make it in time for check-in, and received a very pleasant response over the phone. The Room was more spacious than expected, and having separate toilet and bath facilities was a plus. With a market and convenience store nearby, it was convenient for dining. I had a relaxing stay. I usually stay in hotels as I am not a fan of camping or glamping, but this time I had no issues at all. Although I was initially concerned about the restroom and bath being separate, they were very close by, so it wasn't a problem. However, it might be slightly challenging for families with small children. The staff were extremely flexible and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. While we originally planned to eat outside, we ended up ordering pizza and pasta from the on-site café and had them delivered to our room. The pizza was much larger than expected and very satisfying. We ordered peperoncino pasta as well; it was a bit spicy, so it might not be suitable for children. Since it was winter, the wind from the lake made it slightly cold, but visiting during a more pleasant season could make the experience even better. The sound of the water surface was soothing throughout our stay. Thank you for your kindness! We look forward to visiting again in the future. The Onsen could be reserved depending on availability; during our visit, we were able to enjoy private use of it. One minor concern: while walking around at night near the cabin area, some bare tree branches came close to my face which felt a bit scary. It might be harder for children to notice such things—addressing this could ensure greater safety moving forward!

The Accommodation was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were two baths (one large and one small). Depending on how busy it is, the system may vary, but during our stay we didn’t need a Reservation—we simply locked the door and used it when available. Our whole family used the larger bath, and the kids loved it. The bathroom was sparkling clean and felt great to use. Even the bath ceiling looked new, with panels properly replaced and everything spotless. The toilets were also very clean! We’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but it’s rare to find one managed to such a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious home-style cooking. The portion size was just right and kept us full for a long time. We had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our Room—and also from the dining area. We were impressed by the location as well. We chose a Plan without dinner, but please note that nearby restaurants close early. There seems to be an izakaya, but since we were traveling with children we skipped it this time. For dinner itself, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby so you can manage. The host couple were very kind, and we’d love to stay again! Thank you very much!

I stayed at this accommodation last year and was impressed with the excellent service, which made both me and my dog very happy. This year, I had the chance to visit Hakodate again and stayed here once more. I was delighted that the owner remembered us! The amenities are so well-prepared that you can stay without bringing anything. Since only one group is accommodated per day, both my dog and I were able to relax comfortably. I would love to stay here again!

We received the entrance password in advance, but there was no staff inside. We were required to take face photos and register passports and addresses for each member, which was frustrating and took several attempts. The entryway is very small, so it was difficult for five people with suitcases to enter the Room. The stairs were also very challenging. To catch the first train to the airport, we had to cross a bridge and walk quite far to reach a ticket gate with an elevator. Please be aware.

Thank you. As a repeat guest, I always stay here. This time, a new Western-style room was added, and I was curious to see how it would be. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the design of the bed, sofa, walls, and artwork. The accommodation has always offered great drinks, Onsen experiences, and heartfelt hospitality. Seeing everyone at the accommodation working hard gave me energy as well. There are still areas in this region that will take time to recover fully. To support Noto Peninsula together with everyone else, I look forward to enjoying delicious meals, Onsen experiences, and heartfelt service again in the future.

I have stayed here several times. The Facility is very clean. You can also enjoy a welcome drink. On top of that, I really appreciate that breakfast is included. The staff were kind as well.

We recently stayed as a couple during our child's trip. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures. The amenities were organic, and the welcome drinks were unlimited during the designated time, which was great. The TV screen displayed the breakfast and public bath congestion status, making it easy to plan our visit. The public bath had a gender-swapping schedule, and I had it all to myself when I went, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, since we had to bring towels from the Room, it would have been even better if towels and combs were provided in the public bath area. If we have another chance to visit, we would love to stay again. Thank you!

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied. It felt like they had everything you could wish for, so we were able to stay very conveniently and comfortably. We did have trouble because the air conditioner in one Room wasn’t working well, and we were also concerned about scratches on the frying pan. However, the glasses and plates provided were so cute that it was a joy to use them—we even looked around to see if they were sold anywhere. We would definitely like to stay again.
